We've been taking our dogs here for years and won't go anywhere else. They always do a fantastic job and their pricing is great. I've even taken my 80 lb English bulldog in for a "spa day" lol!! It's funny because everytime we bring this lil cutie in the picture home from being pampered, she is always so excited and proud of her new look lol!! She prances around to everyone showing herself off ❤. Thank you ladies at Passion for Pets!!!

Dog came home limping and bleeding. He was chained up out back when I came to pick him up, still a little wet. Vet scans confirmed broken toe. When asked about it the groomer vaguely said that he had hurt himself but thought “he was fine because he was only crying sometimes.” This has cost us over $1,700.

My boy Toby went in looking a hot mess and came out looking like a whole new boi! I think he was happy with how he looked too. Or at least how he felt! Michelle did a fantastic job and her price was excellent. I will definitely go back.

These ladies are the kindest people I know in a business setting. They know us by name after the first time going in. It is family owned and operated. They are great with all dogs. I will not take my baby anywhere else. Sadie loves to go see Angie when it's time to go.Highly recommend to everyone! Thanks ladies for all your hard work!

I used to take my dogs there years ago then we moved. Now we are in Gilbert again I was excited to go there again. OMG, I was so happy, there was a younger lady there and she was amazing. My dog liked her. Fast forward, amazing lady is gone. I take my dog in a bit before 9am, when I go to get him, I look and theres blood on his mole. I confront groomer, she says she doesn't see any blood. I get him home and its bleeding again and I take wipes and clean the area. No apology, they didn't try to take care of wound, and no one told me it happened.****update*** they are refunding my money, however be careful, if they are busy, they just go through the dogs as fast as they can, 9.5 years of grooming no one has ever cut off any moles.**** I sent picture to owner and that's when she refunded $

These ladies are wonderful. My crazy puppy comes out looking like a million bucks everytime.. and they are so amazingly patient with my beast. And ... this last visit she broke her leash and was playing catch me if you can in the parking lot. All 3 of the ladies were out in the parking lot with me helping to catch her. Which they did. I love this place and it's great groomers.

Oh my! I cannot say enough good about how gentle and patient these groomers have. Took my sisters 6 month old labordoodle who is so skittish, scared of everything!! They worked with her for many hours, long past closing, and she came out perfect!!! They did not charge extra either!! They suggested we bring the dog back to visit often to get to know them better. True dog lovers. 👍👍👍

Place was clean and quiet. People could not have been nicer. The groomer ask for specifics about the groom and she followed to a "T".My dog was not stressed when I picked him up and he looks soooo good!!Thank you Shelly. Teddy will come see you next winter! We also will be bragging about you in the mean time!!Thank you again!!

This place is awesome! I have used Holly and her team for over 13 years now. I can't say enough about them. I drop my pups off on a Saturday morning usually and they are done and beautiful within a few hours. Holly and her team do such a fantastic job on my Moose and Peanut and they are always excited to go when they hear "do you want to go see Holly at the GROOMER". I actually drive all the way from the Warner Ranch area In south Tempe all the way to Gilbert because I love their excellent service and great pricing. After 13 years I almost feel like they are family and I know my dogs feel the same way too. Thanks so much A Passion for Pets! I love you all and me and my pups will always be coming back.

The gals here were great. I called on a Saturday morning and they were able to fit my 2 "babies" in that same afternoon. What amazed me the most is that one of the girls was able to my make friends with my grumpy chihuahua mix, trust me he's not an easy one. They are also very reasonably priced.

Two friends independently recommended A Passion for Pets because they take their dogs there for grooming; so, I took my two dogs today. I am quite impressed with the calm and professional atmosphere at the shop: Even though multiple groomers were working, there was no barking or discomfort. It was actually peaceful in there! Simone, the groomer who took care of my dogs, had such a reassuring manner that my typically nervous pets simply went with her without even whimpering. Simone did a wonderful job! My dogs have never looked so good! I am pleased to have found A Passion for Pets. I now have a "forever" groomer for my beloved dogs.

Our roommate dropped our dog off at 2pm.Called at 5 and they said dog wasn’t done.They said they needed another hour. Note that they close at 5pm.Another hour - two hours go by and nothing. So we drove by and the door was locked. We kept calling and knocking. Finally someone came out and our dog hasn’t even been touched. Let alone let out to use the bathroom, not given water, or anything. There were no other dogs in there. Dog was left in the kennel since 2pm - 8pm.Totally unacceptable

Worste place ever. The owner is garbage and the employees are very unprofessional. Worst 48 dollars I have ever spent. It’s like they are scared to brush the dogs. I wonder if they pay there people to give them good reviews cause this place is garbage and I will never be returning. My lab went here and came home with all this hair all over her like they didn’t brush her. The owner says welcome to the world of labs. I have had labs I understand how there fur is. But when they come home from the groomers after a so called wash and brush and they smell like wet dog and have hair all over. I am very disappointed and hope no one has to go to this place and deal with what we did.

The groomers at this place do an awesome job, I've been taking my Miniature Schnauzer here for about 7 months now and they always leave him looking like a Rock Star!I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a dog groomer.

I took my sisters two Golden Retrievers here before summer last year. They had just flown over 16 hours from Japan and they were in rough shape. Long, stinky, matted fur. The girls here did such an amazing job and I'm so thankful for their patience and tolerance for our rowdy, stinky, crazy Goldens :)
