WORST PHARMACY EVER!! Employees are incompetent, slow and just downright do not care about your time at all. The store, especially in the Pharmacy area is filthy dirty. Having to wait hours in line we had a lot of time looking at the years of filth built up. They don't even have hand sanitizer or wipes available, the containers are empty. The Pharmacist must be incompetent as well because nothing is ever ready when we show up. The drive through is always backed up with 6 cars or more. Just do yourself a favor and go to a different Pharmacy/convenience store. Walgreens doesn't even care that their stores are garbage.

Amazing. They hired so many pharmacy tec, . So this way, they have extra technicians and pharmacists that work on your prescriptions. They're amazing professional. They care their courtesy. They will fill the script but remember when a Doctor anybody facks in a script they don't get it. They have to actually go to the computer and print it up. So we have to understand that they just don't. Fax it, and you get it just like that hundreds per day. They have to go to the computer and print it up. The Doctor does his job, but it takes time for them to pull it up. And also fill with a 100 other people. So everybody has to be patient and understand that they are doing their best. They can do to help us. So those bad reviews upset me. Like doesn't everybody make mistakes? Look at many people that just left. They have to hire more and that's what they did. I love the pharmacy I love the store i've known them for eighteen yearsHANDS ON PERFESSIONALS ON YOUR CARING COMMUNICATIONS . I LOVE THE MESSAGES AND UPDATE ON MY APP TEXT ON ALL ARE MEDCATION. 2 Generations have been coming to walgreens SINCE 1987

Everything through the pharmacy is at least 30-45 minutes. Had a prescription called in, went to pick it up and was told they couldn't fill it until the 1st. Called them on Jan 3rd, they said it would be ready by 1pm. Went in at 2pm and was told they need another hour. Finally got a call at 6pm. Went to pick it up and stood in line for 45 minutes. In that time they helped 2 people ahead of me and 1 car. I will be switching.

It had a hair brush I needed but not the cold sore medicine, Abreva, I needed. The lesson is don't go there until you have looked it up on the website!

Walgreens pharmacy has been getting worse and worse by the day. Now they are just absolutely horrible both in customer service and not having important medications by the time they say it will be ready. And forget going through the drive thru. You can wait up to 40 minutes sometimes. This is the worst pharmacy to go to so try to avoid it at all costs. And yes I will be changing pharmacies immediately.

Worst pharmacy ever! Have never really cared for Walgreens, not sure why I gave them another chance. They have failed me again. Needed prescriptions last night and was not notified it was filled through text. But I'm notified every other time. Could not get the prescription I needed when coming home from the emergency room at 7:00 p.m. went in this morning to pick it up. Both female employees were rude, also male pharmacist was going to make me wait 5 minutes to go over my prescriptions even though there was no one else there in line. I said nevermind and took them without a consultation. I am not well enough to have to deal with all of this to just pick up prescriptions. Told the cashier I would be taking my prescriptions somewhere else. She said do what you need to do, instead of good customer service, in saying I'm sorry to see you leave mam. Very poor customer service skills! Taking my prescriptions elsewhere and never going back there!Perhaps the reason why pharmacies are so busy is because most of the world is on unnecessary prescribed medication! How do you and big pharma sleep at night knowing how many people you are killing?Just finished transferring all of my prescriptions from Walgreens to Albertsons pharmacy. Since your employee told me to do what I needed to do. With that kind of attitude you eventually will have no customers. And I find it appalling that your pharmacy tech couldn't take the time to go over my new prescriptions with me. Telling me to wait 5 minutes when he knew I was aggravated and not happy with the service I was receiving. The whole staff should be replaced in my opinion! Worst customer service I've ever received at any pharmacy! And according to your other reviews I'm not the only one who feels that way! Maybe you need an adult in there instead of children running the pharmacy with no customer service skills!

