The fish associate was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I had to bring my 4 sons 😅 where my eldest turned 5 Jan 13 this year lol the twins will be 3 April 5th and my 10 month old come the 4th. She was So patient, So kind, So Professional 🤩💯like give that lady a raise if she's not already in a management position lol she took probably longer than 30 minutes because of me to wet her shirt sleeves for me as she chased down the female GloFish that are damn near impossible to tell a part lol I'm satisfied knowing for ABSOLUTELY SURE lol that I put her through all of that to have definitely gotten at least one female out of the bunch 🤣🤣🤣 I salute you with mad respect, Fish Woman. Fish Master. Fish Master Woman/Woman Master lol and she had a training dog attached to her that my boys rushed up to and she politely and very professionally gave them a free lesson about asking first before touching someone else's dog. As a mother of four sons I was definitely burnt out to have been happily zoning out as I took in the beauty of the fish lol she was even nice enough to make small talk during this whole fishing trip to make it not be awkwardly standing there watching someone out of 20 identical ones lol thanks again. Seriously. Oh, but the tiny $4.99 barrels with a base hole and 2 side holes are leeching chemical rainbows into the water, even though I soaked them in warm water. Is there anything else I can do? Just to let you know lol

So I actually called head quarters and another location because I wasn't sure if I was being dramatic or not. My BLIND dog was turned away for going to the bathroom in the waiting area. The receptionist Meg was extremely nice and gracious and I was embarrassed. She went to go get supplies to clean it up and Danielle the Groomer followed her. I heard whispers for a while. When they came back I was told that since that it is a sign of nervousness they couldn't see him. My dog wasn't even nervous he's blind and didn't know where he was. When we called HQ and another location both said there is no policy on nervous dogs ONLY AGRESSIVE DOGS and they have never heard of that. Both actually stated it was extremely NORMAL. The guy at the other location said the only thing is if they have continuous diarrhea while the owner is gone they will have to mention it. I believe the Groomer Danielle just didn't want to see my dog and do her job.
