I have been going here for 15 years now 6 days a week. This is the best the store has ever looked. The new manager and team really keep this store clean. Everything is fully stocked, and no carts are on the floor or just sealed boxes of goods.Plenty of parking and well lit.Kid friendly and easy to navigate the store.Great prices and service.Highly recommended.

All those upset about stuff in isle just be happy u have a store close to u to shop at there are far more important thing to complain about the conviency heck I find customer bring in there kids that they have no control over and let run crazy more of an issue the stuff in the isle ....ps make sure u have urself policed up and squared away before telling others to do so

I live right In the area and have no vehicle atm,so this dolla general has been a lifesaver more than once. You just have to know your prices!

Went in tonight for some snacks and was charged for a item we didn't purchase And it's not even in the bag so that's suspicious. I understand if something was on the register and things get mixed up but it would be in the bag after you scanned and I could return it, but it's not even in the bag.

Dollar General was having a mighty good sale today. I bought these 4th of July socks for $0.30 each, I bought some stocking stuffers for $0.50 each and my twig Cutters for $2.25. I bought this 4 pound of dog food and got a bag free. I also bought this 2 in 1 Deluxe microfiber flip mop for only $3.75 each! I don't know about you guys, but I really love stretching out the Good Ol American dollar!

I was at this location on 9/16/23. On coupon day, I did not get my discount The cashier was rude, She was rude to customer before me.. SHE JUST KEPT SAYING , WHAT DO U EXPECT TO PAY..if I could do no strs I would. I would not be returning

The staff of today Saturday 10, 2022 at 12:30pm has been the most friendly I’ve ever met they helped me find my stuff and I was able to get my shopping done without a struggle. Blanca was such an amazing help very friendly and charismatic. Looking forward to coming back to this location ! Keep up the good work!

Employees at this location unfortunately have no understanding of customer service, and the male cashier looked and acted like he was at a funeral. I am Caucasian, and I mean shockingly white, and when I asked him a question in english, he responded to me in spanish. Needless to say I was confused...All this adds up to a very, very poor experience, won't be returning, not reccomended...

Staff is super friendly and always helpful. They need a bigger location though. There is definitely more lriduct than they actually have space for and everything just seems kind of cluttered and crowded. They do stock some really fun clothes and accessories, and their craft aisle always has everything we need for school projects that I'm not willing to spend a fortune on.

Had a horrible customer service from associate named Devine today. On her way to walk up to the checkout decided to answer a personal call continue to speak on it during the transaction. Had an issue with a product I had to voice my problem multiple times due to the destruction of the phone. When I post my issue about being on a phone with a personal call she proceeded to argue with me rather than simply paying attention and finishing the transaction. Normally I am very happy to shop at this Dollar General and usually get great customer service this was definitely not one of those times extremely disappointed

I am amending my previous review see below, old review. This stores has done a complete turn around! The young man working in there now deserves a standing ovation! I had stopped coming into this store due to the complete disorganization and horrible customer service! I had originally given this a 1 star but now im changing to 5. Keep up the good work!(Old review)Horrible customer service and completely unorganized. The employees are rude and make you feel as if you are an inconvenience

I stop in here for fast visit. I got every thing I need. If this was a walkable locale to me I could go and shop for more. A lot of dry goods. Canned food. Grooming supplies. I think they even have a refrigerator area. Heck I'd only buy meat at grocery and get the other things here. Two items I bought cost me way less than ever before.

I shop here every so often. Usually I complete my business without incident. Today I had to leave the store early due to the positively vulgar music playing loudly over the in store speakers. Nauseating does not begin to describe it.Then I waited a very long time as the only person in line to check out, as the one cashier had a loud and store related conversation with her boss. She ignored me as I stood there. Her shift was ending and when her replacement arrived, the two of them went at each other about this same business. I had to pay for my purchases, so I could not leave.There are lots of Dollar Stores around where the employees are happy to see their customers.Make a better choice than I did and avoid this place.

I would give this place no stars if I could. Every time I go in there's no one at the register, and I have to wait and sometimes shout repeatedly until I can get a cashier. Tonight I went in, no one at the register. Not surprised. I waited 5 minutes, still no one I shouted hello, no reply. I walk around the store and find the store manager on her cell phone. She finally begrudgingly came to the register muttering about a phone call. I wouldn't have minded if she had at least told me to wait but being left there and getting such rude treatment from the manager themselves is completely uncalled for. Awful store.

