Called and spoke to Aubrey about bath and sanitary trim for my fluffy cat. She agreed he probably didn't need a bath and just did the trim. Very quick and affordable. Castor is happy with his clean backside. Thank you!

They were so incredibly nice and they even took my kitty early because I was there early. Gave her a nail and tail trim right away and it was so much cheaper than I expected, amazing service ive been recommending them to everyone!

I've been taking my boy there for quite a few months now, they do a great job on him. Not sure if I can return because a new "person" there informed me that it's gonna cost an extra $10 due to his age and it now takes 2 people to bath and groom. That's not logical, if 1 person to do the work costs $45, shouldn't it increase to $90 if the labor is doubled? I think maybe there is some new ownership involved. They do great work, but have priced themselves out of my fixed income budget.

From the second I called my experience has been nothing but pleasant and accommodating. I have tried over 5 different groomers in town and I have never found someone so nice not only to me but to my fur baby. So helpful, informative and nice! 10 stars ✨ in my book!! First time I’ve ever picked up my dog soooo happy after the groomers.

New to the area. My dear old pooch had only been to 2 groomers in 12 1/2years. So I was leery. However, everyone in the shop was wonderful. Pam was awesome with my girl. My baby was happy 8no signs of trama. Thank you Precious Pets!!

A great place to take your dog for a bath and professional haircut! There was a mix-up with CA time vs AZ time. We r in Needles, CA but the Salon was on AZ time so we were an hour late. The owner was gracious and rebooked us the next week, which was a pleasant surprise since other groomers I had called were booked for weeks ahead. They charged $47 for each of our English springer spaniels-about 35 lbs each. One 9 yr. old female that has been groomed all of her life. The other was a 11 month old pup who had never been groomed. They called us 15 minutes before they were finished. I thought that was very thoughtful so the dogs wouldn’t have to wait in crates. The best part was when we picked them up! The haircuts were flawless!! They left their ears long as I request but trimmed the length as I had asked. It was obvious that my groomer was experienced and familiar with this breed. The groomer said the puppy stood calmly which was such a surprise for such a young, energetic pup. That told me that the groomer had handled the pup professionally. The dogs came out happy, relaxed and beautiful!! Would go back.
