WE HAVE THREE DOGS THAT WENT TO THIS LOCATION.This place will rack up charges on your card and not call, text or email you till you owe almost $300 bc your cc expired AND then try to send you to collections. This could've been avoided with a simple call or text. Now they want to try to send us to collections for their mistake, we've checked our texts our voice-mail and our emails and nothing has come up till this notice. This is absolutely ridiculous.I / we understand cards expire and we can owe payments, but for, four months without notice is a shame on them. Again, we have no problem paying for what we signed up for, this is not the problem but the lack of communication is!. Let us know, give us a call and we will make it right.I have hopes their billing department will get it together and notify their loyal customers of billing issues. We've never missed a payment sending us to collections over $291.00 is ridiculous. And now, this one star will be shared throughout social media. All because you lied to us about "your notices"

At first, I liked this hospital. I wanted to continue liking this hospital. The staff is very friendly and nice. But their business tactics are worse than the US Government. If you step foot in this building, expect to pay a fee. If you have to cancel your appointment, expect to pay a fee. If you sign up for their wellness plan, you’ll pay a fee. Then when you go to use the wellness plan, you’ll pay another fee. I have never experienced a more shady business with what is charged at the end of service. I went in to have my dog checked for a UTI. They had me complete a urine analysis. The. Had me complete another because the course of antibiotics didn’t work. So they convinced me to sign up for their wellness plan, locking me in at $75/mo. I go to give them another urine sample as recommended by the doctor after another course of antibiotics, which I am then told will cost $66. No where in their pamphlet or paperwork does it say there is a limitation to how many times a urine sample can be done. There’s other hospitals in the area. Many others. Of those hospitals, they have more openings in the schedule, provide just as good of service if not better, and are much less expensive. I have paid all this money, got locked into a plan and my furbaby is still not better. I feel robbed. Absolutely nothing will be done to correct it and this hospital could care less.

This was my 1st visit to Market Street; I took my 5.5 mo old puppy in for a few concerns. From the 1st call w/Allison to the moment we strolled in, it was a great experience. The team was friendly & interactive. Dr Picard answered all my questions; he gave me clear & precise options. I’m a veteran dog / cat mom & am extremely picky & I’ll admit, judgmental, going to a new vet, as I’ve been spoiled with my vet in CA.Market St. is definitely where Sawyer & the cats will be getting their care.

I've recently brought my kitty Hogarth to Market Street Pet Hospital for his first check up and round of vaccines. Staff was super friendly and the Veterinarian was extremely professional, polite, caring and well educated!! Wonderful service!

Horrible experience. Called and scheduled appointment for my pup who needed to be seen asap. They only had a next day drop off appointment so I took it. Went in and was told no appointment was made and that they could possibly do a consultation that day but couldn't get him in for another 3 days for what he needed.Heading home with my still injured pup we drove by Arizona Animal Wellness Center and walked in. After hearing the issue they were able to get him in and with friendlier staff and exceptional service.Have been customers of Market Street Pet Hospital for over 5 years. Even adopted my sons cat the week they opened...but me and my pups will not be returning.

I just moved here and was nervous to find a new vet. I did lots of research and decided on this place. I am so glad I did. Everyone is so amazing and they were able to get me an appointment the same week. My sweet golden is having some kidney issues and hates the vet but that is not the case with this place. She walks right in and is so behaved and not anxious and shaking. I didn't know that was possible with her. They have such great communication and compassion here.

Awesome Vets! I took my puppy to Market Street to get a second opinion. They changed his medication and within a few days was doing much better. I am so grateful to have a great office to take our puppy to.

I got my 7 month Yorkie Terrier neutered here about 2 weeks ago. Here’s some pros and cons about this placePros: Good service and sweet staff, very thorough procedure (they ran there own blood tests, provided medication, cone of shame, instructions list, etc.), good scheduling, most places are waited months in advanced I was able to get mine within two weeksCons: very expensive, if your dog is over 6 months you have to pay 60$ more, you have to pay for the office visit and if you don’t get your dog neutered within two weeks of office visit you have to pay it again. My total cost was around $500 (My dog is 5 pounds)Overall good place but wouldn’t go here if you have a flexible schedule and can wait one or two months to go to a cheaper place.

I am very disappointed lately. I have two dogs Lola and Boston. We’ve been patients since my Lola was 8 weeks old. I love the doctors. They are amazing . I gave 3 stars to the scheduling department. Boston got neutered and we scheduled a post surgery appointment. Then I got the email that my other dog is due for a vaccine. So I called to find out if they could squeeze her in with Boston. I live in Florence. It takes me about an hour to get there. I don’t mind the drive because we love the place. They way she sounded was rude and couldn’t squeeze her in. So I had to reschedule again. Just frustrated that she didn’t even try to ask a doctor if it was ok…

Had my externship over at this location, the staff is great, everyone is professional and has a positive attitude. They were very open with teaching me things and showing me how to get my skills done. Even had my birthday party there and one of the Vetrinarians surprised me with a cake. It was very sweet. My experience overall was very positive and I'm very happy the team played a part in my education :) I recommend this place for animal care, for a job, and for educational opportunities.

