I have been here a few times but today was the first haircut.. I kept coming back because my dogs always seemed happy when they left, not stressed and anxious! They do such a good job in a short amount of time!Easy to book and deal with!Here is before and after of the haircut!Highly recommend bringing your pups here!!! Love the bandanas they have too 😀

I’ve taken my Great Pyrenees (97 lbs) to Doggy Daze Gilbert several times, and I’m always happy with the results. She comes back clean, fluffy, and smelling fabulous. All the details of what I ask for are taken care of, and the groomers do a great job of tidying up the problem areas and shaping her coat. Both office staff and groomers have been friendly and ready to help with any questions.

I am so pleased that I decided to change groomers for my little guys. Today was my first appointment with Melissa at Doggy Daze. Everyone was extremely friendly and the facility is inviting and very clean. I have a Havanese and a Maltipoo. They both look fantastic. They also seem to enjoy themselves, which is a big plus. I’ll definitely be going back again.

Looked around last minute for a groomer for my 3 large dogs because my groomer was out 3 weeks. I got an appointment in just a few days and the price was affordable and they did an amazing job!!! Will continue with this groomer 😍

First time customer two dogs and both had a great experience! One had just a nail trim & One had a full groom head to toe and looked amazing. She got the Best cut ever and she typically is resistant but the groomer made sure to calm her and gain her confidence. Upon checking out made sure to book their next appointments. Happy dogs 🐶 🐶 ‘s

Took my new puppy in a bath/cut (first cut for him). I wasn’t sure what to expect as far as his cooperation and figured I would probably only get a trim out of it. However, the Groomer did an excellent job on him and he got a full bath and cut so I am very happy. They did a great job! Also, on the plus side, I called about 15 different groomers and none of them except two (besides Doggy Daze) called back and they couldn’t get me in for over a month to a month and a half.

Absolutely thrilled with the grooming experience for my first-time pup! Despite his initial nervousness, the team provided top-notch service, including a bath, nail trim, and teeth brushing. He emerged not only clean but also remarkably confident. The convenience of a walk-in appointment was a bonus, though having your pet's rabies vaccine records handy is a must. Overall, fantastic service! (They also give the cutest pup-card!)

We have only had our dog groomed twice, by 2 different places and it was a night and day experience. I thought all dogs just hated the groomers and was dreading bringing him in but he was happy and confident walking out of Doggy Daze today.They were very easy to work with at the front desk and the groomer was happy to talk with me about what we wanted as well as any concerns. Pickup was quick and easy. Overall we loved them, our dog loved them and we’ll be back!

I’m not understanding why I payed $100 for you to shave my doodle!?! This is twice now that I tried you!! First dog did have a few matted spots and I accepted the one time shorter hair!! I bought the comb that you told me to get all the mats out and you butchered him worse then the first time!! Completely unacceptable. If you couldn’t do what I asked or wanted done, you should have said so, I would have went elsewhere.Response to your reply: First of all he is my son, not my husband. And You can lie all you want and say he was severely matted, when he was not! I sent you a picture and my Son again showed you the picture. That was not even close to being achieved. So you’re saying his face was matted? You couldn’t do puppy feet because his feet were matted? His eye lashes were matted too??! Cuz those were shaved off too!! Who cuts or shaves eye lashes??!!!? Clearly his before picture shows he’s not severely matted. You shaved him as if u found him neglected on the street. You were told to cut out any matted spots if Any! Again you had 2 chances and blew both!

I scheduled an appointment to get my dog groomed. The staff on the phone was friendly and very helpful. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was kindly greeted, and my dog was taken back. I was told it would take 2 or 3 hours and I would get a text when she was done. Barely over 2 hours later, I got a text that my dog was done. When I picked her up, she showed no signs of stress and she smelled amazing! She is super soft and they got all of her shed out. As the receptionist walked my dog out, she noticed that my dog had sat in some water and even offered to bring her back to dry her off again.Everything was fast, everyone was super friendly, and the process was super simple! My dog was treated very well and I will be returning!

Great experience! First time grooming for our slightly neurotic Corgi who is scared of everything. I wasn’t sure he would make it through the drop off process. A few hours later he came out looking like a show dog and happy as could be! Appreciated the care and friendly staff!

Please exercise caution when bringing your pets to this establishment. Our experience with our dog revealed several concerning issues. Firstly, the staff displayed poor customer service. More alarmingly, our dog had a seizure while in their care, and we were not contacted. When I arrived a few hours after dropping him off, I was questioned about why I was there without them calling me first. Additionally, they asked if my pet had a history of seizures, which he did not.The staff also mentioned they could not use their dryers on him and had to resort to kennel drying. Upon arriving home, I noticed both of my dog’s eyes had broken blood vessels. The lack of communication and apparent lack of care during his stay are highly troubling.Although I was refunded after speaking with management, which I appreciate, I am writing this review to prevent similar incidents from happening to other pets.

