Normally I love Home Depot.... I bought a rather substantial Husky tool box from them ,to the tune of $1,000 dollars. Well some time ago I started experiencing issues with the large drawer soft close feature. Contacted customer service, because I was still under the 5 yr warranty. I was moving thru the process swimmingly. Expecting to be well on the road to getting resolved. I was actually thinking about having to empty this tool box out and having to return the entire thing, or would they graciously send me new ball bearing rails to replace and save me the headache of that. Well after several weeks went by with no response from Home Depot I reached out once again, and was emailed back by customer service stating that I over loaded the drawer, and would not be covered.... I tried following up with several phone calls nothing but dead ends. I don't know how tool warranties are handled anymore but I can tell you with absolute certainty that I can not recommend husky tool boxes. Kind of left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't be purchasing anything from their tool department. Still my go to for basic plumbing, electrical, heck maybe pool supplies from time to time, but nothing if significance.

All I wanted was a can of Scotch guard!The woman at the cash register that said no she couldn't go get it then there were two men one walked me to the aisle and said just wait here. They'll be done then another man when I asked him are you able to grab it for me because the lady was all the way on the other end of the aisle he said no you have to wait until it opens this isles closed. I was like it's literally right there if you could just grab it because I'm on the clock so I can't just wait here. And he just said sorry I can't do it and walked away. If your goal was to have me take my business to Lowe's, you win! Morning paint department crew at 10 today you're worthless.

This Home Depot is great it’s clean. It’s well stocked. They even have a home essentials as far as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, plus everything else you would need for your home and gardening

Home Depot was wonderful. I had bought seven ceiling fans for a house that my husband and I bought and then my husband passed away and in the meantime I lost the receipts for the ceiling fans but they were nice enough to refund me the money anyway. Great people

Okay, Home Depot for sure has saved me on projects where I needed something off the wall, random or just your everyday supplies!I had even tried to work with the “other do it yourself company” and nothing but order delivery delays, cancelled orders after waiting and still I am waiting for product. BUT not Home Depot! They been top notch!Staff is helpful, shoutout to the paint dude who helped me while I stared at it felt like a million brands of paint looking for specifically a paint that would be good for waterproofing on my trailer, being a commercial and residential external and internal cleaning company.water usage is every day common, and it starts to break down the equipment, they are excellent, and the gentleman had guided me to a product that was perfect and I’m so so happy that my equipment is now protected for prolong. Use to give our customers quality.

What can I say, I love Home Depot. They have just about every tool you need, and if they don't have it, they can probably order it for you. Almost always fast and easy to check out. And you can usually find an employee to help you find anything you need.

I am a disabled veteran recovering from major surgery. I went in for two bags of potting soil. The middle aged woman at the checkout in the garden center couldn't get the UPC to scan so she yelled at me "THANKS FOR THE HELP!" Then she gave me my receipt, turned her head and started singing a Backstreet Boys song with no eye contact. Just tried to get ahold of a manager and was hung up on three times without so much as a sentence being spoken. This is always the worst Home Depot that I go into but today just made remember why Ace is the place.

I have bought a lot from them. Tried to buy matching washer dryer washer was 549 dryer was 529 but after everything including installation with warranty it was 1477.94 then 110 in tax I was OK with it a little expensive for me but I was go for it. Then another salesman came over and said we don't deliver clearance with out an other charge another 50 dollars. That was it for me said no and walked out. Sick of being overcharged.

Fantastic customer service. I've been there multiple times and been assisted in multiple departments, especially paint and lawn and garden. I live next to a competitor but will continue to drive a few more blocks to this location for my home improvement needs. Pictures are of a money tree and Behr paint samples from a recent visit.

The worst experience I've had to date. I purchased a dishwasher through home depot and it came absolutely destroyed. After taking time off work, I then had to spend far too much time making phone calls to their " appliance hot-line." After 5 reps giving me different times for replacement, 30 - 45 days out, they canceled the order. I am also unable to be refunded until they pick up the damaged unit, and apparently, I am unable to take it to the home depot myself. Thanks for all the headache home depot -where doers can't get anything done-

Been going to this one for 10 years. Has to be one of the cleanest in town. Very big on covid safety protocols. Very nicely organized and easy to use directional signage. Easy checkout. Tons of parking and two big accessibility entrances. Well lit. Customer service is stellar here and lots of it. Prices are affordable and great webpage.

