This is our closest Fry's but the smallest I've ever been. You have to take turns down the aisles, it's such a crowded area and you feel like you are bothering the employees if you ask a question. I love Fry's I just wish the one closest to my house was at least organized or had friendly staff. One or the other would work for me!

Been going to this one for 12 years now. I like this one. Very clean and well organized. The customer service is great at this location. Tons of parking and well lit. Easy duel entrances. Two diffrent self check outs. Also they usually have two checkers at all time. Their deli is extremely busy. So expect a wait. Very nice wine and liquor area. Always a ton of clean carts. I highly recommend this location. Great hours as well.

Something is just wrong with this store. The floors are dirty. They don't have a big selection, and are often out of things. The were also boxed items on the shelf 3 MONTHS past the expiration date! I always go to a different Fry's on cactus. It's better stocked, clean, better quality, and more selection. We went here yesterday and they had absolutely no bell peppers with a sign saying "sorry out of stock...". The Fry's on cactus has some. I don't understand because they are literally the same store!

Why would you sell grab n go food from the deli that is meant to be warmed up, in plastic that isn’t microwave safe and NOT label it as such? I just ruined $10 worth of chicken because of this. The plastic isn’t labeled as not microwave safe and the food is clearly meant to be heated. Where is the logic in this?

Worst Frys pharmacy ever, never had issues with any Frys pharmacy any side of town ive moved to. This one every employee is rude and encompetent.Absolutely no customer service mannerisms and the mistakes have all been theirs. Fire the whole crew and start over because they are terrible.Every interaction with this pharmacy, a total of 5 so far has been terrible it would seem as though you have some baggers back their trying to fill in.... smh They don't deserve the one star.

Worst customer service at the checkout, the Assistant Manager couldn't even pull up items that are on digital coupon.. Very tight aisles to move around. I WILL NOT be back to this store!

Had an employee lock the wheels of the cart as I was walking out the door. Normally this wouldn’t upset me. I understand they have a job to do but I had my daughter in the front seat of the cart when they locked it, causing her head to fly forward pretty hard.All they would’ve had to do is ask me to see the receipt and I would’ve stopped. I paid for everything.

6:30 PM on a Sunday night. Place is packed. 1 damn check stand open. But no worries I got to check out all my own groceries using the self check out. I also got to bag them myself while the guy who works there watches me do his job.Don’t get me wrong, self check out is a great thing when you have a few items. We had a ton and were made to do someone else’s job. Unacceptable! Forget about management for a minute. When I’m at work I work. Because I’m being paid to work. Not watch others check out and bag their own groceries while there is one single stand open with a line all the way down the aisle.

I hate that you have to use the app for all of their specials. I'd rather shop anywhere else ... and I usually do.You don't need some skeevy app to shop at the Walmart neighborhood market right across the street....

From what I understand was denied service or clerk/merchant pretended to not know what to do. I was requesting a deposit into my Paypal account by her scanning the barcode on the app; she claimed she couldn't because she did not know how, neither did the manager(this occurring 9:20am 9/27/23). This is not the first but 3rd time this has happened to me with Fry's upon requesting a Paypal deposit. As well one other time with Wal-Mart.

Only store I have ever used for last 10 years. Low prices. Weekly specials. In store specials. Sign up for digital coupons and save more plus you can receive points for gas savings. Atleast once a month I fill up and save 50 cents to one dollar off at the pump

Great prices, and friendly staff. Wish they had a larger storefront, selection isn't as big as some Fry's stores. They don't have a butcher block, which is weird. But overall, it's nice. I'd give 3 1/2 stars if I could, but since it's still a nicer store than most supermarkets, I rounded up

Was able to find the wine I was looking for fairly easily. Cashier was helpful at the self-check. I like Fry's just wish most things weren't cheaper at Walmart so I could shop here more often.

One of the guys, middle aged white guy, actually said ‘what do all these people want!’ Lol food is descent at best and the donuts I got WERE STALE. Days old!

This store is extremely hard to get into walking from your vehicle to the parking lot. If you could even find a parking space. You will most likely be visited by a few people asking for things or just really taking what they can. They usually don’t have mobility carts available when they do they’re not charged or they’re broken. Management here is a joke. The employees just wanna earn money and go home. They don’t care about their jobs or the customers. The air conditioning does not work well and most of the foods if they’re not, refrigerated are going to be melted. The items that are refrigerated you have to take a gamble because their refrigeration breaks so often in their coolers that things are left sit out and one doesn’t really know if things are safe to eat. Using the restroom is also a gamble because there are typically people in there doing things such as washing, and or using drugs, making it difficult to be able to use the restroom. Overall, the store is not very clean and it just does not seem like they’re interested in keeping the place open but yet it thrives.

I do not like this location. It's dirty, very dirty. I have only dealt with one employee whom knows his job well, never have a problem. I'm in and out quickly. Every other employee has been rude or just lazy. Always a problem and one even said to me " You should go across the street to do this, I just don't like doing this."

I complained about one of their many rude employees three weeks ago, and they NEVER got back to me. No apology, nothing. I actually used to work as a day stocker at this store back in 2006. This store is trash now. Sad to see what it has become.