My review is based on the pharmacy. The staff and pharmacy management are horribly rude. They simply don’t care about customers or their jobs. Walgreen pharmacies are the worst. Across the board. This pharmacy picks and chooses what they feel you need filled. Regardless of what is prescribed by your doctors. Such as insulin. They decided my doctor didn’t know what they are doing. Prescribing me insulin. For a type 1 Diabetic. Who has been on insulin for over 30 years. This pharmacy has also given me a script for another person. When I went to pick up my own script. I contacted the management and corporate office to advise of error. They simply asked me to return the script bottle to the store. Not a care or concern if I had taken the meds. Prescribed for another person. Don’t fill your meds here.

I’m amending my review of 4 months ago. This pharmacy has really turned it around. They’ve consistently served me well, for a couple of months now. Mornings in the drive through are very quick and the prescriptions are correct and complete. The staff has always been polite and helpful.I suspect afternoons are less lovely due to sheer volume. If your in a hurry or impatient by nature, try to make it in the morning.I’ve reserved that 5th star until Walgreens Corp. loosens their purse strings and staffs the entire store with all registers open during peak hours. All managers should be on registers throughout peak hours and not attending to any other business. There should never be more than two people in line at any register. I feel a corner drug store should be a quick stop.

I worked for this company for 28 years and very recently left for another company but still continued to get my refills at Walgreens. I waited inline for 10 minutes on 9/10 for the tech to finish at drive thru, while the pharmacist and other tech behind the counter ignored me (ex employee, I know how this works) and then finally when the drive thru tech was free and started to help me and I started telling him my issue, the pharmacist was looking it up on his computer and giving “advice.” If you wanted to help maybe you shouldn’t have just stood there rearranging the totes for 5 minutes while I stood there. (Literally all he was doing) This experience made me thankful I left this company and also understand while all the customers are so angry. Thank you to the one tech that was helpful and to the pharmacist, your days are hard because your techs don’t respect you! Currently transferring all prescriptions to my new company, Cigna. Honestly, would have stayed with Walgreens because of loyalty until I came across this pharmacist.

Walgreens at 59th and Peoria avenues has been my go to for my pharmaceutical needs for a few years now. Whether it be a prescription being filled or be it something more personal, the employees at the pharmacy are always courteous, professional, and ready to help. Walgreens will continue to get my business until they show they're not worthy of it

One of the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. Do not go to this place !!!! Their costumer service are rude and unhelpful. The pharmacists are extremely unprofessional and slow.I purchased an item from here. I went back to return it with the exact receipt, but they told me I can't return it because the code for this product somehow doesn't match the code that is printed on the receipt. How is it my fault that their computer system is messed up. And I end up losing money. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Everyone is friendly. But the service at the drive through pharmacy is SO SLOW! I have never been to a slower pharmacy. Each car takes at least 20 minutes to get their pick-up. So even if there are only two or three cars in front of you, expect to be waiting a long time.

I’ve waited three or four times before posting. The staff are very friendly. The pharmacy is just uncomfortably slow. They have the same lady working the window and she shouldn’t be. It takes a good 20-30 mins to get through 3-4 cars. I don’t leave many reviews, but goodness please beware. Do not bring animals or elderly with you as it’s a very very long process. I mean I waited 15 mins ( no joke) to write this. I’m still the second car behind one person. I can bet my check I know who’s working the window once I get up there. Please Walgreens. Keep the flow for drive thru

If I could give this a place a minus 5 stars, I would. They used to be my main pharmacy for years. I stopped using them because every trip to pick up a prescription turned into nearly a 45 minute ordeal. I have had to come here today because my regular pharmacy doesn't carry a specific med that was ordered. I am in the drive thru and have been sitting here for 20 minutes with just one car ahead of me. This is my 3rd time trying to pick up this medication. I gave up the first two times, again because of the ridiculous wait time. They are not understaffef. There is usually five or six people behind the counter. They.are rude, don't acknowledge you if your at the counter and just don't care.😡

If there is an insurance issue or someone getting a covet test you think there would be a designated area for that but no you will wait in line forever to get your prescriptions! It is ridiculous, wait in line for half an hour and there's two people in front of you! There is no designated area for testing or insurance issues, they will make everyone in the drive-through wait! No more! Deliver it from now on, I'm done! I can't tell you how much time I wasted with this place! I have been in and out of their drive through lines hundreds of times because the line won't move!