I love this vet. Dr. Jennings and Dr. Vernon saved my 6 year old Cocker Spaniel's life. She had become very very sick with bloating, diarrhea, and lethargy. After ruling out all the obvious ailments, they delved into her bloodwork which had shown frightening results and prescribed a course of treatment that has returned my dog to her healthy puppy-like state. We are giving her a protein supplement, new high-protein dog food, thyroid medication, a liver supplement, forti-flora and an on-going prescription for when she has a flare-up with her bowels. At one point, we thought we were going to lose her and now she is active, playful and happy again. I'm so grateful to them for all their hard work in determining how to make her well. We purchased the pet plan which has saved countless $ since we had so many visits. Now I never worry if I need to bring her in since all visits are covered. They are so kind and compassionate, and the vet techs are wonderful as well. I highly recommend this veterinarian!

Last week, I brought my dog in just for a quick checkup and to get some vaccines that had expired. It was pretty busy in the lobby, but even though there was a lot going on the service was still amazing, Lauren was at the counter and helped me get all checked in and back in the room to see the doctor, she was so nice and professional, it made me happy to know that my dog was as in good hands! Thank you Lauren and the rest of the Market street pet hospital team!!

Our dog was having complications while giving birth at home. Took her here and they worked tireless to save the puppies and take care of our dog. Also a lot cheaper than others we contacted during this very difficult time

I've been really disappointed with the care I get for my cat here. They never know his name or age, they did the same thing with my boyfriend dog, no matter how many times you tell them they never have the correct name and age. They're not very professional. The front desk people are very friendly, the only reason I decided to go here. I recently took my cat in for a dental cleaning which I was told would be free because I pay for the wellness plan but then they gave me a paper to sign agreeing to pay $350 just got a basic cleaning and then told me that the front desk person was wrong and I do have to pay out of pocket. Won't be renewing my wellness plan or going back.

We love Market Street Pet Hospital! Our dog Gracie gets very anxious and they are so good to work with her and help her feel comfortable. We had a great experience with having her teeth cleaned and her regular checkups. We love the pet wellness plan we are on that includes all of her checkups, vaccinations, and dental at a very reasonable monthly price. You can tell the vets and vet techs really care.

Editing this review, original below. The evolution of this place from quality to lack of communication, empathy, and service is frustrating. First, they closed down the boarding and daycare to make way for the hospital expansion. That's when the hospital began its slide into mediocrity. Over the last few years, appointment slots, communication between the business and customers and between employees has gone downhill. I've been told wrong bits of information 4-5 times. I've been in the office and have heard the same for others. The lack of accountability and empathy from the business when they mess up is what finally pushed me away to another vet. Billing screw ups have occurred twice in the last 6 months. The last straw was when they promised me an appointment for my injured dog the next day and when I got there, they told me the appointment was not in the system and that I had to have my dog go through a consultation as we hadn't been there with him in a year. None of which was communicated to me the day prior. The manager didn't even come out to speak with me and the front desk personnel were rather cold. They also failed to switch over payment of the treatment I have with them after I handed them the new card in the office and never informed me. I have since gotten treatment for my dog elsewhere today. There are BETTER OPTIONS out there.Old review: My dog absolutely loves daycare and boarding here. She runs into the play area and her tail is always wagging and she has been throughly worn out by playing when I pick her up.

We had a wonderful experience at the Pet Hospital! The staff and doctors have all been great. We took our puppy in there on Christmas Eve worried that she wouldn't make it through the night. They took good care of her today, and now that she's recovered and perky like a pup should be, we took her in for her shots. Their customer service is great. Their treatment saved our puppy's life. After shopping around, their plans are very affordable. Bottom line, I would recommend them to anyone with no hesitation.

I have been taking my puppy here for about 2 and a half months and they never disappoint. I did decide to get the puppy wellness plan because it just makes the most sense financially and each time I go I am SO HAPPY that we have the plan. A normal vet visit, with vaccines, would cost about $200, but since I have the wellness plan I end up paying nothing! The vets and the nurses are kind and you can see that they genuinely love their jobs and love animals.I have nothing negative to say about the Market street pet hospital! So happy that they are expanding and there will be more room!

I just came back from my first visit to market street and I was so impressed. first of all it’s super cute inside very homey -not institutional -doesn’t smell like urine or pet food Like other vets I’ve been to. It smells great. The staff is super friendly and the veterinary assistants are so warm and helpful and they really care. Dr. Vernon is fantastic- very warm and helpful. I actually look forward to my next visit not sure my dog does though ha ha Ha.

Dr. Vernon is wonderful and really took time with our dog and was more than happy to answer questions. The hospital is very clean. We have now been there three times for vaccines. Also their groomers are excellent! I dropped off my Labradoodle and within 2 hours they were done! Plus my dog acted very happy (so they must have treated him very well). They did a beautiful job.My family absolutely loves this place! My children also like to stop by to see what new bunnies, kittens, hedge hogs, or frogs they have. The clerks are always willing to show the animals and answer questions. It is the local "Disneyland Main Street" for pet lovers.
