We were looking for a new puppy since our 13 yo poodle passed away not so long ago, so we went to Puppies N Love at San Tan this past weekend and we fell in love with this adorable puppy, a mixed breed of a Bichon and Poodle. So we return home with him thanks to Taylor’s great help! He was very helpful and detailed and has been checking in on the puppy through text. His service was very good and we appreciate all of his help! We recommend Puppies N love to everyone looking for a lovely and healthy puppy.

The workers here are so genuine and really know how to tend to your concerns when thinking about getting a new pup. I came in multiple times to meet new dogs figure out what breed I thought would be a good fit and they walked me through everything and always kept it real with me. Whether it came to pros and cons about certain breeds the prices and what other expenses I’d have after purchasing a pup and they were all accurate. My puppy has been thriving and is so well mannered took her to the vet and she’s completely healthy and my girls who helped me out were amazing; Bri and Gabriella they seriously are some of the best workers I’ve seen always remembered me and were so patient with me while I made my decision! They still check in on how my puppy is adapting to her new home. So it’s really great to see how much they care for the puppies they have! Overall a 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend asking for Bri or Gabriella when going in!

Our family was ready for a puppy after our last furry baby passed after 18yrs. We went into the Puppies N Love at San Tan the beginning of Feb 2024. When we walked in the store we saw this adorable Mini Aussie and had to meet her. Taylor that works there helped us and the second she was in my daughter’s arms, I knew this was the one for us❣️ We couldn’t take her home that day do to her having a little cold but was able to put a deposit down which also made her on hold so no one else could visit with her which I think is an awesome rule❣️ Taylor explained what the process was when this happens, which we were sad we couldn’t take her home right away but lucky that they could take care of her and have a puppy that was healthy coming home. One thing I was very impressed with was we were able to visit her everyday and could bring her bed and toys so she was familiar with them when we got home which was about a two week wait. It did go by very fast but it was still hard to wait but between Taylor and the manager of the store, they made it an amazing experience❣️ Another awesome thing, after we took our puppy home, Taylor and the home office contacted us to make sure everything was going ok and to reach out to them if we ever have any questions. 🐾

My boyfriend and I decided to go to Puppies N' Love as we had been discussing adding a little 4-legged addition to our family but we were a little nervous walking in as we did not know what to expect. Immediately we were warmly welcomed by Bri, who made our experience absolutely amazing. She helped us decide between two different breeds, a Cavapoo and a Cockapoo, without showing us the puppies first (which I was really grateful for as she was able to help us make our decision based on what was important for our family and lifestyles without the bias of falling in love prior with either dog). She was SO knowledgeable about the Cavapoo breed, answered all of our (many) questions, and even showed us pictures and shared stories about her own two Cavapoo's! We were probably in the store for about 2 hours and she never once made us feel rushed. You could tell she really cares about getting these sweet puppies to the right families. We ended up leaving that night with the most previous boy that completes our family! Bri has also followed up multiple times since we first brought him home, reminding us we always have support in case we every have any questions. I cannot be happier with my experience with Bri at Puppies N' Love, and couldn't be happier with my sweet boy, Binx!

I recently purchased my second dachshund pup from Puppies N Love in Gilbert and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and provided top-notch service. We had an amazing experience at puppies n love santan village. Hayley, our pet counselor has been so amazing throughout the process! She’s spent so much time with us, answered all our questions in some much details and been so supportive through and after the process. I have been able to reach out to her day and evening with questions(this is our first puppy) and she has been so patient, detailed and helpful with her answers. You can tell she truly loves and cares about the pets, their new homes and is a good person not just filling a job requirement. Will highly recommend this store. We had a smooth process here even though it was chaotic Black Friday shopping weekend we were given much time and attention to purchase our new puppy in a comfortable way. Thank you!

We purchased our puppy from here yesterday and it was such a smooth experience! We worked with Bri and she was fantastic. We actually met her about a month ago when we went in to look around but the timing wasn’t right for us back then. When we came back to the store this time, she remembered us and all the details we gave her about our lives and circumstances! She was extremely thorough during the sale process and made sure we completely understood everything before she let us leave with our puppy. She even went as far as printing out an adoption certificate and birth certificate for our little guy! The entire staff in the store was friendly and helpful and genuinely happy for us to be bringing our puppy home.

We found this place by total accident. But a happy accident it was! Truly the perfect example of serendipity - Anna (the angel sent to help us) introduced us to the gorgeous puppy in these photos. We had been looking for this type of ShiTzu puppy with this coloring for 18 months. Anna paired us up, explained everything, walked us through all the paperwork, helped us select all the right stuff to take him home and start him right. It was the best experience we could imagine. Everyone in this store is so nice and caring. I totally recommend them. It’s the best place to adopt your new family member.

