The service in the store is terrible they have changed the personal around and the quality is not there as it was about 6 months ago. I went in the other night to buy goldfish and aquarium's for the grand kids. there was nobody on the floor all in the back office. I walked in and asked for help. Before service was exceptional. The Dog Groomer Aria was great. the one who changed all the personal around in this store needs to rethink his choices.

I would not recommend this groomer to anyone. Worse haircut I have ever seen on any dog. It is hard to describe the way he was groomed, or not groomed. They were told that he was old and they had promised that he would be one of the last ones groomed, so that they could take their time with him. First of all, I told them not to cut his mustache, which they did. Why, I don't know. They unevenly shaved his hair off his main body, did not cut or any hair off of his legs or his feet. He is a poodle and had to have clean feet and a even cut. He actually growled at one of the groomers, which he has never done before in all his years of grooming. When I got out of the cage, they had him in, he was shaking. Petco manager did not apologize for the treatment or lack of grooming that my dog received. They were going to originally, charge for a bath and give credit for the haircut but decided to give credit for both. The only thing that the manager kept on saying is, well, we are giving you credit. No apology or any indication that the groomer would be reprimanded. My pet was not the same after that day. I believe he was mistreated. My pet had never been mistreated before and so, I really believe it had a adverse affect on his over all health. I would not recommend this place to anyone that treasures their pets.

Auria did a great job grooming Kona. She is always consistent and Kona always comes out looking so clean, fluffy and smelling so fresh. She does such a good job which is why we request her each time we set up the grooming appointment.

have been coming to Petco for years and multiple dogs. The staff is great and I appreciate how gentle they are, because all of my dogs have been rescues and they are very timid about me leaving them. When I pick up my babies up they are calm and happy.