Employees here are unfriendly and unhelpful. I went to lowes before here and it was a world of difference. The employee at Lowes matched the screw I had and found the exact one. But they didn’t have enough in stock. Which brings me to Home Depot. Once there, I’m finally able to track down an employee and they simply give me an aisle number for the screws and walk away. All the negative reviews of this store are accurate. Ill stick with Lowes.

Once upon a wintery Saturday night we ventured into this establishment we call Home Depot. In a search of thee perfect inflatable snowman. Then along came Dj aka The Inflatable King who searched high and low, far and wide. Although unsuccessful in his many attempts, he was super friendly and determined to make our holiday dreams come true. Seriously though he made our day and our experience amazing! Thank you!

Home Depot fits my needs usually pretty well. Customer service concerns are my only complaint. Floor reps appear to be high school age who pay more attention to talking on their cell phones rather than approaching customers asking to be of service. I was in the plumbing isle in the back of the store and asked a store employee for assistance, he started to help with my request of finding a Price-Phister shower knob and a drain kit. Out of know where a mid 20 something employee stated to the employee helping me, “hey, you are needed up front”, I interjected with, “he is helping me find something”, the mid 20 something employee clearly stated, “Home Depot no longer hires professionals to assist people, they hire off the street so he won’t be able to help you.” Confused as I was, the employee apologized for not being able to assist me and went up front where he was expected. I could go on and on about this experience but I won’t. I do hope that a manager of sorts reads this and replies to me. The statements made by the employee about who Home Depot hires and who they don’t are reflective in the service I have received over the past few years +. Customer service is the key for success in Home Depot’s business, I hope they get a grip on it before it continues to show in their declining annual profits.

Was a great experience walked in and was needing an adapter for a plug in dryer and asked for general direction of where they might be to look for myself and Jeff walked up asking what I needed and helping even down to figuring out the wiring the cord I needed didnt have color coordinated wires he helped me determine which was what even showing me the back of a standard dryer thank you again jeff

Came into HD to order fire pit through Maricopa voucher. Elderly cashier didn't know how to do itsince he had never been trained . He called manager Jose and Jose refused to come help even though store had very few customersNeedless to say i had to leave without getting it ordered. Came all the way from Surprise. I used to spend a lot of money at this store, now I spend it at Lowe's. Home Depot customer service has become the worst, bought $8,900 worth of appliances over 2 years ago and still waiting for corrections and credits, never going to happen. Can't find help in any department and when you find someone, they have an attitude or the famous words (I don't work in this department) Very sad, I used to love to shop here.

I found what I needed, but was rather disappointed in the lack of attentiveness by the staff. The one man in the lighting area was more content to stand and talk to a friend the entire time I was searching for bulbs almost in front of him. This seems A continuing trend over the years of customer service not being what it once was at this particular location in my experience.Update: I returned a few months later in need of a washer, dryer, refrigerator and was once again left unengaged by staff. I did Walk the appliance area and was hoping the one person sitting on his phone at a desk would come over and ask if I needed help, but that was not the case. Perhaps he was on break. There was another worker in the same area who I walked right by as I was looking in and at a few refrigerators and again was given no inquiry as to if I needed any assistance.I'm certainly not mad, just disillusioned that they must be doing so well that selling major appliances is no longer a priority. I'll be sure to take my major appliances money someplace where I will be addressed as a person and potential paying customer.

Such a beautiful store. My children and I went there this morning for the American eagle workshop. Had a great time lots of other families there as well. Staff was very nice and so helpful. My children enjoyed themselves did I. You ever tryna fix your house this is the place to go. Great environment and helpful to the community. Can't wait to go back again for the Christmas workshop.

Did a curbside order and when I went to pick it up sat there for 45 min before I finally flagged down an employee to help me get my order. Wouldn't of been a big deal but I have very limited mobility due to surgery recently. The employee however was amazing went and got my order and had a great attitude thank you so much for going above and beyond. I understand it's a busy time but is shouldn't take that long to bring out an order. Thank so much for your help Alex Conteros
