We got a beautiful Ball Python and a bio active tank. Jason and the team helped us set up the whole tank and were so friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions. The store is really clean and nicely set up all of the animals seem happy and well taken care of. They are great and welcoming even if you just come in to browse. We are going back regularly for plants, enrichment pieces, food, everything! We really love this place.

Great customer service! We've been in a couple times with lots of questions about set up for a bearded dragon and each visit we end up staying for an extended period of time and looking in every cage with our six yr olds. They've gotten to hold different reptiles and we got to see them feed one of the monitors last time. So cool! The whole staff is so nice and so patient! Highly recommend.

You'd honestly be crazy not to come here for your reptile needs. Locally owned, highly knowledgeable, with a very enthusiastic owner. I purchased a boa from Jason and swarmed him with many questions for which he was ready with an answer. Will be coming here for feed going forward.

I've stopped here many times and it's always been excellent service, and awesome help with anything whether it has been with advice, feeding supplies, or anything really. Recently picked up blue death feigning beetles from here that are in excellent health.I've been to multiple reptile shops in the valley, and this is definitely a top favorite one of mine. Always looking forward to visiting here and highly recommend anyone getting into these kind of hobbies to visit here!

This place is absolutely amazing! The owner is so nice and even helped me take a ton of substrate to my car. This place is the best. Amazing plant selection and they have the best isopods and springtails. Got everything I needed to set up my pacman frogs setup!

Can't express how amazing this place is. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the prices can't be beat. The owner Jason and his staff (Nick & Kelsey) are passionate about reptiles and genuinely want to provide the best care for your reptile. It's the closet thing to a one-stop shop for all your needs. If you're a first time reptile owner (like myself lol) or thinking about getting a reptile, this is the place to start at. They educated me on my juvenile beardie's proper care, basking equipment, tank maintenance, and feeding/diet. They're a great source of information and have a wealth of experience with reptiles. I now know my beardie is getting the best care possible. Thank you Jason for all you do!!!

Small shop but good prices. I visit all the shops to compare prices and by far this shop is the lowest for feeders. Store is kept clean and the staff are some of the best in the industry. Great west side access point as well especially if driving home from work and needing feeders.

We have purchased many pets, feeders and supplies from the amazing people here. The quality of everything is outstanding. I absolutely love coming in here. They have knowledgeable and friendly staff, they really do treat you like a valued customer. I was diagnosed with pneumonia, Jason offered to care for my reptiles as I was going to be hospitalized. Talk about a business owner that still has values!!! I will forever be grateful for the love and concern everyone here has shown us. A business that takes care of their customers like this is rare. Thank you to each and everyone one of you that make this place so special..

This is a very nice reptile shop. The animals appeared healthy and the cages were clean. It's obvious the the owner's and staff care and love what they do because of that and the way they treat their customers.

We love Jason and Jonathan and Melody!So sweet and caring and will listen and answer any questions you may have about your reptile. They are good pricing and so affordable for food! We never go anywhere but here for our reptile baby. They are also good with little ones and their endless curiosity. Go here and only here for healthy reptiles to take home.

This place is absolutely phenomenal! About time a quality shop showed up on the west side of town, and let me emphasize on quality. The store is immaculate the customer service is superb and the knowledge and care that they have is clearly evident in the shop. I highly recommend if you have not already done so stopping by. They have a great selection of feeders at extremely reasonable prices, great selection of must haves and will even set up an enclosure for your new addition. Top notch!

Jason is THE MAN. I got my first leopard gecko from a different store, and found BOP soon after. When i went in, Jason immediately wanted to help out with getting me everything i needed, and answered all questions I had. I refuse to go anywhere else for my reptile needs because of how personable the entire staff is, and the quality of care they take with their reptiles. Jason even sold me on a tarantula (God only knows how), but you won’t regret paying them a visit, might even find your next 8-legged best friend :)

Went into the store for the 1st time today & Jason was very welcoming & helpful .. spent over an hour talking , got to hold his female bearded dragon for a long time , she was so calm and sweet! He is full of so much knowledge, prices are great ! I will be a frequent shopper & also have to go say hi to all the reptiles he has - he handles them all , a lot of beautiful reptiles and such a handsome doggy! Extremely happy that a pet store finally opened right by our house. Very clean. Very reasonably priced. Have lots of sizes of feeder mice or rats to choose from. Definitely found our new pet store to stop at weekly for feed for our snakes and bearded dragon. Owner is very knowledgeable and a nice guy to talk to

So fun to visit this store on it's grand opening weekend. The animals were very healthy and the enclosures looked so cool. They had the feeders we needed and a great selection of substrate, and tank essentials for your reptiles. I can't wait to see this shop grow and help serve the north valley's need in the reptile hobby.

Love the place and the people who work there. They truly know what they’re doing and care for not only their reptiles but also yours. I came in with my lizard yesterday that was purchased from elsewhere and they cared about it’s well being very much. They were so informative on what I should do and cared so much they helped me where they could with as much advice possible. Definitely found this to be my new reptile store for all my lizards needs and any future lizard I purchase next will be from here. They make sure their animals are not sick or diseased they sell healthy reptiles.

Great store you can tell the people care really for their animals! their feeders are clean and healthy which is a big deal to me, it shows they care for all animals! They also have African soft furs which is great for our very picky ball python 😁
