Tim, the fellow we dealt with was very professional and compassionate as we had just put our last dog down days earlier. We have always had some reservations about buying a pet out of a shopping mall but not any more!! We just love her! Thanks Tim.

They take really great care and love on the puppies here! We fell in love with a French Bulldog, and we made the decision to adopt him. We named him Heimdall. They made us a cute adoption photo/certificate and placed it in a folder with all of his medical information and care guides.As soon as we got Heimdall home, he became a different dog. Zoomies all over the place! And our 3 older dogs were so pleased and happy to meet him too! It honestly couldn't have gone better. They love cuddling him.Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for our newest furry family member 💙

Just got my puppy yesterday and he's been amazing just as amazing as the staff. Valerie was so helpful during the process and still after is making sure we both are good. Kelly also helped me all the way to my car with all my stuff so I wouldn't have to make two trips. I would highly recommend coming here to adopt!

Kendal at this location was AMAZING! She cared for our puppy with kindness, concern, and lots of love! Her communication is amazing and she was and still is beyond helpful! I have been a returning buyer here. I bought corgi twins a year ago and had an unfortunate incident occur to lose one of my babies. I had bought the insurance and had wonder help and support from the staff especially the manager here Valerie. While waiting for my new puppy I fell in love with two others. The staff treat them all so well and check up on all of my babies. I am a proud owner of five dogs from the company and location and I will definitely return if I want another one. The support and care this staff has is amazing. The manager Valerie really helped support us through our loss and our new family members. Thank you all again!

If you are looking for a new family member please consider stopping in and speaking to Val. We adopted this beautiful Beabull from Puppies 'N Love at the Arrowhead Mall and could not be any happier with our experience! Val literally took such good care of us through out the entire purchase and made the process completely stress free and fun. Val kept us updated the whole time on what was going on and constantly sent us updates, pictures, and videos of our new baby! I normally do not do reviews, but in this case, I cannot let it pass by, I am so very pleased with Valerie as we call her Titi Val, She has made my household complete. Like 8 months ago we got Charli he’s a Havanese (white) and there was still something missing in the household so we’ve kept in touch with her and right before Thanksgiving I went into the store and she had our missing piece to our family his a Shih-Poo (light brown) My puppies love her they hear her voice and they go crazy for her. I would highly highly recommend her and all the staff at Puppies N Love they all have been very nice, respectful, and professional. Going back to Miss Val (Titi Val) every time I/we to the store, we always look for her. She is very knowledgeable/Sweet/Kind very, very helpful. I can’t say enough good things about her, we love her like if she is part of our family… Every time we go to the mall, we make it a point to stop in and visit with her for a few minutes. She always makes me feel like I’m the only customer in the store. That store is a very busy store. Always lots of people, and somehow she always makes me feel like I’m the only one in that store. As a pricy breed dog store, I would expect the staff to be more attentive. I visited many animal shelters in different cities and states over the years, they have a much spacious room for the puppies’ temporary stay.Moreover, those shelters’ employees and volunteers shows more passions on the job. I knew I shouldn’t compare nonprofits with a business. But when you charge thousands of dollar for a dog, the profit margin should offer competitive pay the animal lovers who work on helping these cute puppies in a noisy and stimulated environment.

I walked into this puppy store one afternoon with my husband in hopes of adding a furry friend to our household. Upon walking into the store I noticed how friendly all of the staff members looked and how happy they were to assist with any questions or concerns. They really looked like they loved their job. The store was exceptionally clean and all of the puppies looked like they were so happy and HEALTHY!!!! Puppy stores are usually a hit or miss but you can feel the difference in this store in how they treat customers and puppies. They really do care and are so informative on everything they do. I believe I spoke with one of the managers named Tristan and he helped me understand what breed would be best for my family. He really educated us. Although we didn’t go home with a puppy that day (cold feet)…. we will definitely be back to Puppies N Love!!!

We just purchased a Cavapoo puppy from Puppies In Love at the Arrowhead Mall, and are thrilled with our adorable little family member. She is such a sweet puppy and so far is in excellent health. We worked with Kendall, and she was amazing throughout the process. She is enthusiastic about her job, and clearly has a love of animals. They were so willing to show you the different puppies in the private room. We were surprised. Obviously they want you to buy that puppy but it was really cool to be able to play with the different ones in a private setting and be able to hold them. They always have beautiful animals and they look taken care of. Although it would suck sitting in those small cages walking on metal grates all day.

