Small family business. They’ve always done a very good job on all 3 of our dogs. I always love the look they have after grooming. Have never had any issues! Before and after pics of our big dog, he looks beautiful!

The owner is very unprofessional!!! She likes to argue, and she always complains the dogs are matted… She will charge you a decent price and the next visit will be at least another $60-80 more.. She will also make sure you add a tip, which I have always done so, not sure why she would feel otherwise, it’s rude to not tip!! She’s just RUDE, she will cut your dogs nails too short and they will bleed, she will argue and raise her tone, and very short!!! Her attitude is so disgusting, scroll down and see her sarcasm, that is ugly and unprofessional!!! My pup will never see those doors again.. I wish I didn’t have to check a star… Smh!Sincerely,Unhappy Customer!!! 😡

All of us including Shiloh thank you so much for trimming her nails. Casper's pet grooming is a terrific place and eased my fears about getting her nails done. Don't hesitate to call them for your pets needs!!!

Prices were fair, was able to book same day and services were completed in a timely manner. My dog looks great! He's an Australian Shepherd and not everyone knows how to correctly groom them. This is an excellent job.

I was in the plaza getting my brakes checked and walked in this business. The person working was standing in front of a mirror fixing her hair but she greeted me quickly. Another customer walked in and stood behind me. I was asking the lady the price for a full haircut and bath she was rushing me to get my question out by using hurry up hand gestures. She then said $50 to $79 depending on size and condition then stared at me. I was getting the impression she couldn't care less about making me a customer. I grabbed a business card so I could leave this review.The other customer walked up and received an ecstatic greeting and smile. I will definitely not step foot back in this establishment.

My sister's dogs got the best experience there. They looked amazing, smelled fantastic and the blue bow made them strut all day long.AMAZING SERVICE WITH A 😃I attempted to get my dogs nails.clipped but he wasn't having it and they took the time to see if he would warm up to them. They have lots of patience!

Disappointed in the service I received last time. I brought my four dogs in. One for cut, bath, etc. One for just a little trim bath etc. and my puppies for bath and nails. We discussed what each dog would get and she asked if we were doing the "same as last time." Yes - one cut, the rest bath and slight trim one just the back legs of one. When I picked them up, I was in a hurry and noticed the one that was to get cut still had long hair but figured she just kept him a bit long. Get home and the one that was a slight trim on back legs was cut (had never had a haircut before in 4 years - had long silky black hair). I called but she was closed, I left a message and she called back. She told me I had told her to cut my girl and I said I had not. She argued with me and basically called me a liar after telling me that she could tell that my girl had never been cut before. If she had never been cut before how was that doing "the same as last time?"

We took our dog in to this groomer and she did great job the first time we took her in charging us $80 which we had been a little weary of but it had been a few months since her last groomer appt. she was in bad condition then said if we bring her in 4 weeks we can get a $50 deal we ended up coming back 6 weeks later and she was not in bad condition compared to her first time and this time double charged us $100 she told us it would be less if we come back to her and ends up being more. She did a great job other than we need more of a trim we asked about that she offered an excuse rather then make it right. Seems like this is a pattern with this lady I wish we would have read the reviews here before bringing our dog to this groomer, We’re looking for new place.

When I took my two dogs she was really nice to us and thought they were adorable she gave them perfect showers and cuts she gave one of my dogs bows and I thought they were so cute. We payed and got home and later that night we were giving her love before bed time we discovered that the bows were tied to her hair and way to close to her skin where we had to cute her hair off we also looked at her nails to see if they were the right length I saw that there was dry blood on them which means she cut way to far then we saw a huge cut on her arm. This is NOT ok and we came in yesterday but you have good skills the height of her hair was perfect.

