Greeted as soon as you walk in the door, asking if they can help you find anything. Have a variety of things. From clothes, candles, safes to tires. Like that they offer different varieties of animal foods. Staff is very helpful with suggestions. Will be frequenting this store for work and home.

This store is awesome the people that work there are great and when I shop there I don't feel like just another number I feel like I'm among friends. If I ever have have a question Jodi or one of the other managers is always there with an answer for me. If they don't have the product I'm looking for they can usually guide me in the right direction of where I can get it or give me advice for the next best thing. Unlike Ace Hardware that doesn't honor their warranties Tractor Supply stands behind their equipment and that means a lot to me. I love that , love the people that work there and I highly recommend if you need something as far as basic tools or stuff for your animals, your garage, your yard I would definitely go there

For the last year the alarm has been going off consistently throughout the day and night. I’ve called multiple times and have been told it’s being fixed this week and has continued to happen for months. Please have more respect for your neighbors and get this fixed.

I was able to buy the vaccines for my new puppies here. Upon getting there I decided to look around. The store was nice and clean but what really stood out was the service. Kevin and Tom were both very nice and attentive. They answered my questions and were very knowledgeable. Thank you Tom for helping me when I came in and forgot my wallet. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a variety of supplies! Hard to find good friendly customer service anymore.

Helpful staff. Good price on propane and Kevin is always very friendly and helpful when filling. We always stop here before running into a big box store for something. We also like utilizing the vet that has hours on Sundays for preventative care.

I ordered some trees online. The young man working with the trees and plants pulled our order immediately and had done an excellent job picking out healthy trees that will have the best chance of growing. He knew how to pick trees, which varieties would grow well and what they would need to flourish. This young man was a delight.

Had to change my review after 4 years... 4 stars to now 0 stars. A company is only as strong as its weakest link and Danny at this location is the weakest link. Horrible cashier service, rude abusive behavior. Made fun of me with other customers when he was his error of overcharging me for two items that weren't even mine on my total. Refuse to listen to me when I tried to correct him on it. Had to get the manager then kept trying to start a fight from the register over. I have never seen a store have such a rude employee in my entire life. I would be ashamed if this was my company.

I have been here several times now and this has become one of my favorite places to shop. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a reasonable selection of a variety of items, quite a few unique/hard to find items as well. The have ranch, farm and outdoor activity type things as expected the pet food and supplies are also plentiful. They hardware and tool selections are great. The prices are fair with bargain brands of good quality and name brands as well. They have lots of animal figurines and other household knickknacks/decorations. They refresh the deals frequently and have good placement of their displays. There is a small of candy and soda. Tool boxes, pedal boats, motor bikes/atvs, pet clinics(occasionally), knives, flags/kits, yard care supplies and the list goes on. This is a great place that's hard not to walk out of without something.

Like another store that carries "freight" if you know what I mean. Better really though. They have an amazing amount of things here for your shop or ranch type needs. Recently purchased a water tank and likely going back for a huge stock tank that will become a nice fish pond in my yard. I think they are the only place with a decent selection of that kind of thing that's local. I also think they have some great deals on boots and tools as well. One of the favorite places to spend cash I should save.

A unique shopping experience here. You don't need to be looking for farm supplies to justify a visit. This store has plenty of tools, clothing, yard and garden supplies along with numerous pet supplies...from dogs, cats, rabbits, to equine and the like. The store employees here are always helpful and I'm happy after I visit the store...give it a try.

They have such awesome merchandise at this supply store! My wife loves that they have a shoe and clothing section cause it keeps her busy while i go up and down every single isle just getting excited at all the new stuff i find and wish i could get everything in the store! You should definitely visit this store

i JUST LOVE THIS STORE. But let me be specific...I was in yesterday looking for my favorite brand of Rabbit pellets which I couldn't find. Dan dropped what he was doing and he was obviously very busy doing stock to assist me. They didn't have the size I was looking for so I bought a smaller bag to get me by. I figured I could just order it online with a FREE store drop. They wanted to charge me more fore shipping then the product cost. Dan helped me secure the product for no shipping costs. Thanks Tractor Supply for your customer service. BTW my cashier was extremely friendly and just wanted to give her a pat on the back. I think her name was adrian...not sure but she was from Poland. Extremely polite and very helpful.

I love this store. Every weekend my daughter and I get a chick duck or goat food. We now have over 60 chicken and 12 ducks. Nick is amazing he let my daughter in to get her bird's only because he was a good judge of character. Dam is a fantastic man. He took the extra time to draw a picture and show her how to sex the birds. Over all, this is a wonderful store. That is so appealing you can't walk out without buying something. 5 huge stars from me!

This place is great! The employees are so helpful. Lots of things that you can decorate with. They also have clothing. We purchased 2 bails of straw for decorations for our wedding. Great place.

Tractor supply is trying to be a Grange Co-op/Feed store but it always disappoints in some way. They have a nice selection or tools and feed, but their hay sucks. It is very dry. Also it seems their staff is also revolving. And some of the staff seem too busy to help sometimes. Or are not very knowledgeable about anything. Finally why are the really heavy feed bags at the back of the store and I am expected to carry to front of store and load them myself? Most other feeds stores load the heavy stuff for you. You should try to be more like shoppers. Also for having tractor in the name why is there the only half of an aisle of tractor stuff?

Bought a tongue toolbox for 300$ for a new unit. It showed up with glue all over the side, chipped paint and dings. I called them and they gave me a 60$ credit. This thing isnt worth 250 🤣 I called them back after trying to remove the glue to ask them to just send another unit out and they said I would have to bring it to them..😕 So here I am reviewing my experience with tractor supply. Guess they think they are too big to fail and screwing the little guy..Id post pictures but cant on here..I have my own business and this isnt how you treat your customers no matter how much they spend..

A great place for all the needs of the farm and so much more. Boots and outdoor gear. Tools and storage. A great staff at this location as well. Oh and go get some really great flashlight there. I got this one for the lady in my life.

While slightly focused on farm supplies this is a great place to get general hardware and garden items. This location has a surprisingly good clothing selection for men. The carry brands like Carhartt and Wrangler.

I like this store. The people are friendly and down to earth. There is a very wide selection of product and variety. I mainly go to get treats and food for my horses in Payson on the way up North.I hope they can stay in business in Fountain Hills, but the demographics do not share a demand for this type of store in this area.I am always the only customer in the store???To be honest, they should have opened their Payson store first - which is expected to do very well.Welcome & Best of luck Tractor Supply!!

Went in to buy the 4 x 6 rubber mats paid in the front and two employees helped load them on the back had to have them rolled up bc they were big and I have an SUV so it didn't fit flat. Planning on getting more I suggest to vacuum them before taking them inside nthe underside has black residue from the mats not a big deal no smell on these as they have them outside I think that helps air them out.

Having worked for Tractor Supply from 1981 to 1991, it was fun to see all the changes. This was even more differant because I went from rural store to city store. Still many of the same items, but in differant quanities. Very nice store.
