I took my dog charlie here that ive had for about 8 years. I normally cut him to due being unsure how some people would treat him or if he would be nice aswell. I made the BEST decision taking him here all the staff was so nice and welcoming thank you guys very much very professional clearly well trained i felt very positive dropping him off and the results are amazing i can see how happy my dog is :) Charlie and i say THANK YOU!!!!! Let it be noted after reading other reviews i showed up late to my 8am appointment at 820 and nothing was said about it and i know my dog had a few small matts on his belly. I wish I could remember the guy that cheked us in name but he was very cool with my dog and immediately insisted i take his muzzle off (: emily and her co worker with her today also had nothing but good comments about my dog and loved having him. The results are perfect ill be returning with my best friend

They are amazing. I have been taking my pug for 4 years now and he simply loves them. However this last time I went I also took my new girl pug puppy who is very very skittish with people and they did such an amazing job taking care of her! She did great! Highly recommend.

Otis is my huge fluffy guy (Old English Sheepdog). I know he is not easy to groom so I appreciate all the people who take the patience to groom him. Imagine washing and brushing a giant cotton ball lol. He has been groomed here since he was a puppy. He lets it happen, but still it isn’t his favorite activity. He might not show it but he is grateful! 🙂About 8 years ago, I started taking my Pomeranian, Theodore here. I got him from the pound, he came with kennel cough and matts but to me he was the cutest thing I’d ever seen ! Anyway, every time I took him in he came out feeling like a million bucks. He passed away a few years ago, but I thank you for always doing such a great job with him.Watson, my little wiener dog has always been shy and timid - he’s a little older now so he’s pretty much blind and deaf but they are so sweet to him, which helps put him at ease. He was surrendered to the pound by his previous owner. Since we adopted him years ago - a place aside from home seems to give him anxiety.They even tried grooming my Rottweiler, Wilfred. We got him from the pound as an adult. He was skinny so he didn’t seem to come from the best home. He has black nails so we asked if they would cut them - they tried and he peed all over the place. It was a horrible mess. I can laugh about it now but I was embarrassed as can be. He only gets groomed at home now 😅. Sorry about that one - he was scared.I try and do my best with all my dogs, but sometimes life gets busy. Sometimes we go through bumps in the road. And sometimes let’s be honest - we get a little lazy. But hey we’re only human 😅. I don’t claim to be a professional dog groomer, just another dog owner who’s trying. I give them baths, brushes, and choppy cuts in between grooms. So I thank those who don’t judge me too harshly ♥️ - it makes me feel more comfortable bringing my dogs in. I know they don’t look as good when I bring them in versus when I pick them up Needless to say give this place a try! I am not located as close as I used to be, but I choose this place because these kind people do an amazing job. The grooms are beautiful and the prices are fair. I know it is not as easy as it looks. So I thank all of you who have groomed my dogs over the years 🙏 . They mean the world to me.

I took my Chihuahua here on a walk-in basis to get her nails cut and filed. (My dog HATES her paws touched and will growl and snip at people trying to cut the nails). I warned the technician about that and they had no issues getting her all trimmed up! Those nails were the shortest anyone has ever been able to get them, it was AMAZING 🤩 And now that I've taken her back several times she doesn't act up when it's time to get her nails done. This place really is good at what they do. They always treat my dog with love and care just like I would; and their prices are extremely affordable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this pet salon! A++++

I always take my dog here for nail trims, and they are so good with him even though he's a little finicky. I came in for a de-shed on my Pit Mix and they did an amazing job. Worth every penny. Love this place! I live in Peoria now but still make the drive out to come here because they are awesome! Pricing is always reasonable too! 💜

Never again will I ever come here. This was my second time taking my dogs to this place to get serviced. The first time they did good on their haircuts but I noticed they didn’t smell good. This second time I walked in and it REEKED of cigarettes. As I was signing my name in I seen and heard one of the staff assisting another dog very aggressively and talking to it very mean and impatient, the dog was a small breed and want not even being fussy, just was moving around a tad bit. The thing that really ticked me off was when I went to pick up my dog the lady who was releasing my dogs gave me the wrong dog! I was so upset. Lastly, my dogs do not smell good, their face is dirty and so ate their butts. I will never bring my babies here again. I do not recommend this place what do ever!

Danielle did a great job! My dog hasn't been to the groomer before, so he probably wasn't used to how it goes and was probably a little difficult, but they were still able to get him clean & trimmed! Also, pricing is GREAT. Thank you, I will be bringing Percy back! 🐾

Love love love Cut & Dry. I just took my 10 week old labradoodle in for his first bath & cut. He looks so cute. The girl that took care of him ( didn't get her name) was so good with my baby and Mama. I was nervous leaving him. I will not go anywhere else.Very happy puppy, Mama. ❤️🐕

I edited this to what it should have been in the first place. 5/5 Stars. We drive far out of the way just to go here. My dog has anxiety issues and starts shaking after realizing where we are going. On the way home, she tries to talk and tell us what happened. Great people. Great place. Go there without any hesitation. Thanks.

