Awful. Room was dirty. Shower was full of hair, hair all over the bathroom floor, looked like the room had not even been cleaned. Drain in shower was full of hair. So gross. Didn’t even have a hair dryer. Soap dispensers were broken. Yellow stains on the caulk in the shower. Room smelled weird and the air conditioner was loud as a jet engine. I was not expecting much from a two star hotel but this place was the worst I have ever seen. Would never stay there again.

Slept GREAT! Mattress was very comfortable, pillows were perfect. Super clean tile throughout (every hotel / motel should do this). They thought of everything; there was even a tall rotating fan in the closet if needed. Great access from the highway. Being able to park in front of our door made unpacking in the rain so much easier. The front desk clerk was very friendly. Made us feel like he was welcoming us home. We'll definitely stay again.

Had a great experience. The room was very clean, the guy behind the counter was really nice. Also, the price was very fair. Not many places can you get a room for under $100 and be in this great of shape and taken care of.Rooms: Very clean, well kept, and everything worked well.

Okay... This is an OLD motel in Gila Bend. The wooden slat ceilings and push button wall phone reflect decades gone by. BUT, the rooms are clean, it has a real refrigerator, the beds are comfy and the tiled shower is nice. The area around the motel is pretty bare, and traffic noise and trains are common. But all the tenants were tired travelers, like us, and we all smiled and quietly went inside and watched the 40 inch TV and utilized the internet. Breakfast = cereal, donuts, coffee, milk (period). I give it three stars but a cozy three star rating!Walkability: Nope.

After being stranded for 5 hours on the interstate with multiple flat tires on a fifth wheel, we landed at this little place in hopes of getting a couple of rooms for the night. We were greeted by a very kind man who was able to accommodate us. We also had a 20-foot U-Haul truck with a trailer as well. The truck had a freezer full of meat that needed to be plugged in, and the gentleman also accommodated us with this vital need. After a long day on the road, I entered the room to be pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness. Took a hot shower and jumped in a very comfortable bed with four perfect pillows! I can't say enough about the service and cleanliness of this slightly dated diamond in the rough. The linens, from sheets to towels, smelled fresh, and the room has a microwave, refrigerator, and wonderfulA/C unit! Thanks for the great end to a crummy day!

The hotel is very basic, but clean. The reason for the low rating was we stayed there for 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. Unfortunately there were no hooks for our towels so we had to lay them throughout the room to dry.I did ask for someone to clean the room, but they said they were very busy and apologized for not getting the room cleaned. When we came back that night they had dropped some clean towels, but still did not cleanOther item was that the door had a 1/2 gap at the bottom so we had to use towels to fill up the gap to avoid snakes or scorpions from entering.

I was amazed at the price! The entire facility is kept very clean - the first thing we noticed upon entering the room was that it had no foul odor and was essentially spotless. Our room came equipped with a coffee maker, a TV, a fridge, and cable TV. The bathroom was probably one of the cleanest hotel bathrooms we have been in, in a long time. No bugs, no smell, and the shower was awesome.We didn’t think the location was bad at all - you only hear a quiet lull from the vehicles driving down the nearby road and believe it or not, it actually ADDS charm to the atmosphere of the place.There’s continental breakfast offered and their rates are awesome. They really are taking care of this motel and the care they put in shows.We were so impressed we immediately booked a second night instead of going to the other room we had booked in Phoenix. Go for this place… seriously.

Wonderful little place. Fine rates. All single story structures, no stairs to climb. Rooms of various sizes. I had a small single room. Just perfect. Good size. Small bathroom with excellent shower and good supply of clean towels. . Nice TV. Fridge, microwave and desk. Very comfortable bed. Well lighted. Everything clean and spotless and real nice staff. I'll stay again and again..

I was really impressed with this motel. I was traveling through Gila Bend for work. I was unsure of the quality of motels. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and modern amenities of Palm Inn. I was in room 118 which is part of a small bungalow. The room was amazing. Super clean. Beautiful tiled restroom. Tons of soap and shampoo. Very large television and my own private parking spot! Great job from the hotel staff keeping the rooms up to date, clean and comfortable.The only downside was the heat and the ac unit in the room wasn't keeping up very well. In a place that hot the unit should stay on so customers don't have to wait for hours for the room to cool down. Outside Temps were 118+. However that was minor and not a deal breaker.

