I am very discussed with how I was just treated today. I set up an appointment for my dog to be groomed today at 4:00. This was very important to us as Thanksgiving is tomorrow. I had to get updated records of shots as the ones they had on file expired. I was able to do my part and got the shots to insure my dad would be groomed. However when I went in to confirm the appointment I was told I no longer have it.in confusion I asked how that can be. I was told that the girl remembered putting it in but it's just not their now.this is not how you run a business. I will never use this shop again.i truly hope the owner sees this and reaches out to me with a valid explanation how this happened!!!!!

Everyone at See Spot are professional and so kind to carry my large bag of dog food to my car. They’ve done a great job grooming my dogs.

WATCH OUTthey made a mistake and granted a $10 no refund after they completely shaved my dog when asking for a trim. Kindness gets you nowhere apparently - owner said refund isn't necessary - look at the tail to body hair length LOL they responded saying his ears and butt were matted? So you have to shave the entire body?They even SAID they miscommunicated to the groomer and yet it's my fault and we pay close to $300?Go at your own risk

The groomer took excellent care of our corgi/beagle mix. Given it was his first time at the groomers, he was quite nervous. They were so patient to complete all the grooming on him and did not rush despite needing to take it so slowly. You can tell that they really care about the pups and we will certainly go back. He came home with such a soft coat!

They were very accommodating and pleasant people. As first timers, they give you the option to have free teethbrushing for your pup or a $5 off on your bill. Overall, my pup and myself had a great experience with them! We might become regulars 🤗

They do such a great job with grooming here! Friendly staff, efficient and don’t keep my pup unnecessarily kenneled all day like other groomers I have been to. Highly recommend!

Just had the best experience. We walked in after our vet appointment (just got a new puppy) and they gave me their puppy package which included all kinds of food and treats for FREE! Definitely recommend if you have a new puppy. Looking forward to shopping there!

Dee was amazing. My Pomeranian was so scared and somehow Dee was able to make him beautiful again without too much trauma. My new groomer for sure!!!

This shop and groomers are awesome. They groomed my 8 month old Maltipoo and she looks Fabulous 👌. Their groomers take a lot of continuing education in grooming and animal care which really shows in their work. Abby was kissing the groomer right after she met her. You can't ask for a better sign. As I always say "If your dog doesn't like someone maybe you shouldnt either". I definitely recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

We have been taking our Labradoodle to this place for the last few grooming sessions. The last one with the groomer, Sue, was the best. She took into consideration all our input and wishes regarding the grooming and did a fantastic job. The owner of the place also provided us with samples of dog food for us to take.

They are awesome. I have 2 rescue dogs that are very nervous usually at groomers. They love the people here. Im so happy I found this place to groom my fur babies.

I bring my Siberian Husky here and everytime he looks soo good after they take care of him. The girls are always so nice and show excitement when they see him. They have a great stuffy toy selection

We have been taking our pets to this office for years and it has always been a positive experience. On my most recent visit the Dr. mentioned a specific type of food that I needed to start giving our mouse, of course I didn't write it down and immediately forgot the name once I left. Not more than a few minutes after our visit I received a text from them with a link to that food. I never requested and they didn't mention they were going to send it, that's just the extra care they have for their patients and pet owners.

If you love your dog, do yourself a favor and do not come here. We have a Golden Doodle and came in for a trim and he came out completely shaved. We will make sure we never bring him back here.

This is our new “go-to” for dog food. And we just used their grooming services too. The groomer was attentive to my dog and took the time to explain the process. Our dog was so soft and smelled fresh. Customer service from the manager and sales clerk have been top notch.
