We gave our dog five baths here, the first two were good, the third and fourth were very bad，after washing, my dog's hair was still dirty, We can understand because our dog is very big，and the fifth bath was very clean, but after taking a bath, my dog kept wheezing and refused to eat and drink. We tried to take my dog to Pet emergency，but we still lost our dog. I don't need any compensation.Because no compensation can change the fact that my dog is dead.The purpose of my comment is to urge you to choose the Market Street Pet Depot carefully. I also hope that the Market Street Pet Depot can hire some responsible and professional staff, and hope that no one else will lose their beloved pet.

Bring our dog here whenever she needs a bath. Self wash is great! Awesome prices, easy to use, and my dog is always super clean and pretty once we leave. Staff is always very friendly. Place is always clean. The small animals that they carry always seem to be very well taken care of and live in great conditions. May consider purchasing a betta fish here at some point, it is very impressive how clean they keep their habitat, i have even seen them with live plants! Not something you would see in stores such as Petsmart and Petco. This shows how much they truly care about their animals.

DO NOT BUY THEIR FISH!! Atleast one of their tanks have ICK or epistles. Both can knock out an entire tank. People put a lot of time and money into their personal tanks and lack of care can destroy someone’s personal tank.Went in to snag a couple tiger barbs and was shocked at the condition of their tanks. Algae was everywhere, knocked over decorations and awful conditions for these poor fish. When I asked about who manages the fish, they say everyone does. I don’t think there is an actual fish expert here. A lot of the tanks were empty but then two were CRAZY over stocked with chiclids and I believe Oscars. They need to either hire a fish expert or discontinue abusing fish. The rest of the store was very overwhelming with the smell of poop. I really don’t think the employees know what they are doing.Edit to reply to business-These tanks were horribly dirty. This was not just one tank. The first question I asked the employee was if the fish were for sale and she said yes. Yes, these fish do well with companions, but the bio load of the amount you had in that one 5-10 gallon tank is not healthy. These tanks were not well maintained by any standard.

great grooming salon! ask for Christy!! ive been bringing my baby to her every month and she’s been our groomer of choice for a couple of years now. she’s always so welcoming and super gentle with him and he always comes home looking so handsome and smelling so good! highly recommend ❤️

The grooming department in particular here is really great! They're always friendly, have better pricing than other local groomers and make my dog feel at ease while she's there.

WE HAVE THREE DOGS THAT WENT TO THIS LOCATION.This place will rack up charges on your card and not call, text or email you till you owe almost $300 bc your cc expired AND then try to send you to collections. This could've been avoided with a simple call or text. Now they want to try to send us to collections for their mistake, we've checked our texts our voice-mail and our emails and nothing has come up till this notice. This is absolutely ridiculous.I / we understand cards expire and we can owe payments, but for, four months without notice is a shame on them. Again, we have no problem paying for what we signed up for, this is not the problem but the lack of communication is!. Let us know, give us a call and we will make it right.I have hopes their billing department will get it together and notify their loyal customers of billing issues. We've never missed a payment sending us to collections over $291.00 is ridiculous.And now, this one star will be shared throughout social media. All because you lied to us about "your notices

Sadie and Marissa made my first experience in the store an awesome one. I came in 30 minutes before close which was not intentional, and they were both still so informative and kind! I asked Marissa a question about a fish, and she was honest that she didn't have a lot of experience in fish which tells me so much about her integrity. She could have easily sold me on one last night, but her honesty meant so much. I spoke to the store manager today who did have fish knowledge and we will be back to purchase said fishy today! We will be moving our business from other pet stores to The Marketstreet Pet Depot only!!

Darling pet store! It’s designed like a little village inside. This is where I buy my Fromm food for my dog. They have lots of cute items for pets and a variety of foods, including fresh food. They have grooming and a hospital as well.

We like this place for washing our pup. We like the smell of the shampoo and the wash tubs. Buy 10 self-doggie washes and get 1 free. Such a deal. Only downside, it usually smells like someone farted when you first walk in the door.

We bring our sweet girl Luna here to see Susan all the time. She is a long hair dachshund and loves rolling in the dirt so she needs grooming often! Susan always does such an amazing job cleaning her up for us and giving her a trim. Susan is always so professional, does what we ask for a haircut, and gets it done quickly. Definitely recommend going to Susan!