Went in for the water on sale beginning of july so I picked up a couple other things well the cashier was very busy, but let me use the cart to get stuff to car. Well the water didn't ring up on sale and a couple other items did not ring up right, I tried to get a hold of customer service by phone and email tp no avail, really bummed about this!

Easy store to run into for something quick without dealing with crowded huge grocery stores of people... especially on holidays. The only down side is the stocking carts of merchandise blocking some aisles the last 2 visits.can't get through and I imagine they are losing sales because of this.

This Dollar General is always kept so nice and clean!!! Also, I recently started using the Dollar General app. And using coupons, which is so confusing!! But, the cashier is always so patient and helpful! She never makes me feel dumb or rushed and I love that about this location!!! Gotta love someone who gets when saving a couple coins help lol

I love this location. The people that work here provide great customer service amd are so friendly. They usually have some great specials going on and i drive out of my way to come here in this Arizona heat. Thank you for providing exemplary customer service.

I was able buy the items i went in for. However the store was very unorganized and messy. One of the isle had two giant carts full of boxes thats were to restock the store. I had to climb over one and move the cart in order to grab a bag of charcoal. Than lady at the regiater did nothing except watch me and never offered help or anything. When i went to check out the woman in front of me was having problems with her card while trying to pay. The woman at the register (the same woman that watched me climb over their boxes in the asile) was clearly bothered or annoyed of the customer. She was rolling her eyes, constantly sighing and tapping her fingers. She called another employee for help to help the customer. There was at least 8 people in line and only one register open. I had a lot of things i was buying so when it was my turn to check out she rollerd her eyes and never spoke to me. I used some digital coupons and my total was quite high. I asked her if my cpupons went thru and she said yes.. Ithisbstor d if my coupon worked for spening over $30 on gain products and she rolled her eyes looked at her compter and yes "sure". I went ahead and paid anyway however when i looked at my reciept i saw that it did not get applied to my bill. My husband went to speak to her and she rudely told her she was busy and he could call the manager over the phone. At this point me and my husband were just annoyed of the service and just went home.. I called the store and who ever i spoke with said they would have a manager contact me and inhave still not heard back from the store manage. I will contact them again in a daynor two. I love the deals the store give however the customer service i received was horrible. I probably will not shop at this store again. But i do want my issues resolved.

It was clean and organized.My only problem was the cashier.I dont know what happened to friendly service.The lady said hello in a monotone, and said God Bless when people would leave. Her voice was so dead and even her facial expressions said she didnt want to be there.When another employee showed up is when she was friendly. She laughed, smiled and had a brief conversation with her co-worker. It was only then did she seem pleasant.What happened to customer service?It makes shopping so un-enjoyable, when the people around you are unfriendly, unkind, and monotone.I might as well just shop online. Than go inside a store and be around rude, unpleasant people.Even I continue to smile and even assist other customers and I dont even work there!

I shop here at least once weekly and have been coming here for the last few years. In te last 6 months or so they've gotten a a few new faces and all of them are fantastic.I use the app because some of the deals combined with the coupons can't be beat. Everyone there is extremely personable and courteous, seriously some of the best enployees I've come across. I can go in and shop and joke around with them (I'm a talkative person myself) and they don't hurry you or make you feel like an obligation. I enjoy shopping here and will continue to do so for as long as the environment they have built in the store lasts.As previous retail management of a big box myself for over 10 years I don't have enough words to describe the level of service and the friendliness each person I've interacted with has portrayed towards my daughter and I, as we leisurely shop much to my kiddos impatientness.

Went in to look at baby stuff for an upcoming baby shower didn't find what i needed so left after about 5 or 10 mins i was walking out and the manager Ann acted like i was stealing maybe because im younger and didn't buy any thing ? Either way made me feel terrible id never steal and would never want to be accused of it.

Some of thire people are mean but I just choose the times I go In this store so i don't get the rude ones, but is excellent store I like the deals they give you and most of thire people are really nice just a couple bad seeds plus the rude customers I know why they're mean so go here and be nice to the cashiers and they'll be nice to you

Store got remodeled looks amazing. I was literally asked by 3 associates if I needed help. Wonderful help:) just wish some of their non dollar items were more reasonably priced
