I went out on black Friday to pick up my target order. I had ordered 2 items and when I recieved them both were wrong. I ordered them for delivery and didn't go back to return them until later. When I did go to return them the woman that helped me at the Glendale target was very apologetic and gave me a $5 gift card for my inconvenience. She was just a genuinely nice person and it came across. It's not often I find people like that anymore.

Clean store but I had a very concerning experience where two employees had come out to the sidewalk on March 9th to make disparaging comments about a street preacher that had recently started his sermons at a neighboring lot. Very poor representation of the Target brand and what was more concerning is that they alluded that there was more to the story, implying that this was a store wide activity.

Really bad customer service manager Brian and kiara were so disrespectful a Chinese employee was laughing telling my pregnant sister in a bad tone to leave the cart in the entrance of the fitting room where she was having a hard time because she's pregnant! Wth is wrong with these employees! Calling corporate for sure! Would mark a 0 star if possibel

If i wanted to be bothered by an at&t person while shopping I would go to an at&t store. Also I can't even get any of my stuff because they put everything behind glass cases and theres never any one around.

This target is the worst. I was checking out, and an employee walked up and asked me if i scanned the sodas, which we did. He continued to racially profile us, and I found that very disrespectful. I didn't catch his name, but he was skinny and had glasses, and his boss was right there and didn't do anything. This is unacceptable.

This is my second visit to this store, and the restrooms are still dirty. I've complained twice, and no one has come to clean the bathroom. Last week, a gentleman was caught cleaning the bathroom with dirty mop water.

Was too sick to walk in to the store, ordered cough medicine for curbside pickup. OVER 2 HOURS and they still haven't managed to bring it to the front so I can pick it up. I called and got told 45 more minutes. ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE, how can they NOT manage to bring an item up front in over 2 hours??

This interaction has to be the worst experience ever. I was shopping with my girlfriend and we were in men’s clothing and we asked this girl named Daija for help looking for an item and immediately rubbed us off the wrong way not only did she touched my arm inappropriately but as well as talked to me in such an inappropriate manner. She was so rude to my girlfriend and make us very uncomfortable with how she was behaving. I hope this behavior changes because that will not pass in the real world. Learn to respect boundaries and yourself.

Earlier today, my wife went into this store to look for a gift for our granddaughters sixth birthday. She was assisted by Brooke from customer service and Liz in self-check area. Both young ladies were so sweet, helpful, courteous and both went out of their way to help my wife navigate Target's app for the best store prices. Without their help, my wife would not have been able to do all that she was able to do. In today's world of at times unfriendly, unwilling to help, uncaring employees, my wife was so happy to have come in contact with these two wonderful young ladies. Outstanding customer service! Thank you to both ladies.......

Bought some cute jewelry and clothes there. If I had one suggestion it is the pants I bought were said to be discounted on sale rack. But when I went to cashier she said I had to be have a Target app to get it. So when I ask her about signing up for it she said it wasn't free. This what's the point of getting a sale price only this way if you have to pay to sign up! I still bought the pants! But the whole on the rack sale price is a joke if everyone can't get it. Other than that great store!

While I was visiting the area, I stopped in at Target (which was even more exciting as a Canadian) and I ended up leaving my phone there once I left. After realizing and rushing back in a full panic, the staff at the guest services were so friendly and helpful and got me my phone back. The security guard who was also helping us before we left was amazing as well. The store was clean and we had a great experience.

In regards to the Starbucks:The manager and his staff are literally so nice and helpful! I come to this target at least twice a week and each time I stop into the Starbucks and the girls have such great customer service it , it’s not just one team member it is every single one of them ! This manager is doing such a great job with hiring and managing his team , his culture he create shows through them !!The target is cool , they normally have a police officer there and cashiers are sweet and self check out always has someone there to help id needed

Terrible experience and customer service. I will never use the in-store pickup again.I was charged for 3 in-stock items upon checking out. 90 minutes later I received the email that my order was ready for pickup. Another hour after that (as I was driving g to the store) I got another email indicating that one of my items became unavailable after my order.I can understand and respect the challenge of managing inventory in-store when there is no control over physical shoppers choices. However, all I got at Guest Services was a flippant apology with a recognition that this happens along with a statement that I would receive a credit to my card “in a few days”.This might make sense for something I took home and returned but I now have to pay for something I never possessed.Fix your policies Target. This is unacceptable.

GREAT place to shop items change daily, sales are well worth the time.I so wish they could catch these people who are ruining items by leaving open food items on shelves with clothing, ripping boxes open and taking items from the containers, dropping clothes on floors walking on them leaving them dirty WHO wants to buy ITEMS that have been on the floor. I've found items in the shelves of dog treats that were from the grocery section. That's just gross, I have to wonder are they put back on the grocery shelves or discarded??. Again not staff faults but SHOPPERS. I WISH THEY WERE CAUGHT ABD MADE TO PAY FOR THE ITEMS THEY'VE DRANK, ATE, AND DESTROYED., OR CONTAMINATED I'M SCARED TO BUY GOOD ITEMS.

Well stocked most of the time, and surprisingly clean for its busy location. Offers a good selection of fruits and food, and other products. Has a wider cold caffeinated drink selection, compared to W Bell Rd location.
