By far the worst Pilot I have been to. March 30, 2024 around 3:30 am I went inside to use restroom and get ready for my day. The restroom was the most disgusting. On every toilet seat there was some kind of excrement or bodily fluid. Trash overflowing, debris on floors and sink. Fountain drink area was a mess as well. I would not use the restroom at all and went to tell the young man at counter. All he said was “I’m sorry.” I went back in the restroom and took these photos. I asked the young man for a manager. He said that the young lady there by him was the manager. I hate to say this but she looked like something that the cat drug in. By her appearance, no wonder that the store was in total disarray. I began telling her about the restrooms. I am a driver coming in there to use restrooms and this is my only restroom. So therefore to come into a nasty restroom was very disappointing and disheartening. All she said was the same as the other young man, “I’m sorry.” I had to wait to go to the restroom at the rest area down I-10. It’s a real shame that Pilot employs such. My company usually has me fuel at Pilot. And normally purchase $500 plus in fuel. Plus DEF and usually snacks/food. I’m not sure what’s going on but I don’t feel that truck drivers/patrons are very appreciated by this kind of disrespect from Pilot employees.

Stopped on a Sunday on our way through Gila Bend. This station has gone seedy from the nice place it was when it first opened. The women's restroom had three of the six stalls closed/out of order. The trash bin in the stall was overflowing. The subway store's toaster was broken. A west side entrance door was broken. Most glass was dirty and floors messy.

Big and clean. Easy fast food choices. Abundant parking lot. Easy gas for RV. I will say however, gas pump is NOT where you leave your vehicle while you go inside to use restrooms, shop or order your sandwich from Subway! Move your vehicle when you gas has been pumped and go park in a parking space! This is a selfish rude practice I see often in our travels. I wish the gas station could penalize these peple!

Every single time I stop here doesn't matter if it's 5 a.m., 12 p.m., or midnight. I always have to wait on showers' unreal they are never clean. It absolutely sucks to wait 45 mins when there are showers to be cleaned a lot of times. I'm not staying just passing through

The gas pumps blast advertisements at you at full blast. I’ll never understand why gas stations think this is a pleasant or desirable experience. I’ll avoid Pilots the rest of the trip.

Inside is clean work plenty of different options for food and drinks. I pass by here every Saturday and it's never too busy. Pleasant staff.

Busy station but lots of pumps, decent store and food including subway. Separate pump for RV but can be tight. Rv dump station but tight. Propane has been out of service for last month...they are waiting for a "key from corporate".

I'm really disappointed that this trk stop has a real disappointment.No lights. Clerk said almost 1 week without lights.😳😳No nacho cheese sauce.Only biscuit breakfast sandwich.I was afraid to see what else they were missing.BUT....on the bright side, the clerk was really nice.👍🥇

Clean, friendly, food, gas, showers, restrooms, gifts & more gifts! Found this beautiful Bible there in which I have been looking for a new one! This one is perfect seeing as how we are traveling from afar to afar! Also found this cute little Clingy Monkey... PEANUT! 😂 (let's see how many of you get that reference)

This placed did everything wrong. First, I had to say no twice to upsells just to be able to pump gas. I had to say no to another upsell when I went inside to buy soda. And they overchargedme for the soda. And there was a long line. Outside at the pump while you are pumping gas, you have to listen to multiple speakers in the various stations, blasting advertisements at you. We are human beings, not objects to get money out of.

The parking can be empty and no one taking a shower and your gonna wait because the showers are dirty and haven’t been cleaned for god knows how long

Hard to find fault since it's one of the few gas stations when you're bypassing Phoenix. It's a good sized store. About what you'd expect.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Parking lot is nasty. Everyone doing mandatory break at pumps when there was plenty of parking. They have dirty moldy towels for showers. Their wash clothes are cut up towels because they don't have enough towels. Big shower rooms with two shower heads but only one works.If you want food poisoning be my guest to go there. Recommend bypassing and going somewhere else.

They got rid of the local arts and crafts that used to be the whole reason for stopping here.No local crafts anymore.Just another Pilot truck stop with lots of paid parking.

I give it three stars only because of the parking. I’m sitting in here for over a hour waiting on a shower. Every door is open and when asked the manager about it she said he was outside doing trash. I get that but a hour. Manager you got 3 people waiting in line and the only response is he’s outside. Subway is ok, I think their seriously rationing food.

Stopped to get gas and use the restroom. The women's bathroom did not have any toilet paper. I told the cashier & 20 minutes later the toilet paper was still not replaced. However, the subway workers were very friendly and made our sandwiches perfectly. Wouldn't recommend the women's bathroom after a long car ride.

Showers took 1 hour when the pilot was empty I had to go ask the cashier why was it taking so long. Young lady cashier had 0 communication skills. When she called someone through the radio finally show up. He started rushing cleaning the 5 showers that were available. The restroom had yellow stain so who ever was cleaning the showers was not doing a very good job.

I'm gonna break it down between good and bad. 3 stars for now. Pros: Organized parking, customer service is very friendly, short walk from truck parking to building. Cons: Needs more janitors per shift. They only seem to have one janitor responsible for cleaning the showers, restrooms, store, and outside trash. That's too much fir one person when there is a line for the showers. It shows to in the wait time on showers. It shows in the bathrooms when they are not resupplied or clean. It shows when you walk in the store and can see small bits of trash on the floor. I really hope the manager sees this and hires at least 1 more janitor for each shift. EDIT: tried to reply to a question but my phone has been glitchy. No potable water for Rvs that I saw. They probably figure you would find rv lot for that.

Pilot is good but subway employee night swift need to be better 05-22-23 9:40 pm. The worker told me they’re close but they don’t close till 10:00 pm I requested him I only want one sandwich and I’m hungry everything else would be close by the time I go to next truck stop just give me white bread footlong with mayo cheese and turkey I would pay u extra he went back where they perp and never came back

After long time on the road we stopped at the Pilot Travel Center at Gila Bend, Az. It was big, clean and had great service. We didn’t plan to eat there, but it was so clean and organized we chose to buy dinner there and continue our way to Cali. We will always stop here from now on. And yes, the bathrooms were so clean and they had enough stalls to accommodate everyone that needed to use them. Recommend this as a gas, food and rest stop. Kudos to the staff!

Met a lady named Angel on a Sunday! The ladies room was spotless. We have stopped in this truck stop twice now...and it is literally spotless. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the snack selection excellent. Seemed like everyone one was happy to be in such a clean travel center. Good vibes all around. Shout-out to Angel for living up to her name and being so kind 🤗

Come on for crying out loud . No hotdogs on the grill at 2:30 on a Sunday after noon , and stale buns to boot ! Get it together . Your no better than any other slackers out there making our lives miserable !!!!

Good prices and a dedicated RV fuel island. As typical for the Pilot RV islands, tight getting out with a longer RV and toad. Got lucky here and the far right fuel lane faces a parking area requiring a 180° turn to get out. The little lot was void of vehicles so exit was easy. This toad has to be disconnected to back up which is a great hassle. Gasoline vehicle so the diesel truck fuel island is useless with it's easier big rig access and egress.
