Very unprofessional. I have never gone to a vet on base and probably will never go to one again. The lady at the front is extremely rude. The whole atmosphere of this place is just unpleasant. I’ll take my dogs back to Coronado Veterinary.

We always get the care we need for our two terriers at the Ft. Huachuca Veterinary Clinic. They have completed a refurbishment of the facilities. The staff are excellent and you don’t get the feeling you are being hustled for unnecessary services. Their COVID-19 procedures are through so everyone can be safe.

My spouse and I have been working with the Vet since July 17’ in order to prepare our pets for transport to Japan. The process has been nothing short of pulling teeth. The staff of this facility are rude, misinformed of current standards, and consistently display their complete lack of empathy or duty to the personnel of Ft. Huachuca.My spouse is currently frantic with duress, calling around to try and find a different Vet capable of issuing our two pets their required health documents prior to our departure in February. She had attempted to make an appointment with the Ft.Huachuca Vet, but was blown off and told to make an appt after 15 Jan. Today, 16 Jan, she is being told the Vet will either be busy or simply not working.This sort of pussyfooting has been commonplace throughout our experience with this facility, and it should be addressed immediately. It says a great deal about an organization when such complete and utter disregard for their community is displayed on a regular basis. This is not some “out of the blue” issue we have brought to them. As stated earlier, we have been working with them since last summer, with the culmination of the process requiring these health certificates.This organization and its personnel should be ashamed of themselves, and I strongly recommend direct leadership intervention. I know for a fact we are not the only personnel to have severe issues with the quality of this facility.

Nothing available if your animal is sick. Earliest appointments are always 2 weeks out or more. Worst military Vet clinic I have ever been to.

I understand that you guys aren’t there specially for permanent party pets, but geesh. I don’t have to hear it every time I walk in. You ever had someone be smart to you tactfully or insult your intelligence with a compliment. If not come on down to this place. It’s the best monopoly around. If you can go off post do it. They are nicer and remember the pets. Save yourself the headache. But if you live on post unfortunately you have to stop by this place. If it wasn’t for the soldiers holding it down in that facility the place would burn.

Horrible Service in my opinion. They aren’t friendly in comparison to other vets in the city or in general and they are never available for help anyway. They don’t have call waiting but then think it’s right to have people on hold for 10 mins at a time without being checked on. Overall horrible. Just say you only serve military working dogs and that you don’t care about customer service to the people on ft Huachuca whatsoever and call it a day. Just horrible