We are visiting in Arizona with family for Christmas. We went to the arrowhead mall and for the first time in my life I saw puppies and dogs at the MALL. This was a new experience for me. I walked in and saw they had a financing option, I applied to see if I would get approved and I did! While we didn’t plan to get a dog that day, we had been wanting a family dog for quite some time. Getting approved was easy and I scheduled to spend time in a private room with a puppy. The original puppy I had wanted to play with was with another family so I browsed and saw a dog that I KNEW I needed to meet. Valerie set me up with him and I fell in love, we had an instant bond.Valerie was amazing at explaining the process to me and reading me every detail in my contract. She also recommended all of the products we would need including a crate, harness, leash, toys, calming drops, wet and dry food, urine and odor spray, puppy pad spray and possibly more in forgetting!Valerie also explained all of the warranty options, as well as when I need to take him to the vet and why.Valerie was amazing and I’m so so happy for the effort she put in to make our adoption easier.She shared her experience with aussies and it made me feel like he was a wonderful fit for our small family. Thank you again!! We now have our forever best friend!

I am a dog trainer for an animal shelter and founder of a non profit called the Unleashed Foundation, and a commonly known “fact” in our world is that pet stores get their animals from puppy mills. This “fact” haunted me as I walked through the stores and watched the puppies. But the fact that the animals were in such good care and getting homes offered a degree of relief. Then I learned about their policy and the breeders where they purchased their puppies and it changed my entire perspective of Puppies ‘n Love. The staff took great care of the animals and great care of customers as well. I also learned that if a dog, once purchased at Puppies ‘n Love, can no longer be kept by the people that purchased that puppy, they will take the dog in and care for it until it finds a new home. I will keep and share what I’ve learned about the pet store and “Animal Kingdom”. Thank you Puppies ‘n Love, keep up the good work!

Great experience 3 times now in 2 years! This is the 3rd pup I've gotten from Animal Kingdom in AZ (all standard poodles: 2 at Arrowhead in greater Phoenix, 1 in Tuscon) and I couldn't be happier! I saw (now named) Dash online and couldn't believe no one had adopted him yet. I reached out and Kelly, at Arrowhead, was super informative and friendly. I met him and fell in love, but he had an upper respiratory infection and needed to finish antibiotics and clear a vet check before he could be released. (While someone else in the reviews called that type of situation out as a negative - I absolutely disagree. I think it speaks to the care they try to provide these animals and that only releasing healthy puppies shows integrity.) Kelly kept me informed regularly, but it wasn't transactional - she texted me pics of him getting brushed and just cute shots in general, while she also provided valuable info from the vet along with anecdotes about his personality to help me prep for bringing him home. When I picked him up, it was triple digits outside and I didn't want him walking on the parking lot pavement with baby paws! I have a bad back and she immediately offered to carry him out for me! This may sound easy, but it was a long walk and he's 36 lbs! She has texted and called to follow up and ensure all went smoothly with our homecoming. (Totally has - he fit right in and is living his best life running, swimming, and snuggling!) I can't express enough how enriched my life (and my family's) has been with these 3 dogs! I have full confidence in Animal Kingdom and highly recommend for a great experience, trusted partnership, and adorable, healthy dogs!

When I first walked into the store I was greeted by an upbeat, friendly employee named Valerie. She introduced herself and made herself readily available. She brought me the pup that I wanted to see and let me know that he was being treated for a respiratory infection and would have to stay at the store until he finished his treatment. During that time, Valerie kept in touch and even sent pictures throughout his treatment. On the day I went to pick him up, Valerie came into the store on her day off to help me with the finalization of my purchasing my puppy, and even helped me to the car! It was a wonderful experience and I love our sweet pup!!

Typical run of the mill dog place in the mall that charges Astronomical fees for them. Go to a rescue site instead. I did that rescue my dog. 1 year ago she's an angel.

Lisa M. was my Puppy’s and Love ambassador who gave me great service and allowed me to visit with different puppies until I found a good fit for me and the family. Proper sanitation between each visit took place and Lisa M. made sure that I had toys and treats when needed to interact with each pup. Finally, we selected Kiki, the Malshi. She’s been a huge plus to our lives and is a great addition to the family. She is well-behaved and is easy to potty train. We bought a puppy carrying backpack that helps us travel with her everywhere we go. In just a few short nights, she now sleeps with us, with her giant Lamp Chop stuffy, each evening. She’s already had her first hair cut and a Dutch Bros Pup-puccino. I love her life already! ❤️🐾🐩

As a kid going into the mall and seeing all the pups it was always a dream to bring one home and finally it has came true thanks to Kelly.Kelly helped me bring home Odie, she was very knowledgeable, patient and takes a lot of pride in what she does along with being upfront about owning certain dogs based off her experiences.When it came down to paperwork she explained everything very well with any issues and our concern although we did have issues with paperwork and she did show great concern on getting that issue fixed and checking up on Odie once we had brought him home.To say the least Kelly gave us a great experience.

Just a bunch of cuteness, under glass. Makes you wish you could afford to take all the puppies home. The girls went through the store twice, and petted every puppy they could. Nice staff, saw them keeping the kennels clean, and getting puppies and people together.