Came here after having my Maltipoo go to Petsmart for a haircut. Petsmart cut my dog up horribly to the point where he had open cuts and wounds!! Doggy Daze did an exceptional job with my shy and nervous puppy. He looks so cute and so beautiful! The groomer was patient and gentle with my pup upon arrival and she took the time to really get to know my dog and my concerns and wishes!

Great experience from start to finish! When I called first, I got no answer. I didn’t leave a message as I planned to call again later. A few moments after I placed the call, Matt called me back apologizing he missed my call! He got me scheduled so quickly, the next day, which I was not expecting! We gladly accepted. Upon arrival at our appointment, we were greeted by Mike and the groomer right away. They got him in earlier than our appointment, which was also nice! They took good care of our pup and he looked so fresh and fluffy after his grooming! Before leaving, Mike had me check him over to make sure we were satisfied, which I appreciated! We will definitely be back and I appreciate the great service and care! Our puppy is so glad he can finally see again!

Really professional, everyone was friendly and very welcoming. Extremely nice setup for the doggies. My Pickles had some matting and doesn't like visiting the spa, but they fixed her up, and she looked and smelled great.

The staff at Doggy Daze go WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that not only are my dogs comfortable, but that I am too! My dogs are not people or dog friendly and so we had to try many different ways of approaching grooming with minimal stress for them and me. The staff has been so gracious about not giving up on us and today I am happy to report that we actually completed the whole grooming process! This would never have happened had they not been patient and understanding of our unique situation. THANK YOU!

Had a great first experience here! They were fast to get back to me and schedule me. The place is clean and pretty and spacious as well. The groomer was very thorough with her questions about my dog and I really appreciated it. The overall groom was fast too! Definitely the cutest cut my dog has had too.

Friendly environment and nice staff. Groomer helped me figure out what conditioner would be good for my pup and also seemed to be good with him. They had a nice section dedicated to doodle grooming, so I was excited thinking that my doodle would get a nice clean summer cut. The cut my pup got was not what I had shown the groomer. I had asked to round my dog’s face but it was not rounded much at all. Uneven in some parts and a large part of my dog’s front leg was cut a different size than the rest. It looked like they used the wrong clip size by accident. Ear sculpting was not very good and the tail skimming was very abrupt and makes my dog look like a fox lol. Mouth area clean up was not very tidy. Good staff and very friendly but might have to double check which groomer you are asking for.

My puppy Oakley had his first haircut and grooming appointment today! I can only speak volumes about our experience! He was trimmed up perfectly and looks so handsome! I wanted to thank our groomer, I believe her name was Pierce (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong). She was so good with our Oakley, and we will definitely be back!

Doggie Daze, did a great job grooming Harlow. The shop is not only clean, and a cute place to shop for your pooch, the staff is warm and friendly. Harlow had some matting around his ears and neck. The groomer explained and showed me what she was going to do to deal with the matted areas. She did a great job. Harlow looks fabulous! You can’t tell where he was matted despite the areas being clipped very short. She blended those areas beautifully. Thank you Doggie Daze! Harlow will definitely be back and I will certainly refer friends and family!

From our first phone call to leaving with our shepherd everyone was phenomenal! We had our shepherd mix groomed for the first time due to her shedding. Everyone was so kind, understanding and loving to our Piper girl. I highly recommend this facility. We will definitely be back and long term customers now :) thank you again!

Brought my tiny 5lb Yorkie for her first trip to the groomer, and she was so happy coming out. I was super nervous she might act up a lot, but miss Pennie handled it fairly well. She came out looking super cute and trimmed up like a young lady. Thank you Doggy Daze!

Took my furry companion in for a teeth cleaning and gland cleanse. Staff very friendly and the place was nice and clean. They came to get Lulu and about 10 minutes later she was smelling wonderful. I looked thru the door where the kennels are and they where very clean as well. They have full service grooming. We haven’t found a groomer we liked since moving to AZ. My husband visited Doggy Daze in Gilbert and after talking to them made an appointment.Although our dog Snickers loves people, she gets really frantic, has pins in her knees, tends to walk off tables and HATES water. They were so good with her.They gave us a tour, we met with the groomer told her our concerns and showed her a picture of the cut we wanted. We had them take more off her ears and the groomer didn’t get huffy or anything. And she looks adorable.It was a very pleasant experience for us and Snickers. We’ll definitely go back to Doggy Daze.

We had our first visit here at Doggy Daze. The facility is extremely clean. I was greeted by the receptionist and her groomer Katie. Katie took her time asking a lot of questions to ensure she understood our needs and we were on the same page. Anna was only there for about 11/2 hours and was happy and playful . She was actually smiling !! The receptionist even asked if there was anything I wanted tweaked before I left . Prices are very reasonable too.