Love the staff and how much they pay attention to detail! The scheduling is very flexible too. I’ve brought my German Shepard here a few times already and she loves it. I was sad to see the prices raised a little but I’ll still pay it hahaha I also love that they go home with some notes on the visit and a little bandana!

I have taken my dog here twice now and she has come out nicely cut and clean both times! She can be hard to handle but they have done a great job with taking care of her. I also love the festive bandana she receives from her appointment. Thanks again 🙂

Lucy was absolutely amazing! My Tio passed away on Christmas night. He was very sick & wasn't able to take care of pudgy the way he wished he could. We brought her home with us so she could be well taken care of. She had a nail that was growing into the side of her foot & we couldn't get it out ourselves. She said bring her to me & I'll take care of her! And that's exactly what she did! It took Lucy about 10 minutes & she got it. My little pudgy is so happy & feeling so much better! Thank you Lucy!!! Your the best!

Do not take your pets here this is what they did to my dog when I took him for a grooming. I dropped him off. and 45 min later they call me saying that they couldn't finish his hair cut because my dog was in "distress" so i went to pick him up and as soon as my daughter saw her dog she started crying (shes 12) now im here at the vet to find out what they did to my dog.. too bad I can't give cero stars.. and I'm never going back to ta place... and they will pay for everything..

I have been taking my dog here for years. He is a rott/pit mix and sheds A LOT. I love their package for shedding dogs because it really helps maintain his fur. I see less hair around my home every time. He always leaves the groomers happy and smelling so good!

Love love love this place. My German shepherd, Maggie was severely traumatized by Petsmart grooming but the groomers at Cut and Dry show her so much love that she calms down really quick with them and tell me she did great. My other German shepherd Roxie had 2 ACL surgeries recently and the groomers take amazing good care of her. They both feel so soft and fluffy for weeks after getting groomed here. We make the 10 mile drive just to bring them here. Thank you guys for taking such good care of my fur babies!

Loved working with Ashely. She groomed our Siberian Husky and Golden Retriever mix. He loved her, and we had no doubts about her. She explained everything and made us feel comfortable leaving him with her. Definitely make an appointment with her!

I like this place a lot. Not giving 5 stars because sometimes my Yorkie comes out looking like an adorable teddy bear, other times, the cut is not as nice. They do great with nails and they give him a cute little bandanna. You can see them actively working with all the dogs on their separate stations so you know they are kind to the dogs. My boy never seems upset by them, and he's already a very touchy dog when it comes to strangers.

Friendly and helpful. Didn't take too long and they were done fairly quick. Price is great compared to others I've been to. My only complaint and the reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when I picked up my baby she was still covered in hair and it got all over my clothes and car.

This place is awesome! I took my Saint Bernard in for a bath. I did not realize how dirty he really was until I picked him up. He now looks like a whole new dog! The lady who helped me out was super kind and helpful. I will definitely be bringing Teddy back.

I strongly recommend this pet salon. I have taken my mom's 2 dogs and now my 8 month old poodle. We've always had a good experience with our dogs services and staff. This last time that I visited the salon with my 8 month old pup Bambi (first timer at the groomers) I was nervous in leaving him because he's a hyper and playful pup and might move while getting his fur trimmed or cut and end up getting hurt or hurting the staff. When I went in to pick him up, he looked so adorable and didn't get no bad news (which I was expecting to get because he's a little rebel). We are grateful for the care that is given to our pets. Thank you ♥️🐩

I found Cut & Dry Pet Salon during my search online for a grooming service for my dog. I called them to ask if they offered a la carte services for cutting nails and cleaning of the ears... was able to get an immediate response over the phone with prices. I brought my service dog Lil Bit into the salon for the first time today; she needed her nails trimmed and filled as well as her ears cleaned. I was able to come right in as a walk-in customer and receive these services immediately. I advised them that my dog also needs a muzzle because she gets a little nippy when her feet are messed with and they actually had one the very small size that she needed. The entire process only took about 5 minutes and she was done. She came back just as happy as could possibly be. The salon did an AMAZING job; her toe nails are very short now and smooth. Her ears are certainly MUCH better I would very much highly recommend this company for any animal owners than need a great salon for their pets.

I took my dog in because the reviews were good but unfortunately this review won't be one of them. My dog Nala was returned to me injured. I was never made aware while at the groomer that my dog was injured while in the care of the groomer. When I got home I noticed that she was not herself. I found a wound around her neck area with dried blood. I was shocked that the groomer didn't even have the decency to let me know what had happened. I will not be recommending this pet salon to any one I know. Be careful if you do decide to take your dog here, your pet could end up with a traumatic experience like mine.

One giant regret, now leaving us scared and worried for our Luna, as she now has her right eye bleeding and looks like they didn’t finish the job on that side of her face, which leads me to believe the salon is responsible for our poor Luna’s eye bleeding, never coming back. Now we have to go to an emergency vet and pray she won’t loose her eye!! Now she looks sad and was out of character being so quiet.
