My husband and I LOVE bringing our Lab here for her monthly baths. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s so much easier giving her baths here than at home. They provide you with everything you could need. Shampoo, conditioner, brushes, dryers, aprons, flea wash, treats, and my favorite, perfume! She smells so good and is so soft after every visit. If you haven’t tried this place for your self service dog washes, it’s a must!

This place is great and Alyssa is a great groomer!! She took all three of my dogs at the last minute. They were matted and stinky. She got all of them done in two hours and they looked great! Usually my dogs are traumatized after a grooming and it takes them a couple days to return to normal except this time. They were happy! They loved Alyssa! You won’t be disappointed with this place. I highly recommend! I’ll post pictures on Monday after they get groomed again!

I took my Frenchie and Lab puppy for the first time last week. The private room was clean and sanitized. The staff answered all my questions and made us feel welcomed. They have everything you need to clean and dry your dogs at a very reasonable price; no more soaking wet bathroom floors and chasing wet dogs around the house after baths. We’ll be back for sure!

We are traveling from Canada and I brought our Basset Hound in for a bath. I had tried a different place and was unhappy with that experience. Waggin Tails was a fantastic experience, even my dog was more relaxed. The staff and facilities were excellent and I will be back before heading home. I highly recommend bringing your dog here!! We recently tried Waggin' Tails Dog Wash with our daughter's 2 dogs. They loved it. The raised tub made it super easy to wash them and the wash wand with changing options for shampoo, rinse, conditioner, etc. was perfect. We'll be back for more washes! The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Wow!! What a great place. And the owners are so friendly and helpful. This is a must for your dogs. You have your own room so we took both our big dogs at the same time. They provide all the brushes and a high velocity blow dryer for our husky. Great price for the experience.

Our Groomer Alyssa is absolutely amazing! Our Aussie doodle always has the cutest cuts and loves coming to see her. She works hard to get him In when he needs a cut or bath sooner than anticipated and is Always fairly priced. Highly recommended

I had a house to clean, a stinky dog and company coming for the first time. A call to Wagin Tails. I was given a quick appointment. When I picked the pup up he was looking and smelling great, to boot he was even wearing an autumn scarf. I was smiling and was able to enjoy the company knowing all was clean and my buddy not only looked and smelled great, he was cute in the decorative scarf. Thanks Wagin Tails we’ll be back.

We absolutely loved waggin tails dog wash! We arrived for our appointment and were greeted immediately and our dogs name was on the board which we thought was so cute. They explained the machine and how to use it. We had a private room and everything needed to wash and dry our fur baby. Everything was super clean, easy to use and made bath time quick and easy. We will definitely be back!

From calling to make the appointment all the way through to picking my dogs up, the customer service was fantastic. They were sweet and accommodating. The facility was clean and welcoming. As far at the grooming it self, I'd give 10 stars if could! My dogs were in bad shape from traveling. They came out looking and smelling like new dogs!!! I love love love it!

What an amazing place to take your dog who needed a bath especially during this cold time of year. I have a big dog so it’s more convenient to wash her outside but it is way too cold to do that. Now I’m so happy that I found this place Where I can give my dog a nice warm bath she’s comfortable I’m comfortable. Alex was very helpful. The bath was really easy to use any questions I had. They were answered, super grateful for this place. I highly recommend Waggin Tails!!!

This company was so sweet and professional. We used to have wait 4 hours if not more for our previous groomer and waggin' tails actually adhered exactly to the timeline they gave us. Our dog came out looking perfect and super happy! I would definitely recommend them and we will be a repeat customer with our 5 dogs!

We have been going to Waggin Tails for about 4 months now, with our 4 dogs. It is easy to schedule an appointment and SO much better than using our bathtub! The facility is VERY clean. They have towels, brushes, and choices of washing/conditioning solutions and a dryer to finish them. They also carry products/treats for your pups. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our dogs enjoy their "spa day" - we HIGHLY recommend Waggin Tails for your pups!!

This was such a great experience for me and my Gigi girl! The set up in each private room made it so easy to give my dog a bath. It was such an enjoyable way to connect with my dog, she was relaxed and so was I. The bathing room was clean, had everything I needed right at my hands reach and Devin even brought me a supply of brushes to use. No worrying about my dog shaking water all over my own bathroom or splashing water on my floor! No towels to wash, no supplies to buy... it's all included! The rooms are more than big enough to give your dog a bath without feeling cramped. We can't wait for our next bath time!

I’ve lived down the street for years and never knew these guys were here. I was in search of a new groomers for our Cavashon and so grateful we found them. Our girl looks great after coming here. She has high anxiety at groomers and they were so patient and kind! Def will use them moving forward

The self service rooms are spacious and not intimidating; the washes are an amazing value, so user-friendly, and come complete with blow drying, towel, and scent options among many more (like flea removal)! We will definitely be back; my husky usually hates baths and did much better here!

This place is perfect for Tipsy & Timber. No more bending in the bathtub or chasing them around the backyard. I luv the private rooms and everything is included from the towels, brushes to the smelling spray at the end of the bath. My dogs came home relaxed and fell right to sleep. We’ll definitely be back.