I have been taking my Shichon, Abbey to get groomed here since 2018. We absolutely love her groomer Mary and are loyal customers who recommend her to our friends every chance we get.Mary is a true animal lover and I always know she treats Abbey as one of her own when we come for her grooming appointments.

I don’t leave a ton of reviews on businesses but this spot deserves one. Dr Jennings has been AMAZING while dealing with our pups new found illness. They squeezed me in within 10 minutes of me calling before thanksgiving (which probably saved my dogs life) and have just been overall awesome. Everyone there is so kind. The wait for our follow up was a bit much today we I think we resolved that when the doctor called me tonight. HIGHLY recommend Dr Jennings and this office.

This store has a good selection of healthy food options for animals. It's like a whole foods store for pets. The only complaint would be the staff never offers help unless you ask, most of the time they don't even say hello when you enter the store which is a pet peeve.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I’ve been a long time customer, even though the prices are sky high simply because I believe in supporting small, independent businesses. I’ve used their grooming services many times, and I’ve nothing but positive experiences.In their Instagram page, they had a post about a frenchie who just gave birth via cesarean. This is cruel and heartless. Why make a dog suffer through the agony of a cesarean simply because consumers demand a designer breed? There’s a myriad of living, existing dogs that need homes immediately, but Market Street is promoting designer dogs. And they’re complicit in elective animal suffering.I said this on their Instagram page, and they deleted my comment and blocked me.Thankfully they can’t delete this review!And yes, they do have adoption drives from time to time, but this does not compensate for the fact that they’re promoting animal suffering.The owners of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. Only bad people choose designer dogs.

Outstanding overnight boarding for trips. Fees are reasonable and they have really cheap upgrades for pups, such as kong toys and extra play time. We got daily updates with pics of our dog. Highly recommended

Tried the self wash station today. Staff were super helpful and took the time to explain everything to me before I began. She could see that my dog was nervous and even offered to bring treats if needed. I used my own shampoo but they provide everything including their shampoo. We will definitely be back!

Market Street PET DEPOT only carries the cheap water soluble distillate and isolate Pet CBD. My Veterinarian says they damage the kidneys of smaller mammals that is why Veterinarians don't sell that type of CBD and that I need to find an organic full spectrum Fat Soluble CBD oil.

We couldn't get anybody to help us. Uninterested employees sitting around looking at the clock. After several times walking back to the front to ask a question, we just left. They didn't even say goodbye. We went to PetSmart and had a very good experience. We just bought a dog and another store will get out business.

Would like to leave 0 stars.. We were unhappy the first time we took our dog to be groomed, but took him again because it seemed like it was a good cute place and maybe we just had a fluke. When we went in, as the new groomer (not Amber- she did a great job. This is the new groomer) was feeling around for mats, our puppy was getting a little irritated because he had some PTSD from the last time he was groomed here.. He is a sweet great dog who has never been aggressive. The groomer was brash and asked "Why is he being aggressive?" when he CLEARLY was not and then she asked, "Is there something going on at home that I should know about?" As if she's a pet social worker or something! I said no and asked her is there something that happened here last time that I should know about to explain his anxiety even coming near the building. I told her not to shave him, but that she could just cut the mats out and taper the hair from there. I came back to a completely shaved dog (which I specifically said not to do because of sunburns) AND they had the audacity to charge me EXTRA for the shave I asked them not to do. It's been a few days and I was petting him on our bed and felt something on his back, and found three 5 inch cuts down his back from a grooming razor! He's a black, curly, border-doodle and so the cuts are too hard to take a picture of or I would have posted it. Never going back here after the disrespect I received, the over-charging for things I asked NOT to do, and most importantly the large cuts on my poor dog.Update: we took our dog to the vet today and he said it wasn’t a razor cut, but actually a thermal burn from the hairdryer. This is what it looks like weeks later. Now I understand why there was the initial anxiety bringing him back.

Daycare is excellent!!! Jack has been going for around 2 years now and the staff has always treated him as if he was their own. He has many best friends that he plays with and has become so much more social and trusting partly due to Crystal and all the daycare staff. Jack loves his Market Street family. Thank you Jack writes... I love you guys!!!