Rox was amazing! She helped my boyfriend surprise me with the sweetest baby. She provided us with tons of useful resources and information and made the process easy (a little too easy). Hank was potty trained within a week and is great with our other dogs. He loves to smile, nap, snuggle, and play - the most well behaved puppy I’ve had!

We love this place! We purchased our pup about a month ago from here. She is so sweet! We went back to the store to purchase some puppy food and noticed her brother was still there! Heidi helped us with everything, introduced him to us let us take time to make a decision about getting another puppy. We finally decided to get him and now we have two happy pups thanks to her! Thank you so much for all your help Heidi, you are fabulous! We are so happy with our babies ❤️

Lately I’ve been having my own personal issues with my mental stability so one morning I woke up and said I want to go get a dog. I walked into the store and looked at the dogs and saw the love of my life. There was a worker there name Heidi and she helped through EVERYTHING. She gave me recommendations on how to make my puppy feel comfortable when moving into my home. I love my puppy I am a whole different person because of her.

Let me start off with saying that I absolutely love the puppy that i got from this store. However not everything about this place is perfect. The first bad thing is that the people who work here will lie to your face. They claim to take them back and give them baths while you do paperwork. The truth is they just put an outrageous amount of cologne or perfume on them that does even smell good. When I looked at the puppy she had poop all over her when they gave her to us and we got home we noticed the exact same poop on her, double check before you leave. The next bad thing is they don't really pay attention to the dogs. They claim to feed them the food they sale, however mine throws up each time she eats that food. Meaning she did the same thing there. If they care about the health of the puppies then they would pay attention to that and change it. When you deal with the "corporate" person who reaches out to you they care not very professional. They minimize issues and also have a little bit of a attitude.Now the good each puppy comes with all of the paperwork including vaccine record and paperwork for the microchip. Other places do not always have this and can make it hard getting them the proper shots that they need. The prices on all of the stuff is not too bad. Some of it is high but they do not pressure you into buying all of the stuff there other than they do give a discount for buying it while getting a puppy. The front staff are friendly and explain all of the paperwork that you are signing and what is required.Overall the experience was not bad but my puppy does now have some health issues because of the food that they serve. I tried working with the corporate person however her attitude put me off and I can say that I most likely wont go to this store again.

06/16/23 earlier this week I walked into the Santan village store and spotted a new addition to join our family. I was greeted & helped by Felicia D. He was very helpful & had so much knowledge in the breed we selected. He took the time answering any questions I had & was very patient with me with all my concerns. He went above & beyond in helping us making sure our choices were a great fit for our new pup. Bri has been the key person in adding our new puppy to our family. she understood our need and the emotional time our family was going through due to the loss of our old dog. My dad and my siblings and I walked into Puppies N Love honestly not expecting a whole lot but hoping to walk away with our little bundle of joy, and Rox was such a huge help! I first saw Ollie, our confetti schnauzer, and absolutely fell in love! Rox guided us through the process and made sure we had all the information we needed while helping us through the paperwork! My dad and I felt that she is well informed and wants the best for our baby! Our little Ollie is perfectly healthy and is so precious, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience :)

I absolutely love this place. I often bring my kiddos here for some "puppy therapy" to sit with the pups. The employees arw always more then generous with allowing myself and my kiddos spend time with the pups and work on socialization, staying calm, and appropriate behavior around animals. These dogs are well cared for, socialized, and adorable. Awesome place!

This dog adoption place is so fun and interactive! The staff is super nice, I was able to meet one of the assistant managers, Phoebe, who is such a sweetheart and cares so much for the animals in there facility. Whether you’re looking to adopt or just need a pick me up for the day, I highly recommend going in and playing with the puppies. They high encourage it to help the puppies meet family and creat social skills! Here’s some pictures of my experience and so,e cute puppies I was able to encounter on my visits!