I have taken my dogs to caspers for years. I have always been happy. Her prices are cheaper then my vet. I love I can walk in and have my dogs nails clipped. I have two fiesty little dogs and one 106 pound pitbull and she has no issue handling all of them. I was surprised to see some of the reviews. When caspers was closed because of covid I realized how great they are. It was $17 before tip per dog for a nail clip and I had to make an appointment. Caspers has me spoiled. Thank you girls for being awesome!🐾

Called to ask if the owner had time for two small dogs, she seemed nice enough but I had her take my more difficult pup first. I told her he was old, wiggled, and did not like getting his nails done which makes it very difficult to do them, and they were long because I haven’t had the extra funds the last couple months. The first nail she cut I heard him squeal like I’ve never heard before. I asked if he was okay and she cut another and again he squealed. When I asked again she did it in front of me and again cut way too short. When I asked if he was alright a third time she got angry and spat back “do you want me to do this or not, I’ve been doing this for 40 years” and before she even finished I could see blood dripping on the floor. She simply said “oh” and started to cut the next one at which point I stopped her. I’m sure now it’ll be even more difficult to get his nails done after such a horrible experience for him. I’m normally not one to leave bad reviews but her attitude and complete dismissal of my worry as a pet owner was beyond unprofessional. Never coming back.

This is the second time we went here, and what a mistake that was. We have two mini schnauzers, and the first time, we took both of them. We have very busy schedules, so getting them groomed often is difficult. Last time, the owner charged us $45 each dog, because of how long their hair was. This time, we just brought one dog in, and he had an accident prior to the appointment, so we had to give him a quick bath. We brought him in and she immediately gave attitude. She proceeded to say “well it kind of makes it difficult you know?” No, we didn’t know. We honestly thought we were doing a favor. I’m not a dog groomer. That’s why I brought my dog in to a professional. Anyways, my boyfriend was the one to pick him up. He was in the shower the first time she called. When he got out, he checked the voicemail saying that our dog was finished. He immediately started driving there. She then calls him while he was driving and basically told him to hurry up because our dog was her last dog of the day. This was at 2 in the afternoon. He gets there and the lady told him it was going to be $65! She then blamed the $20 difference on the fact that he was a little damp when we brought him in, at 9am in the morning. She was extremely rude, and acted as if she was too good to be doing her job. I would think If you’re an owner of a business, you would have pride in your work and what you do. Not this lady.

I have been taking my mothers poodles here for years because of her disability she not able to . Every time it’s been no problem and last time I took him there they refused to take him in. The lady tried to say it wasn’t the same dog and wanted to charge me 100$ saying he’s in horrible condition when every time the price was set $50-60. I’ve brought him there in the same condition everytime and she tried to say he’s in worse condition and it’s not the same dog. She had even showed me the card showing previous services and with the prices and straight up refused me and said $100 or leave. This place was very rude she didn’t even let me speak. I regret giving them my services for them to Accuse my dog to be a different dog.

I am shocked by the negative reviews. We have been taking our dogs to sandy for well over 10 years. She’s always taken great care of my pups. We began using her because they don’t use sedation or cage dryers. Sandy even let us know that she was conserned my 10 year old maltipoo seemed like she didn’t feel well. It was a slow decline that was hard to notice when you see a dog everyday. Turned out she did have a pretty serious infection going on in her sinus cavity and mouth. She is like a puppy again after treatment. Thank you for all your many years of dedicated service!

Would give 0 stars but not allowed... We swung in there today and asked if she had availability to groom our dog. We told her what he was, how big, and she said bring him down. We went and got him and returned about 15 minutes later. Walked in and she said no, I’m not doing it. REALLY?!?!?! Why even bother having us waste our time going and getting him just for her to turn us away. I should have listened to all of the reviews instead of looking past the bad ones. Lesson learned. You should most definitely look elsewhere for your loved ones!

