HORRIBLE PLACE! If you want to pick up a healthy pet after the groomers DONT go here!!!I took my dog there and when I picked him up he couldn't open his eyes. The groomer was Kendra (also the manager), she told me that she thought hair had gotten in his eye and she rinsed it. I didn't take him home after that I took him straight to my vet but they were closing so I had to take him to urgent care. The vet told me since he was fine when I dropped him off at the groomers that something had to have happened AT the groomers (he was there for 3 hours). They found ulcers in his eyes. The vet indicated that they most likely sprayed or put something in his eyes they weren't supposed to. Mary the owner did not compensate me for my full vet bills or my grooming appointment “because the service was done”. Now my poor baby is miserable but the service was done right?

Mary’s Professional Pet Grooming is the best! Since moving to Peoria, I’ve been searching for an experienced groomer for my 3 Shih Tzus. The other places I tried just didn’t have the exacting skills for Shih Tzu cuteness.Mary and Kendra really listened and understood the look I wanted. The shop is clean, cute and everyone is super friendly. They respond to emails and texts, and even send you a puppy report card after the appointment. Adorable! Mark helped me and the pups to the car after the appointment. First class service, Sir. I have not taken my multipoo after a horrible experience she had last time we took her to get groomed my husband and I have done it at home. She is a special little fuzzy princess that has anxiety. I wanted to pamper her so I looked for a place and am so thankful I found Mary’s professional pet grooming. From the call to squeed her in last minute to the gentleman that made the appointment and Mary doing such an amazing job with Sandie. I have taken her back since and Sandie shows she’s enjoying going. I thank you guys so much for everything and making my fuzzy bundle of joy happy and beautiful 🐶💕

We moved and had to leave the groomer we had for 10 years. I tried 2 other places before finding Mary's. I'm pretty picky about who I leave my baby with. Mary's did a fabulous job both times that I've gone so far. I feel comfortable with the people and Chloe's behavior afterwards tells me all I need to know. She's happy when she comes home (she was not after other places we tried). I also love that they are located inside of a vet's office just in case she has an emergency, it's nice to know medical care is near (not that I would expect any kind of emergency). Extra piece of mind. We will be coming back!

We contacted Mary’s Professional Pet Grooming because of the positives reviews here on Google. We moved to the Glendale/West Phoenix area 9 months ago and received our Fur baby (Enzo) a month ago. He is the breed (Yorkshire Terrier) my wife has always wanted and super happy to have him in our family. He is 14 weeks old and this was his first experience with grooming. We are very particular about his look and grooming needs and Mary passed those qualifications with flying colors. She is a caring person and listened closely to our request and offered her opinion which we really appreciated. We brought our pet supplies for her to see and she gave us an honest opinion about what works and what doesn't. She does not cage pets and works on appointment only, which was critical in choosing her. Her fees for the service was extremely fair and the process for pickup and delivery was excellent. I am adding 3 pictures of our little guy so you can see for yourself why we will certainly be returning to Mary's Professional Pet Grooming. We highly recommend and 5 stars all the way!

There are no words to express the amazing level of kindness and professionalism. I have a Yorkie and this was his first visit.Mary came to the front to introduce herself and get the directions of how we wanted Nico to receive.The business was spotless. You are greeted by the gentleman at the desk with a smile.When Nico came out he looked perfect.My experience with this groomer not only met my expectations but exceeded them.I think Nico has found his permanent "spa" day groomer.

I am never one to tip the very first time going to a new groomer because I have had very bad experiences in the past :( I wanted to see if I will come back before throwing in a little extra something. but oh my GOSH Mary completely blew me away!!! I will not only be coming back but will be leaving a wonderful review and gratitude each time. I wish I had seen the wonderful job she did before paying because honestly their prices are very low for the great quality you receive. My Buddy is usually very anxious around new people but he came out of his appointment so happy and that makes me feel very at ease leaving him there. We had just gone to a park and she was able to remove all the little annoying tags that stick onto his fur which I applaud her for! She cut his hair JUST AS I WANTED. (I hope you can tell how excited I am 🤩🤩🤩) I wish I could go back and tip because I was not expecting such amazing results! By far the nicest and most professional doggy groomer I have been too. So happy with the turn out thank you so much and I can’t wait to take my Buddy back very soon !!!

After 3 years, my groomer disappeared. I have a 4 year old Yorkie. She is my heart. I found Mary’s Professional on Google. I read the reviews and decided to make an appointment one month out. Yesterday was CoCo’s‘s appointment and I must say I was a nervous wreck. Everyone in there is so nice so it put my mind at ease. Kendra was an absolute joy and a pleasure. CoCo was not nervous like she normally is with her other Groomer and Kendra did an absolutely wonderful job. My baby was looking so adorable. The cut was perfect. Her teeth were cleaned. Her nails were trimmed. I couldn’t have asked for anybody better. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend Kendra they have a customer for life.

Mary is awesome Roxy is always excited to go with her. Before Mary I took Roxy to a different groomer once and my baby was nipped with the clippers, plus was so afraid when we picked her up. The lady said she wouldn’t let her herself didn’t even inform me she was cut, we noticed when we got home never again. I’m so thankful we found Mary Roxy has been going to her for almost 2 years now. And it’s always a great experience.