Puppies N Love was a joyful experience with no pressure added to buy a puppy. 🐶 Now a days with so much uncertainty, working from home I needed a puppy 🐶 friend. Called the store spoke with Heidi. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and had a lot of patience sending pics & answering many questions. I made an appointment to meet my future puppy. 🐶 I was able to play with her in a private room as long as I wanted. Heidi provided excellent customer service & she truly cares about the puppies 🐶 & finding them the perfect home. Thank you, Heidi for making this experience so enjoyable! 🐾 🐶 💕UPDATE:After several months of searching, Heidi found us the perfect puppy!She is a beautiful Poochon we named Isabelle. I can't say enough about the knowledge and dedication that Heidi puts into her work. If you are looking for that certain puppy you've always wanted, there is no one better to have helping you than her. Bri is such an amazing employee at this location! She was with us every step of the way and answered all of our questions professionally. We adopted a German Shepherd, AKA Woola, for our 9 month old to grow up with. She will be a trained protection dog for my son and will be going through extensive training. We really needed to make sure the dog of our choice met the standards we were looking for. Unfortunately, we had to wait a few weeks before bringing her home due to a treatment she had to finish up. The staff was very welcoming every time we came in. She had lots of love especially on days we could not make it in. This is my first time adopting a dog through a business such as this. I have always rescued my animals of all types. I was very nervous of this process but ended up having a wonderful experience. They provided all the documents I needed and I received the puppies history and her parents information. She was very well taken care of and is thriving with us and her doggy siblings. I know some people have their concerns regarding adopting animals through breeder here instead of a shelter. I was one of those people but this has opened my mind more to this way of adoption. Something to keep in mind for people on the fence is the history. For my husband and I we are co-founders of a security company. When it comes to training and our son. It is important to know and have documents regarding our puppies history. Even possibilities of health conditions or behavioral complications down the road are very important. This way we know the breeder, we know of any previous conditions that may run in the family. So we can take action and stay ahead of these possibilities even if its inevitable. It is no different then a human who keeps records and has to answer that same question in the doctors office. "Any previous issues or family history of any of these conditions?" All in all I am satisfied with the services provided by the Puppies N Love location in San Tan Village. Your employees are very hospitable to the potential parents of these puppies during the meet n greets and welcoming. As someone who works in upper management you have a wonderful staff and would happily come back in the future again!Thank You Staff at San Tan Village for this wonderful experience! Great Job and many thanks for caring for our new addition to the family!!

A true love story! I had lost my husband of 42 years and I was so lonesome. My doctor suggested I get a dog. Being a senior citizen I wanted a small dog with low maintenance. After searching for a “rescue” like everyone says, and finding most pit bulls, I was about to give up on getting a dog. Then one morning, I called Puppues in Love. Heidi answered the phone and I explained what I was looking for. She was so kind and explained she had a puppy that just came in and sounds perfect for me. I drove out to meet this little puppy. I instantly fell in love. Heidi was so sweet and helpful she explained I could not take my little girl home just then because she was too small. What was really helpful was Heidi gave me the name and information and my puppies breeder so I could do research on them.I was so impressed with Puppies in Love, they cared enough about their puppies to make sure they were healthy enough before they could go to their furever homes.Heidi would send me updates and photos daily, and encouraged me to visit her as often as I wanted. I frequently visited, and they were so good to me, they let me have time with her in a private room.Finally the day came I could take my new baby home. Heidi spent so much time explaining everything I needed to know, help me with the food I needed, picking out her collar small enough for a 2 1/2 pound puppy, along with all the accessories I needed.Nothing against rescuing, but you really don’t know what you are getting, working with a reputable company such as puppies in love, and a very caring representative that Heidi is, makes all the difference in the world.Miss Molly is now three years old and has saved my life. Miss Molly is a perfect travel companion, and we travel everywhere together both in the car and flying, she is perfect, we have grown together. As you can see from the pictures she is pure joy.And the great thing, is Heidi and I have remained friends, we stay in touch, and when Miss Molly and I visit Puppies in Love together, Miss Molly is like a celebrity.

I had a wonderful experience with my pet specialists at San Tan Village. I contacted the store about a Corgipoo listed on their website, Heidi provided some information about him during the call. She went above and beyond to send me some information and a video of my Zeke taking a walk. I was sold then and there! I scheduled a time to meet my little guy, and during the time in between Heidi kept in contact with small updates. The day I went to meet Zeke, Heidi was not there, but she went out of her way to inform me about that and reassured me that her coworker Dylan would be able to assist me. Dylan was also wonderful and extremely helpful. He answered my questions and helped me fill out the necessary paperwork. On November 15, Zeke found his forever home with us! He's is the perfect fit for our chaotic family, and he's such a sweet boy! In the days following Heidi continued to stay in contact to check up on Zeke. I could tell she genuinely wanted Zeke to be happy in his new home. Again, we are over the moon with our new family member, and we are grateful for such a lovely experience. Thank you Heidi and Dylan, you two are awesome!

This place has some of the cutest puppies! Heidi has been one of the kindest people I met there as she has been trying to help me find a new little pal to bring home. We originally adopted a little guy here 9 years ago when we 1st moved to Phoenix. Sadly he passed away from cancer a few months ago. I brought myself back to where I fell in love with that little guy and Heidi has been helping me through the process of finding a new furbaby!
