The dog wash just opening and we gave it a go! It was awesome and super convenient. The staff was super helpful and went over how to use the machine. They both check in with us too to make sure all was good. Both of the girls working, I believe one is Ashley were very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. As for pricing my be a few dollars more but they price and have a membership too.

Such a beautiful place this is like the Mecca of a pet store ! self wash service for your dogs all the leashes and collars of the rainbow amazing food and high quality vitamins ! It goes on and on ! I even got a price matched with a can I always buy online but prefer to support local!Ask for Monique such a sweetheart and so knowledgeable! Plus I got some goodies to try and ample for my pup 🙌🏽🙏🏽

Kassidy was incredibly helpful on the phone when I called looking for a cooling collar or bandanna for our puppy. She set several things aside for when I came in. When we arrived at the store (we are from out of town) she had let Taylor know I was coming in, because she was at the end of her shift, and wanted to make sure we were taken care of.The store has an excellent selection of unique items national stores don’t have. Kassidy and Taylor were so nice and made our experience perfect! Would highly recommend!

Top quality, highly rated pet products- all in one privately owned local store… Don’t forget they price match!!! It makes me so happy that I can stop buying online. They also have the best variety of wet cat food which is a plus when trying to figure out what your (3) cats like. Food quality has really made a huge difference in my pets coats. SO soft and shiny!

Visited this store a few times. Products sold are of high quality. Food items address animals with allergies or picky eaters. Many quality brands not found at nationwide stores. Great selection of pet accessories all the way down to strollers lol. The store has a great atmosphere that feels like a boutique. Employees are personable and very helpful. Highly recommend to anybody that cares about their furry family member.

Great customer service, unfortunately this place carries so much stuff they appear to have difficulty rotating stock properly. The food I bought was expired and I had to return it. The girl that helped me both times was very nice and assured me that they are making changes so that this shouldn't happen again. I might give this place another shot in the future.

Only place I will buy food for my dogs and cat. They have the higher end brands of food that are better for your pets. I think they are a little pricey on their other items however, though they do tend to have hard-to-find items that I will spend the money on (such as certain dog and cat treats/toys). They are ALWAYS super nice and will help you take those heavy bags of dog food out to your car for you. I also like that I get a free bag of food after a certain number are purchased and that they track all my purchases so if I go in there and forgot which item I got last that I really liked, they will know it for me.

One thing I'll tell you about this place, they have pretty much everything. They also have things I would have never thought of, like a cat playpen. Lots of dog and cat food to choose from... Which is the emphasis here. Almost everything here is for a dog or a cat. There is very little for everything else dot-dot-dot fish ....very little, hamsters and rabbits, very little. If your a pet shop, you should have something for every kind of pet... more than just one or two items. And their prices are a little steep. Possibly because it's in the arrowhead area. Staff was awesome. They were very helpful and informative. I would recommend going there if at least for one thing, it is a great place to browse and get information ...and if you find something you like, bite the bullet and just go ahead and buy it!!

Every time I come in here everyone is so friendly and helpful! The best part is they actually know what they are talking about and not just reading the same thing off the label that you just read. They know their products and are very kind. Last time I came in and my kitten was sick they were so willing to help her get better they gave me a thing of pumpkin for her tummy!!

The staff is very nice. They have tons of varieties for cat food. I have to come here when i get a new job. As they are a little bit more expensive then other pet stores. But the food looks higher quality. For instance, most cat food is about 2 dollars a can, i think maybe some were 1.89. Some were over 3 dollars, very few. So if you have a high society pet, come here. My cat loves BFF cat food and only that. The store is like the Scottsdale pet store in Glendale and so is the Grocery store almost next door. High society for the rich and famous cats and dogs. A place for the very pampered pets. * Edit: I feel bad I wrote this, but I have to be honest, it was too expensive for me. But if i had a job, I would go here as the staff was very nice and the food looked much higher quality then a regular pet store. It's for pampered pets and owners who want the highest quality. Please do go to this store if you have a job and want to keep your pets pampered.

Amazing products for my Australian cattle dog mix. They sell ACANA dog food which is AMAZING, and Tuscan Naturals bar shampoo for dogs. ACANA is so good that my dog only needs a heaping 1/2 cup at every meal because there is no filler. With the pedigree food the shelter gave me to feed him, he needed 2 1/2 cups every meal because it was so full of filler. I think you must be authorized by ACANA to sell their food, you cannot buy it online and this is one of the only stores that sell it. The bar shampoo makes my dog smell like a whole foods, and I have given away a few bars as gifts because everyone always comments on how soft and good smelling my dog is.The employees are also always great. Everything I have bought has been on recommendation (food, shampoo, paw cream, etc.), and they have not steered me wrong. They also carry the big bags of food out to your car for you. I even met with one of the employees outside of working hours once to talk about how to get my dog healthy (My dog had kennel cough and multiple infections when I got him, and still has Valley Fever). Very caring people with good knowledge of the products. I will say that this store is expensive, but also they have knowledgeable people and some specialty products that you cannot buy anywhere else. I always go here for foods, creams, or things that go in or on my dogs body. Things like toys, leashes, beds, etc are quite pricey here and you can find them other places, so there isn't much point of buying those products here. I highly recommend this store.

This place is very professional. They have the largest selection of Fromm food. Which is 4 and 5 star quality. Hard to find anything better. They special order us food ever couple weeks and they price match.

I was looking for a stroller for my 13 year old terrier. They had maybe 9 strollers already set up in the store. Other stores I went to didn't have any set up. They were all in boxes so I couldn't tell if Louie would fit comfortably. Pet Market even price matched for me!

First time going to this pet store. Very impressed with the knowledge and help I received. My pet store I've been using for several years ran out of the food I used. I was quite upset. They called choice pet who had my brand. My pet store just might have lost a long standing customer. I'll be going to Choice again.

They were ok have a lot of small breed quality toys, treats, and more. Lil cat and bird items also.. a lot of stuff seemed way overpriced and they probably have to have higher markups to make up for the slower walk in traffic they seem to have..