Our first visit was good, I think because we were the first customer on a Sunday morning. Today however was much different. We were under the impression this was a quiet facility and everyone was given a personal experience, hence the expensive price. Today sounded like the pound with multiple dogs barking from cages in the back and an unwelcoming feel. My timid cat was freaking out with the amount of chaos in the back. When I said we would like to cancel the lady with the tatted arms seemed relieved. No attempt to retain our business and reschedule.If you have a dog this place seems like the place to go. I just wouldn't bring your cat unless they are totally comfortable with barking and howling dogs.2 stars since the first visit was good. Unfortunately we won't be back.

Mary is really nice and does a great job grooming our 15 year old little mama. Mary gives her a spa day. Our Osa has lots of fur and undercoat. And she gets dry skin, our vet were recommended Mary to help get control of her itching. We have been using Mary's services for 2 years and haven't had any more problems

I've been taking Benji for a couple of years now and they continue to be amazing as they were from day 1. I love they way they send me a report card letting me know how Benji did during his visit (which at times, if not most of the times, he bites when they're doing his face) and they continue to leave him looking good. I have had a pretty great experience with taking my dog here but this past time I wasn’t too happy with the results. She has thin fur and usually she gets blown out and trimmed and looks great but today they gave her the skin fade and doesn’t look too good. I know my dog is a nipper and it’s in the notes idk if that played a role in todays cut because it looks as if the area around her eyes was not cleaned and near her mouth was also dirty. Idk that has never happened before so idk if she got a different groomer today or what.

We decided to follow Katie when we found out she was leaving our usual grooming spot. We trust her & she is so good with our dog Huero. He loves her! As always she did an amazing job with him. My Australian shepherd with her truck undercoat was shedding everywhere. Mary's was able to get her in quickly. Pricing is very good. Also, I want to point out that they groomed her on Sunday morning. That was a time saver. The staff are very relatable, and my Opal seemed to like them too.

We took our husky Sambra there last month and WOW. Dani, Danielle did an amazing job. Our boy looked so stunning literally 2 cars stopped when we were walking him to say what a beautiful dog, seriously lol. If I could give zero stars I would. This place has been a LITERAL NIGHTMARE ! Out of the six different groomers I’ve taken my baby too never ever have I had a complaint until this place. It started with her coming home depressed, not being herself, not eating, throwing up, sad, I take her to the vet just to find out that she had sprained one of her discs in her back & I am 100% positive it happened while she was in their care because once she got home from the place she was already sad and didn’t have the energy for anything. THEN I realize that she went to get a de shedding and she literally came back shedding more than she was when she went in & to top it all off she came back with the WORST dandruff ever. They left her skin soooo dry. She has been itchy and suffering now not only because they hurt her and she’s now on medication but now because of the dandruff they left her with. I HAVE NEVER SEEN HER SKIN LIKE THIS BEFORE. so I call and tell them about everything and they say a whole bunch of NOTHING! All they do is try and persuade me to spend more money with them and said “next time you should get the aloe treatment for her that’ll help with the dandruff” like are you kidding me ? This would’ve never happened if it weren’t for you guys to begin with. Now I have to take her to a different groomers and pay again for them to fix what MARYS “PROFESSIONAL” GROOMING COULDN’T DO RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Will definitely NEVER be returning.

Absolutely fantastic service and groom. We were visiting from California. Had to get in at last minute. They had a cancellation, and were able to get us in. Hands down. The BEST cut my little girl has ever had. Mary and her husband were so friendly. I am bummed out that we don’t live locally. Check these folks out. You will not be disappointed. Out of ALL the groomers I took my pets to this was theWORST. I've never been to a grooming shop where the employees at the front desk acted as if they didn't want to be there.This morning I received a call asking if I can arrive early. agreed. When I got there I was asked if I confirmed my appt yesterday which I did. Clearly they didn't check this information a day prior and forgot that THEY just spoke with me this morning.After telling the women at the front my dogs names numerous times and pointing them out, they still got them confused and just left it at that.I explained each pet behavior habits. Seemed to be going in one ear and out the other. I was just told oh the groomers will be out. Basically tell them. Which I did again.One is older and likes to be aloneThe other is hyperEach pet have been groomed since they were babies and never had an issue with being cut.When asked how I'd like them cut (they're yorkies)The groomers acted as if they didn't know what a teddy bear yorkie facial groom was.I had to dig through my phone to show pictures and look online.They were still confused so I said just teddy bear regular yorkie cutLong hair on ears. I'm not sure WHAT happened with one of their cutsI get a message that they're ready. I'm outside so I walk back in immediately. Once again no greeting no eye contact no how can I help youNo which animal are you here for. Nothing.So, I ask for them.I paid and waited and waited until I asked if she received the ZELLE payment.WORST OF ALL... my small one was cut on her nipple.No I'm sorry, no would like to speak with the supervisor etc. Just oh I cut her nipple, but afterwards she was calm. And no s she's hurt.Will NEVER go back to this place.I'll drive far to find a new groomerThis was just bad customer service and piss poor

We chose Mary's because they're so close to home and had great reviews. Gunny is new to our family so we needed to get him groomed and cleaned up. Upon walking in the door, the gentleman at the front desk greeted Gunny and asked questions about what we wanted, if Gunny was nervous about anything and assured us they would take their time making him comfortable. When we picked up Gunny, he smelled good, his nails were nice and trim and, most importantly, he was happy. Mary's earned all of their great reviews and I just booked Gunny's 2nd appointment today. Thank you Mary's, for making this a great experience for our family!
