There is any place with good customer service in Arizona???? Trevor you need to find a job where you're happier. Usually when people buy something you put it in the plastic bag and give it to the customer in a nice way. No throwing at them their stuff. I asked questions and again no manager or employees everybody hiding in an office. That's Why Amazon make millions and your store will be close soon.

Each time we take Luna to be groomed and bathed at the Gilbert Petco, they do an amazing job and take such good care of her. It is worth the extra time driving.

I took my 7 month old puppy in for his 1st nail trim. The staff/employees were awesome!! They took my little guy in and totally loved on him and comforted him while trimming his nails. Because of the staff he was very calm and didn't have any problems with getting his nails done. I will be taking him back whenever he needs his nail done. Love these guys.

I only trust Petco grooming with my beloved Lhasa Poo mix - Boots. Boots and I have grown fond of Rebecca at this grooming location. She’s been keeping him handsome for about a year now. Also the vital premier program is totally worth it if you have a dog on a veterinary diet that needs grooming.

Very well done, nice and even cut. Face was left a little long but not a big deal. Also I didn't get my first time groom 20 percent discount which kind of stunk, but overall we had a great experience. Very thorough and great service.

They made my fluffy, matted boy still look cute with very little hair. I didn't think it was possible! I've been to other big box groomers, and my dog seemed traumatized when he came home. He seems to handle being here better. I think they are nicer. We go to the one on Warner & Val Vista.

I love the staff at Petco on Warner. But Traci is my go to groomer for my dogs. She knows them and their peculiarities and phobias. She is kind to them and talks to them and she even trains them by her repetitive techniques that make them comfortable. She is easy to work with. her knowledge has helped me over particular needs my dogs have and I am grateful for that knowledge she has. I have been coming to Traci for many years and will continue to come to her for my dogs needs.

The groomer was great. She did such an amazing job with my dog. He was a bit of a mess and she cleaned him up so cute. The overall appearance of the grooming area was calm and relaxed. The dogs were comfortable.

I have been taking by dog, Butters. here for almost 5 years since he was a puppy. Traci and Ally are amazing dealing with him and getting his nails buffed nicely. I love my dog but he is a pain-in-the-butt when dealing with his nails and they always make me feel welcomed anyway. Thank you, you guys rock!

I have been using Petco Gilbert's grooming services for pedicures for all 3 of our dogs for a couple of years. Both Traci and Allie are excellent technicians, and very friendly. Our dogs actually enjoy their pedicures (done with a nail buffer - not clipped!)

Nothing against the place, but they are closed from 20th to 26th of August except for Thursdays and Fridays and open from 9 to 6 or 5. Needs to update this to avoid unnecessary waste of time.