Friendly desk person. We had the room behind the office. It was spacious and very clean. Parking lot had just been resurfaced so owners are putting money back into motel. 1 star taken off because vertical blind didn’t close properly and there were no curtains so that made it easy for people to see in. We fixed them temporarily with items in room to get them closed up tight. Would stay again. Budget hotel better than it’s price.

We highly recommend this place if you’re in the Gila bend area. We stayed in a two queen bed room and it was super clean and and smelled fresh. The interior was super spacious and we had plenty of space for our luggage. The front desk was accommodating and super helpful over the phone and in person. We even left our jackets, and they saved it for us.

You know, this is a really nice old style motel. Nice wood ceilings, clean rooms with no musty smell. Four pillows of all different sizes for each bed. Updated AC unit. New younger owners are very enthusiastic about making this property the best it can be. It looked inviting, but I didn't get into the pool... A little too cool on New Year's Day!

The staff was awesome. The room was clean. The price was good. There was a refrigerator and microwave. The TV had lots of channels (Dishnet). I needed a room along my route and did not know where until I decided to stop. The chain hotel was full. I am glad it was as I found this little place.

This is a locally -owned jewel in the desert. Owners are super nice. Property is well maintained. Rooms clean. Excellent water pressure. The pool was crystal clear and clean. The rooms are small but cozy. Great TV and over 200 channels. In spite if the monsoon which caused a power outage, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this place.

This is a hidden gem for sure. Does not looki like much from the outside, but inside....Holy Cow😘 Huge room...all the amenities that you need. The beds were big and extremely comfortable. Even the pillows were excellent. Huge, firm, and plentiful...4 on each bed. An apartment size fridge kept everything cold...a microwave,...a coffee pot so we didn't need to drag ours in and set it up. The TV was big and a lot t of channels.....now about that bathroom........ this is my only concern. The shower was a stand in only...no tub, I'm a tub gal.....take meds that cause dizziness so I like the tub to help steady myself while shaving my legs. It had a small ledge so I adjusted. But try as I might🙃, I could only get WARM water. I like it a tad warmer than it was. It did the job, don't get me wrong...but hot water at 4:30 AM is always sweet. The spray way so awesome. There was so much water. Only other complaint... I had to stand on that little ledge to adjust the shower head. I'm only 4'14" so where it was spraying wasn't working for me. Wifi Didi NOT WORK either. With the password we were given. But we were to tired from traveling at that point to care. If we are ever in the area again or if anyone needs a recommendation of where to stay in that area..... WE'D DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PALM'S INN 💕

Pulled in around 9 PM after trying Best Western first. Laughed at the price for " the only room available option" and left. Found this place right down the road for about $40 less. The staff was friendly, check-in was a breeze and the room was clean and comfortable. Had a quiet night and great rest after driving all day. Highly recommend this place of you're passing through.

Don't believe the fake reviews. This hotel is horrible and not well maintained. The bed sheets were stained and ripped. It was so bad, my wife and I slept in our clothes. They do not even run the hotel well. They gave us a key and when we opened the door, people started yelling because the room was already occupied. I have travelled for work often and stayed in over a hundred hotels. This has taken over as the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Easy check in, however found this to be too spendy for what it was. This was the highest priced hotel we stayed at from Minnesota to Texas, to Arizona , Utah, and Colorado,and back to MN! There was nothing special to justify the high charge. In fact it was lacking. No breakfast. Not very clean.Shower appeared to be uncleaned with hair stuck to the shower wall. Long human hairs on towels, pillows, and bed sheets. Two dogs at neighboring property barked a lot.No breakfast, and was told checkout was 1030, although it was posted 1100 in a couple different places.It would have been ok for $45-55, but not for the price charged of $130.

Stayed for a quick night when my daughter and I did a ghost hunt in ajo. Its family run and they are very nice and welcoming. Definitely not a fancy motel, but was clean and taken well care of. Bed was actually quite comfortable. Great property for how cheap it was.
