I don’t really have words to describe the amazing service I had here! My alternator went out on my drive back to Phx and as soon as I pulled into the parking lot someone came out to ask me how they could help! Shane took a look at my car and he could tell I was anxious about having car problems as I was driving alone. He assessed the problem and got the parts delivered to their shop asap so he could fix my car in the same day. Despite having car problems, it was such a blessing to stop at this shop and it was so clear they just genuinely care and want to help anyone that stops in. Shane was so encouraging and helped so much! I’m super grateful for the experience I had here & I owe you guys a HUGE thank you!!

These guys were nice and friendly. Helped my sister and a with a minor repair under the car in less than 20 minutes. Don’t know what we would have done without them in this situation since we were on the way to Cali!

I had a slow leak on my outside dually tire. The puncture was on the sidewall so they weren't able to plug it but they swapped out my spare and got me back on the road in no time. They did patch the leak so I could keep that tire for a spare for emergencies...for now. Fast service and affordable!

This guy does exactly what you ask him to, no more no less. Had my truck for a week and never got it running. I asked him to change the fuel pump and he did. But that was it. Never actually got my truck running.

I do not recommend this place at all. First time I went. It was too early and they could not do my oil change. Second time I went. No one was available to do it. “There was not competent at the time. Come back again later“ third time I went it was too busy and they were not able to assist me since they had more priority work on a ranch. Fourth time I went. It was too late and they could not help me. It was 5 PM. They close at 6. Just say you don’t wanna help people of color. Let’s stop wasting everybody’s time.

Thank you to the friendly staff for helping me out in a pinch! my tire and spare both went out in Dateland in front of Dateland tire shop! of course they didn't want to help when it shows they were open but said closed so I called up Ironwood and was helped within the hour! I appreciate all y'all!

This business is good. I only give them 4 stars because when they are busy you will have to wait a while but they will get to you. Prices are about the same as the big chain stores. Their service is very good. The are very friendly.

We were traveling to California when we had a tire blow out. While we waited for the tow company, I called Ironwood and within minutes Tommy had a new tire ready for us. When we arrived to the shop they were waiting for us and quickly replaced our tire. We were ready and back on the road after 10 minutes of arriving to Ironwood. Would definitely recommend them!

Had a blow out on my spare about 18 miles outside of Gila Bend. Made a call, waited about 15/20 minutes, driver arrived and had us loaded in 10 minutes. In Gila Bend lickity split. Had my blown tire removed, new one mounted and on the truck in 15 minutes. Everyone courteous and helpful. Good guys.

Had a blowout after hitting a foreign object a few weeks ago while driving east on highway 8 and were stranded out in the middle of the median in the middle of the night. Our rental company, Alamo, had no solutions to offer us. Luckily, some local sheriffs came and called Ironwood to request a tow, then waited with us to ensure that we were safe until the tow truck arrived a short while later.After arriving at their facility, they found that the rim was bent in addition to the sidewall being completely compromised. They weren't certain that they would have a tire that fit our particular vehicle, but after some searching they were able to find one and also give us a great deal to get us back on the road.I don't remember their team members' names, but they were all very pleasant and beyond reasonable for their services. While I understand that you probably won't be stopping in Gila Bend unless if you're in unfortunate circumstances like we were, I recommend Ironwood!

Amazing place, Family Friendly Staff. They helped out even tho I was a complete stranger. I never had gone to place that was this well grounded and honest. My fuel pump had gone out while I was traveling for business. I was stranded these Men came and helped me find a solution. I would of been helpless in this situation and this Buisness came and Helped me a individual. I will always return here!

Called from the side of the road after a breakdown and the first person to answer our call hung up on us because our breakdown was not convenient enough for them to care. We had to take a tow elsewhere after leaving the car there overnight and after getting 3 different stories about what could be wrong with the car and no real straight answer. The only redeeming factor was Tommy, who was super helpful in dealing with the insurance claim and in making sure we got a tow back to the city.

Called multiple times, the first gentleman said he could tow my vehicle and the other times I got somone that sounded very uninthused with everything and insisted they could not tow my vehicle then hung up on me.