Was my main pharmacy for over 9 years. The last 2 years their customer service has taken a nose dive. Staff is rude and unprofessional and is understaffed. Drive thru takes on average over 20 min even when you are the only person in the drive thru! When I complained today along with my agent from my ins co (on a 3 way) to the Pharmacy manager he said I will talk to her and actually laughed about it! In process of transferring my scripts to Costco.

I sat in line for 45 minutes waiting for them to figure out what to do helping the customer in front of me. When my turn came up in the drive through I was ignored. Worst customer service I've ever had. The bad thing while I was waiting in line I was on hold on the phone and still could not get in contact with the pharmacy. I'm changing locations for my prescriptions. Do not use this location for pharmacy needs.

Could not give zero stars. Went in this morning to make a purchase, item I needed was not stocked but they had some in the back. Told by front cashier that the purchase was not possible “because we are going through an inventory right now and manager would be mad if they had to bring it out.” If you don’t want business during your inventories then close the doors, but don’t tell customers, in essence, inventories are more important we don’t need your business. Took my business to Walmart, only a mile in the other direction, Manager got a good chuckle and told me to come back anytime Walgreens disappoints they would be happy for my business. Thank you Walmart!!!!!

I just went to drop off my medication and the lady said there is a 4 to 6 hr wait. It is 10:30 in the morning . I was ok with that I simply asked if they could have it done by 3 due to me having to work and she snapped at me saying we will try. The pharmacist and other girl laughed at the girls rude comment and said I love you. I find this completely unprofessional and have never been treated with such disregard. I have been going there for 3 yrs and don't deserve to be treated as if I'm not intiteld to my medication that is due today . They are not doctors the are a pharmacy that is there to give medications that are prescribed by doctors and have no right to treat people with such unprofessional behavior. I don't write reviews but I felt so disrespected that I felt this needed to be said.

I've been using this pharmacy for years for my prescriptions and other items. Two days ago my children caught a bug and the school required us to have them get tested for covid before they can go back to school. I used walgreens website to schedule a test for both of them today at this location and received confirmation and reminder for the appointment in the email. We got to walgreens and they tell us they dont do covid tests there, we will have to reschedule at another location... Tech told me not to pick their location in the future... I am now 2 days out of work and will have to call out another day. I don't blame the tech for this issue, but walgreens as a company. I wont be spending any money at walgreens anymore.

This lady is so rude. Everyone here is great I’ve been here so many times but this lady couldn’t check out my stuff. She helps out and is nice to other people but not to me this has happened twice I just go in to get my stuff and out I’m never rude. It’s a disgrace to have one worker not make me want to come in to this location again. I assumed she rushed to get a smoke break.

Pharmacy staff is overworked and with how long this has been going on corporate clearly doesn't care. Dropped off a perscription at 5 last night didn't get the text it was ready until noon today. Plus the line to get your Rx is 20 minutes minimum every time.

At least a dozen times if the one closest to me was closed I could just go to the next closest that's still open and get my prescription. This one however wouldn't and didn't even try. She super clearly looked at the screen and didn't know how to transfer it and said nope can't be done.

Went here this morning. Upon driving up, the parking lot is covered in trash as is the walk way in front of the store. Manager is standing outside on his phone smoking a cigarette. Inside the store is filthy. Totes sitting all over the place. Person in the seasonal isle acting like it's a chore to help someone find something in their disorganized store. I only went here for one reason, and contrary to what the website said, they didn't even have it.

Wait in the drive thru is terrible. The people are very nice, but the pharmacy seems disorganized. Always having trouble processing claims to insurance.