Seen an ad on Facebook for this place and decided to give it a try since it seems every other pet salon is booked up and plus, a bonus free wash for first time customer! Score!Really good experience. Overall most things are user friendly. Couldn't remember if I had seen captions on the screens for the deaf community or not.Loved not having to bend over a tub to wash the dogs at home! Private rooms with half doors, so pets can be off leash. Tub was decent sized. We have a golden retriever/lab mix that fit with room to spare on all sides. Easy to navigate screen to select the various buttons during the wash process. There's also different voices you can select to make your washing experience that much more enjoyable. They provide treats, towels and a variety of brushes as well. Even some perfume spray stuff for after. There are other items you can purchase seperately like nail trim, peanut butter busy tray, etc.The room got really humid which is not really surprising after washing and blow drying 2 dogs. Remember to bring water for yourself!Will wash here again! Thanks!

It was PERFECT! I was tired of trying to wash our three dogs in the shower and handing them off to my wife for drying. It was exhausting. Waggin' Tails was the perfect solution for us. Booked an appointment, 20 minutes was more than enough time to shampoo, condition, and dry. I DIDN'T HAVE TO BRING ANYTHING.They have the soaps mixed in with the warm water, brushes, treats, and towels. Even provided a "spring" scent to spray on her coat.I'm hopeful they get the business they deserve from the community.

Absolutely love this place!! Living in an apartment makes it hard when it comes to washing our golden retriever so coming across Waggin’ Tails was the best thing to happen for us! Love the greeting when you have an appointment & see your pets name on the board & all of the seasonal bandanas for our boy! Every visit we get him one for whatever holiday it is. All of the workers are so sweet & incredibly helpful every time we visit & make it such a welcoming environment. The self wash & built in shampoo, conditioner & blow dryer is so convenient and makes for an easy bath time!! 10/10 always

Amazing experience! Promise and I had high anxiety levels as we’d never done anything like this before! We had grown out of a shower at home so had to find a venue that could accommodate that growth. Waggin Tails Dog Wash fit the bill for sure! We will definitely be back, but probably next time will go with thirty minutes of time. Her body is just to big at 80 pounds to do in twenty. Thank you for your patience with us.

Cute spot! Carrie was very sweet and helpful at the front desk. Private room great for anxious pets and funny you can choose celebrity voices to announce your choices?😂HOWEVER for $19 per wash for a Medium (63 lb) dog and 20 minutes, I do wish a little more was offered. Perhaps ear cleaning products and/or breath spray? Maybe upgraded product for sensitive skinned dogs or dogs with allergies? I pay about $36 for PetCo to do all the work and take about 40+ min with him with special allergy products AND trim his nails. Otherwise I'd love to continue to support your business!

Waggin' tails has to be the best do it yourself doggie bath place around, it super clean, tub is placed at a nice height for those people with back problems ( I've had 3 back surgeries) everything is within arms reach so it's easy on the back. When your done giving your pup a bath you can dry him or her right there in the tub, it's non skid so your pet isn't sliding all over the place! I've been to do it yourself doggie bathing places from Los Angeles to Virginia and this place is the best I've been to hands down! The people who work there are very nice, helpful and seem to care about you and your pet so give it a try you won't be disappointed!!!

First time at this place and had a horrible experience. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. When I expressed my frustration all I was given by the staff was “I could see how that would be frustrating. No apology, no solution offered to remedy the situation. I will not be coming back here and this was my experience: I’m from out of state and typically pay 20-35 to self wash two mixed breed dogs under 40 pounds. I was charged 65$ here. My main complaint is pricing not being explained by any staff. If I have never been to your business first thing you should do is welcome someone and give a little tour of the place and explain your pricing. They have no prices visibly posted in the lobby. For the size of my dogs it was 20 min for 18 dollars per dog and 12 dollars per dog for additional dry time. See photo for reference of fur texture and length. Second issue is the tubs are low for short dogs and I left with a very sore back. Even with a bathing system there is no way it would be possible to fully dry and get either of my dogs clean in 20 min. I barely made it work with 20 min to wash and 20 min to dry. Having been a professional dog bather I know how important it is to fully get a dogs skin dry in order to prevent matting of the coat. Hope this helps someone

Such a great experience for us and our pup! This makes for a fast, fun, easy, and safe pup bathing experience. In and out in 20 minutes. And zero cleanup, saving me more time and free from frustration! My pup has sensitive skin and the shampoo and conditioner worked well for her. She's so incredibly soft now. I love the add-on kits. We've tried the ear kit and dental kit, both had everything we needed and then some. Definitely beats me having those items at the house. I love the convenience of the whole experience. While bathing isn't my pup's favorite pastime, she absolutely loves that I get her a new squeaky toy afterwards. Which also keeps her mouth occupied while checking out. The staff is super helpful, happy, and kind. I called the first time to make an appointment. I used the email notice to schedule the next appointment and appreciated the convenience and ease of use. The height of the station worked well, no back issues. I didn't use the apron the first time and I got my shirt wet. I made sure to use it the 2nd time and it kept my shirt clean and dry.

This was the easiest most convenient way for me to wash my dog! The staff was extremely polite and helpful. They showed me how to use the equipment and they provided everything I needed. Much easier than washing my dog at home and no mess to clean up! I give Waggin’ Tails two thumbs up and definitely plan on going back again.

The owner, Alex, was there when I went in and truly was amazing! I don’t normally do reviews but he was so exceptional I have to! He welcomed me in, and I was bringing in two dogs that I’m watching for a family while their out of town, and he was more than willing to help me get familiar with the equipment and ever regularly came in to check and make sure I had everything I needed. He gave us treats for the dogs and the smelly spray for their coats for after! The facility was spotless and we didn’t have to worry about sanitizing the station after or anything! 5/5 stars for sure! And I will be taking my own dog there next time she needs a bath!
