I started shopping at pet planet a year ago. During this time I became friendly with several of the associates. Since May 2023 Cooley station location has had mass turn over of employees (6 I got to know). As an HR administrator this shows failure in management when you cannot retain employees. When I ask some of the employees they stated that corporation does not care and discard all their concerns. At one time I had walked in and an employee was crying and the manager talked to me, as if I was a child using a baby voice. That was extremely unprofessional of the manager and while I do not know why the employee was crying I am sure it had everything to do with the poor management. Additionally, the employees I got to know and who have all left were Helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot continue to support a business who refuses to see their failures when it comes to supporting their employees.

I highly don’t recommend this company. The management here is a joke. They are rude and they don’t care about their employees. They only care abt making a sale. They have such a high turnover rate because if this. The manager there likes to belittle employees and talk about them behind their backs. Upper management is just as bad.

Great neighborhood pet food and treat store. They have a decent selection of toys but their primary focus is on food and treats, the latter which appear to be handmade. They had some great treat options for aggressive chewers and collagen for dogs with joint issues. I didn’t examine the dog food selection very closely but I did notice they had natural options rather than the big brands that you get at the grocery store. I will shop there again.

Always friendly! Everytime my dog and I go in, they know us and say hello. They have great suggestions on products my pup would like, great prices, and they are actually knowledgeable about their products they carry. Highly recommend!

This location is so nicely set up, fresh, and inviting! The staff are extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable!I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to get a closer look at their dog or cats nutrition. They also have a bathing station and treat thursdays where treats are discounted! Such a fun place to shop and bring your dog!

If I could give a zero star review I would they are very disrespectful to their employees to the point where most of them are quitting the managers talk down on their employees to other employees around customers, which extremely disrespectful and rude.

Health Dog Food Store has all the hard to find items not available at Petsmart or petco. If you love your animal, feed them the good good here. Raw Goat milk cured my dogs sickness.

Emma was great! I have a hound who is very picky and she showed me chewing toys that were structured for them and other chewing breeds. I asked about prices, and she showed me ones that were in my price point and a little over that I was willing to splurge. Thank you Emma!
