Great store with a lot of historical flair. Although they have everything you'd expected for a hardware store to carry, they also have soo much more. They have gun ammo, decorations, bbq's, and a lot of other popular novelties. You can find just about anything here except groceries. I can't wait to take my kids.

Update Dec 12. STILL a great place to shop! Children’s gifts, greeting cards, tools, hardware, you name it.UPDATE APRIL 2023. Brought visiting family in for a fun walk around and to pick up a few needed items. As always, well-staffed, well-stocked and a joy to look at the tons of vintage Americana. Visiting this ACE is to step back in time 75 years. A must-see.We were in Florence visiting with a friend for lunch and on the way out of town spotted this ACE Hardware and pulled over because we needed salt pellets for our water softener. What a find! Even if you visit ACE just to walk around, you must! First, the location and the building. This was a lumber and hardware business back in 1914! How cool is it that after more than 100 years, it's STILL a hardware store. The building is listed on the Arizona register of historic buildings (se my pic). It's adorable. But inside it gets even better. Aside from being stuffed with everything one could possibly need, as are all ACE Hardware stores, and also loaded with plenty of helpful employees, it's also decorated to match its age. A real treat. On our next visit when we're not out of time we'll go back and spend more time perusing the aisles and taking in the atmosphere. This is a beautiful store with a great product assortment. But the store is severely lacking in available help in the aisles. Today, there were two cashiers and no one on the sales floor to help customers.

Just love this store. Unfortunately the most of the young help dont really want to be there at the one. The store on Power Rd is the best for service and always stocked.

The store was warm, welcoming, and had a wide variety of fun stuff. There’s screw selection went clear to the ceiling. I wish I had my phone with me to take a photo. They also had the 2 x 2 lumber I wanted. I got a cute hat and my hose repaired items I needed five stars for sure.

Great Service! Only hardware store I could find in town but they are huge and have everything you need. People are so friendly and helpful. I needed starter fluid and carb cleaner to get my quad going, and they had it!

One of the best tourist attractions in the area!They rearranged since the last time I visited & is very nice!If you're looking for just about anything & they don't have it you probably don't really need it, they have everything.

This store was awesome for all the decades it was True Value. Pretty terrible now. Whoever this "Ruggiero" is...totally managed to ruin this store and Coolidge. Its even worse in Florence because this is the only hardware store locally.Bad store...stay away unless you're desperate......but then still lower your expectations.

We had heard about this hardware store from friends and decided to see what they had. Well, they have nearly everything you could want! The store seems to have spread thoughout several adjacent buildings, so each functional area occupies what might once have been a different business.The result is an extensive collection of hardware, tools, supplies and generally really useful stuff. Definitely the place to go if you have repairs or projects to work on!

Got to Country Thunder and needed parts for propane tanks and generators. Store manager Tony went above and beyond to go out of his way and even stayed after hours to help us out. Can't describe how grateful we are for his help and experience. When nobody else was there, he went out of his way. THANK YOU TONY!!!!!!!!!

This is the most amazing "hardware" store you will ever set foot in! The building has been preserved and has beautiful hardwood floors and all sorts of wonderful decor! Be sure to look up once in a while or you'll miss half! I needed paint but I've also purchased beautiful gifts here! They have BBQ grilles, greeting cards, plumbing supplies, and so much more!

This is a one of a kind store. Not your average hardware store. Just an experience to go and look around at all the interesting things they have that are not hardware related. I love this store and take my out of town guests just for the experience.

I haved loved the hardware store since moving here in 2007. I take all of my out of town guest here as it is unique and makes for great conversation. However, since Ace hardware bought it out, it isn't quite so friendly. I know you are continuing to change and adjust, but appears chaotic. What I am concerned about is the future. I was told, by staff, that you are closing this summer for a complete overhaul and remodel. I really hope the nostalgic part remains. We are an old west town with lots of history here. Our visitors are usually retired winter visitors and are always telling people that the hardware store is a "must visit" place to go, and I agree. I frequent it often. But, I am afraid the plans to remodel will take away the warm rustic vibe. Changing isles that currently run north and south to east west isles may not be so bad, but I hope you will retain the historic appearance. I really don't want to walk in to just an average "Ace Hardware" hopefully it will remain unique. I love it the way it is. I am willing to wait and see on the future changes.

I absolutely love this store. I would give it 5 stars if they carried feed like their Queen Creek location. Given the location, carrying feed is a no-brainer. It is getting expensive driving past Tractor Supply to go to the Queen Creek location when I live in Florence. Would much rather support this business especially since there is something about their feed my chickens love.

This place is step back in time from the decor to the customer service. I grew up in a small town and this place offers exactly that, a place where they know your name, greet you with a smile and always a goodbye and see ya soon.Prices could be better but it still saves the drive to Coolidge or San tan valley which would be the next choices, but I believe in shopping where I live.I recommend them for all the reasons above. You won't be disappointed.

We needed to find a couple screws to secure a license plate to our trailer. Getza helped us find what we needed. Wow the customer service was fabulous and all of the employees were friendly. I love that home town family feeling when you come to this location and that’s a big reason why shopping locally is so important!

Great if you’re looking for stuff that you don’t need(trinkets and such). If you need it, they won’t have it, save time and just go to Home Depot in San tan.

Great place. Has a huge inventory. You will find things you don't expect to find. Been going there for years before it changed owners and will continue to go. Friendly knowledgeable staff thruout the changeover and everyone is happy. It is actually a fun place just to visit and look over. But you will probably buy something before you leave. Recommend it to everyone to visit.

Used to better as True Value. Customer service is rather poor with a high turn-over in help. The long-time employees that made it thru the change are carrying a heavy load. Plumbing isles are a complete disaster.