I took my dog to this groomers, and to start off my dogs nails are (clear naturally all over). I take him here for the first time. And the (OWNER: Sandra Wood) DID cut my dogs nails. After handing my dog over to Sandra Wood. literary 5 minutes after handing him to her. She immediately hands me back my dog back without telling me she had severed #5 roots on each paw in the (front only). My dogs ROOTS in his nails had been severed and were (NOT spot bleeding). They were bleeding fast and to an obscene amount. She brings this yellow poured "bleeding quick dry". She attempts to put on the bloody nail routes. My dog is is now petrified of her and won't let her (while I hold him) she begins to scream in my face and my dogs face while trying to apply this powder to him (hoping her yelling will calm him into giving her his paw). She laughs and smiles at me. I rarely ever complain about any establishment. But MS Sandra Wood's attitude toward my distress and my dogs as well was disrespectful and apprehensible. I told Sandra Wood, I will contact your Better Business Bureau and you will be held accountable.. I will send letter after letter after letter. I AM NOT looking for ANY compensation of any kind. This 'hard working' small business owner has earned this review....Believe my dog is a person too! How dare you minimize any situation if it is truly your mistake and your wrongdoing. Idk about wash and a cut for the animals there but please if you even care about your animal !!!PLEASE!!!! Go to another groomer who's trained properly and has a better bed side manor when they are at fault... Lauren Hancock

Will NEVER go back! Had my dog come in for a quick hair cut while I waited. The lady cutting her hair didn’t know I was inside waiting and began to rant about how terrible my dog is and making jokes about letting my dog fall off the table. NOT OK. The owner has no right to be a dog groomer and does not treat them kindly when owners are not around.DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE

I called to schedule an appt for my dog and the guy that answered the phone supposedly made me an appt for the next morning. He told us it was first come first served basis. The next morning they were acting like they had no clue I was coming even after giving them my information. When I went back to pick up my dog she was shaking a lot from being treated badly and traumatized. She behaved strangely for a week. She didn't want to eat or drink either. She was very scared and nervous. I had taken her to other places to her groomed and she never acted this way afterwards!! I just want to warn others that this is a horrible place! The owner and worker are very rude and unprofessional!! Just keep this in mind. Thanks for traumatizing my dog!

I just tried to call and make an appointment for my miniature schnauzer. The lady that picked up the phone was extremely rude. I was asking about pricing, she asked what kind of condition my dog was in, I said she would need to be bathed and shaved ( as you would with normal grooming for a schnauzer) and she said so basically your dog is a mess and then gave me an outrageous price . That is not a good way to get new clients into your store. I would not recommend this place unless you're looking for high prices and rude attitudes.

We have been taking our Yorkie to Caspers for many years. The owner always seemed kind until today. My husband picked her up after an unusually long time to find a shoulder puncture wound and a large, full thickness open wound to her front leg. The owner lacked compassion and remorse for what had happened. I have never seen such cruelty first hand and her lack of caring not just about my 16 year old dog but about her reputation as a groomer speaks volumes. I had a $100.00 vet bill not to mention the suffering of my little dog after going to Caspers pet grooming. The vet said they haven't seen a grooming injury this bad. My little dog has 5 staples to her leg and dermabond to mend the shoulder laceration. It's really sad for our family, especially out little kids to see and cannot understand such cruelty. I would not recommend this groomer. She never even said she felt bad. Now I know why this visit took so long, she had to wait for the bleeding to stop before she called us to pick her up. Horrible!!!

I worked for this lady for 2 days and 2 days was ENOUGH!. This place is filthy, the bathroom was so gross I wouldn't even use it, she's very unsafe with dogs, very rough with the clippers and brushing,and let's,dogs jump,off the tables and hurt themselves. She also leaves God's unattended on the table so the can fall off. and my second day there she "forgot" to tell me a dog was mean and I ended up with 22 stitches on my face. And even after that she finished grooming the dog, it's like she didn't even give a rats ass. And she gipped me money on my paycheck.

I would give this place a 0/5 if I could, i took my baby there to get his nails cut and 4 of his nails wouldn't stop bleeding. Then they had the audacity to ask for a tip without a refund. My poor baby was bleeding a lot. I wish I could post the pictures of what his nails looked like.Never going here again!

I've heard nothing but terrible things about this place. She targets people of color, Mexicans, or black people's dogs. She cuts them! I know the owners of a store nearby who tells me that people come into they are store after their dogs get groomed and their distraught over the abuse that was caused to their animals. Don't go there. Don't risk it.

My kitten, Honey, loves her "Spa Saturdays" at Casper's. I drive 30 miles round-trip because Casper's is that good. The cuts are beautiful and people very friendly. I recommend them to pet lovers.
