Great Experience Overall! I used petco in Co and it was a traumatizing situation. This was a far cry from that! The girls in the Grooming area listened and definitely did the best job I have seen when my baby gets matted. Being in Co we liked his hair to grow out in the winter but its too hot here. He was in desperate need of a good cut. I knew we couldn't salvage much but the consistency of the cut was amazing, no bald spots or issues and he was Super Happy when he came out. That for me was the most important part! Grateful to say the least. Will be back! Would recommend for poodle cuts!

This store was well stocked, very clean, and the staff was the best part. Tori was the first employee I seen as I entered the store she was tending to the guinea pigs, and without even knowing we were watching, I can see her affection and kindness towards the animals not even 35 seconds later, she approached me and my family and asked if we needed any help I told her what we needed help with, but we were also going to be looking around the store she seen I had a whole squad of kids so she gathered everything on my shopping list for me while me and the kids got to look around at the fish and play with a couple guinea pigs. We purchased some freshwater snails, Tetras & Crickets which are all in excellent shape and doing well in their new homes. We were so intrigued, we actually signed up for a special program, received a bunch of discounts and plan on returning to this store forever! Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays hopefully this company values such a unique and compassionate employee!!!

Never have I encountered poorer customer service and professionalism. I don't know how this business stays open. No carts available for their customers. The cashier stated they " were all out in the parking lot and he could not leave the register. After I asked mu daughter who wears leg braces and walks with a cane if she'd be alright, he said he would go get her one if we watched the register for him. There were no other customers in the store at this time. We were supposed to be having a fun day selecting fish for my grandson's fish tank. After they looked and made their selections I went in search for an employee. I found a young woman, noname tag, As we began to tell her our selections, she stopped us abruptly stating that if we were buying alot of fish, she was going home so she would have to go get someone else. Okay??? 2 young women returned, also noname tags, neither of which looked very happy. The one with really long hair took a bag and using her bare hands she reached in the tank and was grabbing at the fish, then putting them in She then started asking us questions about our tank size, how many fish we had, how long we had had it, etc, then stated we were at our limit. We still had a few more we wanted so I tried to explain to her I had had aquariums since the age of 16, I am 66, so I am very experienced . She seemed not amused nor interested. I then asked her if Petco had a policy in the # of fish we could purchase? She hesitated then stated no but they cared about the wellbeing of their fish. Mind you, their tanks were over crowded, dirty, numerous sick and dead fish in most every tank. Seriously? What was supposed to be a fun time turned into a circus! I was able to get her to bag up several more fish We purchased 2 swordtails, 6 neons ,an African water water frog and 2 dalmation platties. All of which she used her bare hands to catch rather than a fish net. When I questioned her as to why she she wasnt using a net I received only a dirty look. Upon transferring the fish to our tank I found male swordtails sword fin had been severed/ injured and was hanging. No doubt from the employees fingernails as she was trying to catch them in her bare hands!! This was on Sun. Apr. 28th. Sadly he died this morning. We also lost 2 neons, and no, I'm not asking for a refund!I am asking you to make this right for every future customer. I am a retired retail manager, having worked in customer service, retail for 30 plus years. Our experience with petco should not have happened. I can see why there were no customers in this store. DO BETTER!!! As for us we will not be back and will make sure others know of our experience at Petco . Really sad!!!

Ok so those girls are super nice and friendly. The manager is A+++ he marked down some food for my pets because some weren't alive. Which was kind. He and his staff are 10 star material! I come in often.

This is our family's Go-To for our pet's needs. Petco carries a great variety of quality products other places do not carry. This is the only place we get our dog's food since we prefer high end, high quality meals for them. We also appreciate the rewards benefits they offer like the 10th bag of food is free. This particular location is our favorite to go to... it's maintained very well, they offer grooming and the employees are SUPER nice and helpful.

You don’t have what I want, you’re always out of stuff, but the main reason is you send me these things telling me I’ve earned my rewards, and when I get to the store they’re not in your computer system. this has happened over and over and over again. You raised it from 100 points to 150 to 165. I’m done with you, you don’t wanna give me a simple little thing like rewards that you gave me for years,, I don’t need to shop at your store there are other places I can go!!!

What sort of establishment would leave a sick hamster with what appears to be wet tail to suffer in an inadequate cage!? And for purchase ?? This is sickening. Do better.

