I have brought my dogs here for a couple years now, they do a great job! The dogs look beautiful and the groomers are compassionate. It's a fun place for my dogs to go and they enjoy it! They play and lay in the sun by the windows after their grooming. Three of my dogs are elderly with special needs and one is very shy. I feel good knowing my dogs are in good hands.

I absolutely love this place ! We used to go to petsmart before finding that crazy dog lady and I’m so happy we made the switch. The staff and owner are always so nice and happy to see our 3 girls Daisy, June, and Soleil. They always leave so happy and clean! Most of all I love that they get to bond with other dogs while they’re there. Grooming days are definitely the girls favorite days lol they get so excited

I have a hard time finding groomers because my 12 year old shih Tzu is not the easiest to groom. A lot of groomers will not work with him. We have been going here for a few years and they do great! He comes home happy and fresh. 😁 I'm glad we found them, it makes "haircut day" much less stressful for both of us! I've also recently had a large lab groomed there and they did fabulous. I can't say enough good things and recommend them to everyone I know.Thank you guys, we really appreciate you!

They do nit stand behind their service. After having taken my husky in, when my husband picked her up he asked how she had done. He was told she was good and did well. After coming home we saw that she still had some tuffs of hair coming off. She checked in to have her redone were told she hadn't done well and would be charged again for her to be redone. I will never go back. After seven years of no complaints, I expected better customer service

We've been bringing our dogs here for about 2 years now and they do such an amazing job every single time, even when I ask for something different (like a mullet) they do a perfect job. I always appreciate your friendliness, professionalism, fast communication, and little bandanas they are always the highlight of their haircuts 😊

Where do I start. Megan and everyone that works there have always been amazing! My Milo loves going there, and I LOVE that they don't use cages. They do an amazing job with haircuts, and he comes back happier than ever! It's like his zoomies take over when he comes back. Their prices are also very reasonable, all of that is the reason why I don't go anywhere else.

I have taken my dog to That Crazy Dog Lady a few times and as you can see, I gave her 5 *****'s ! I never ever give any business 5 *****'s only because I believe that there is always room for improvement within any Company or Business. That Crazy Dog Lady deserves the highest rating as far as I'm concerned. her and the staff are polite and professional and I know that my fur baby is going to get the best care when he's here. Tried to book an appointment and they denied me. I know what the fine print reads that you may not get said appointed time but rather finding a better system to help slots be filled so you don't pick a time that's taken would be better. I had a time set for 10pm Saturday and the next day I received email that it had been taken. Didn't really get much of a guide to help me set a new appointment up but rather I needed to do the work. If you care about customers you'll have a link that can help them quickly get to a place where they can reschedule and hope to get a new appointment. But that's just an opinion I have.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for quite some time and never do they ask for shot records. But today was aweful. My husband parked to look at my dog as she gets excited and the owner started to yell that he cannot park there . Like if I was some kid .. I don’t think so .. This is not the first time I’ve seen her attitude , I’ve seen it before with some teeneagers . I DO NOT recommend this place ..for her not checking records they are jeapordizing other people’s dogs and people . Theirs so many other groomers to choose from out there and don’t have aSnobby attitude like this OWNER and the rest of her workers follow .. what a great example !!Your Response to customers is just psychotic, that just goes to show the type of individual u are. (heated) Instead of responding politely it would’ve made things better. Let’s get it straight, I told ur employee that I will never be back and you got mad and sent me a text, that their would be no future appointments, which is fine with me . You can continue to be mad. And btw it’s not a one way .. you act like u you had so many cars parked in the facility .. it was empty . Their wouldn’t of been a problem if you would of asked politely, but you got a taste of your own medicine yelling at me .. but I’m the bad guy lmao .. you can continue to be mad .. best of luck ✌🏼

We discovered The Crazy Dog Lady during a visit to our eye doctor close by and so we thought we would try them since our regular groomer had moved. What a lucky break this place is our new groomer. The staff are all wonderful and it's the best grooming our doggie has ever had. Just perfect and at a nearby facility at a fair price. I hope they never move.

I have been to 3 places with my pup and no one has ever gave him a correct grooming. Went to the crazy dog lady by referral and I’m glad I did. Instantly great energy and if you want some knowledge on your pup the owner knows her stuff. My little guy looks great and he def knows it.Thank you

Incredibly rude & crass, wouldn’t let me finish a sentence without interrupting. I would never use their services again! The company name sums it up, believe them when they tell you who they are.My daughter had made the appointment, likely under her name and number but you were too busy lecturing me to hear me out. This is unbecoming of a business owner to have these childish back and forths IMO. You can post whatever you’d like, the people will hear that I said “apology accepted”. Now we’ve established that you’re a liar too. God forbid you accept responsibility. You can have the last word. I won’t waste another moment of my time with you. Why can’t you just be honest?

It is SO OBVIOUS if you read all the reviews or just scroll down a little that the one stars are true and the five stars are the ones drummed up by the owner and her friends, family, employees or whoever she can coerce into writing them. She only gets one star reviews followed by a slew of five star ones to spike her rating. Trust me. She's a nightmare.She's great until she's not. Obviously has some kind of mental illness. Good groomer, but you never know if you're going to see Jekyll or Hyde, and neither does your pet. And if you get in there when she and the others don't notice, you'll see them treating the animals roughly and disrespectfully. And she treats her employees the same way, AND she often treats her customers with disdain. It just depends on her mood.Not worth it.

My dog buddy has been to three dog groomers since we’ve moved here from Colorado (trying to find a location closer to our home) which is my biggest regret. The last two groomers gave my dog anxiety, Posh Wash terrified my dog. He hid in our house for three days. Crazy Dog Lady Pet Grooming is the only place my dog absolutely loved. He was so happy, his hair cut was amazing and he also looked so comfortable in the environment when I picked him up. Moving forward this is the only place I will be taking my dog Buddy. I need to schedule soon. I highly recommend this place. Makes me happy to see my dog happy!

I’ve been bringing my dog Belle here for the past 4 years and they are always amazing. My dog is super anxious and doesn’t like being around people but always loves being there. I come back for pickup and she’s always happy and her grooms are always perfect. I wouldn’t take belle any other place. I recommend this place to everyone!

I am dumbfounded by the way I was treated today. The owner and assistant were absolutely unprofessional because I missed an appointment. The owner needs to learn how to treat customers. I have the screenshots and phone recording to prove their unprofessionalism.They also need to understand they customers shouldn’t be responsible for paying your staff. I’ll take my 2 dogs and money elsewhere & will continue to share this experience with my friends and family.

This was my first time ever taking my dog to a groomers. I honestly didnt know what to expect or how the process even works. They were very kind enough to explain everything to get an idea of what to expect. As soon as I walked in they were extremely friendly and loveable to my dog, so that was an extreme plus to me. When I picked her up, my dog looked & smelled better than I imagined. And ofcourse my dog was more than happy from all the attention she got. I definitely recommend this place and will continue to use their services! Thank you!

We had our dogs groomed by Meghan and team for years before we moved away. We even got one of our dogs from Meghan that someone else abandoned there. We miss Meghan and so do our dogs!! When we travel back to az and bring our pups, we always book an appt!!