I walked in no one greeted me. After I found what I needed and seeing It was underneath a lot of heavy items. I was struggling to hold on to my dogs and get what I needed. There was an employee that saw me struggling but didnt offer any help. Once I made my way to the register, the cashier just stared at me didnt offer any help since I had my two dogs and this one big item in hand. Once I got to the register he did not greet me or talk to me. Just an overall bad experience. Gave them 1 star since they had what I needed in stock. If it wasnt for that Id give 0 stars if possible. Very dissapointed.

Needed some dog aspirin for my senior dog and Petco came through with supply on the shelf. I was able to pay online then walk in for pick up. There was a somewhat long line upon entry however they had a line dedicated to pick-ups. So less than 5 minutes in and back on my way home. Place was also well organized and did not smell like pets.

Never again. Online price for dog shots $56 x 3 dogs. Get the bill and it's $260 and they would not fix it.

The people are knowledgeable and friendly. Every time we go here the people are kind and take the time to discuss options.It would be great if the leadership would add more people. You can see the staff is doing a great job balancing stocking, check out and assisting customers. Seems like they are still running at covid people levels. I can't help but think leadership will burn out some great people.

I went in to purchase a collar ... Paid full price! Realized they had an entire wall of markdown items. I purchased a leash collar and doggy bowl, at reduced price. I returned the caller and got all three items instead. Thank u

I found the brand food I was looking for that Petsmart didn’t have. I was excited to see the selection of dog clothes and accessories including cute backpacks. Amber the cashier at the front was helpful with explaining all the perks of signing up for the rewards program. I had a great experience!

The folks that work here are wonderful! There's a younger gal with black and green hair and some piercings and a fella with a long goatee (I feel bad for not remembering their names). They have both been so helpful to our family with my daughter's turtles.

Tori was very kind, patient, and helpful with us as we looked for a new hamster. I think we checked out every hamster before deciding on one, and she was happy to show us and tell us about each and every one of them. You can tell she truly cares about animals and her job. Thanks again Tori!

Petco has stuff Pet Smart does not and things cost less at Petco. This location seemed somewhat cluttered and the staff was friendly but there were too few. The cats there were very cute and could use loving homes!

Used Petco grooming service for the first time recently, Was really pleased with their service, they stayed righ at the prices agreed upon during set up and the people were really knowledgeable, seein as how it was our first time the Person at the registration area told me some things i didn't know and we were able to come up with just the right package for my girl. She looked great when done and smelled good too !!!!!!!

Got 2 robo hamsters at this store, the employees were not educated on hamster care, I had to do a lot of reserach on my own, they told me I could have 2 hamsters in one cage, NOT TRUE, hamsters are solitary animals. They also told me I could get a critter cage, NOT TRUE, robo hamsters need at least 600 sq. in. I put those animals through a lot uf unnecesary stress that could've been avoided had I received the right information upfront.

We have been here 100 times and have always had exceptional service. We came on 6/11/23 on a Sunday at 6:58 cutting it close to closing time. We needed dog food quickly and we asked for 2 mice, the lady told us no. So we walked out. My husband and I work 12 hours days on Sunday’s and needed dog food and snake food today. Now my dogs will have to eat a different brand of dog food tonight. Which will likely cause my husky a stomach ache. When she told us no we walked out. And please note, there plenty of other people still in the store. 4 people walked out after us so I told my husband to get the girls name. He walked back in and asked for her name and she refused to give it to us. The other gentlemen working at the other counter said “give them your name Bridgette” at least he was still helping customers in need. Don’t think we will ever return to this location which is sad because this is our main location. By the time we left 7:05- still people in the store. She had plenty of time to help us and didn’t. Poor poor customer service. I worked in the animal industry and couldn’t fathom telling someone no for basic needs for their animals. You never know what someone has going on. We didn’t show up close to closing time to be an inconvenience.

Their grooming staff is excellent. My pooch gets nervous and doesn't allow anyone near her. But they are patient and calm until she trusts them and she always comes out happy as can be. They aren't the cheapest place around, but they do good work. We always appreciate them!

order an order online, went to go pick it up and said they didn’t have my order when i went back to check there stock they had it but the cashier canceled my order when i told i was gonna go check so i ended up paying 2 times now i have to be checking to see if i even get a refund for something they clearly messed up on and didn’t want to help me out clearly management need a lot of improvement and that cashier to be on check because this wouldn’t have happen if she did her job right on top of her attitude never going to a petco, petsmart is the way !
