The atmosphere is pretty nice and has a bit of rustic look. I've heard the breakfasts here were good. I should have stuck with that instead of having the salisbury steak. I've had swanson tv dinners that were better. I noticed the waitress never asked me how my lunch was. And then when I paid the bill they didn't ask how lunch was. So I figured they pretty much already know! LOL

I have eaten there many times. I live in Florence. Each time I go there the food is definitely not consistent. It's either okay or not good at all. Today I went there had a chicken sandwich with bacon. They charged me $5 for two pieces of bacon. And the chicken was half the size of the bun. I did talk to them about it. Told them I will not return. There are much better restaurants there to choose from.

Florence is a good halfway point to meet family from Tucson for a meal. We decided to try the Florence Cafe. Very clean, friendly service. The menu had a variety of breakfast and lunch options. I had just the basic ham and eggs and they were cooked perfectly. The coffee was good and I couldn't help but notice the glass covered cinnamon rolls and pies on the counter. They looked homemade and delicious. Next time Florence. I'll be back.

Waitress was amazing. Great service.My family had an amazing time. Everyone was nice and we didn't have to wait long for our food.The food was good but it was not served hot.Dietary restrictions: It would be nice if they had a gluten free toast option. There are other things on the menu that are gluten free so that's what I eat when I'm there.

We went on a Sunday morning and didn't have to wait for a table.The waitress was top notch! She was joking around with the patrons and made the atmosphere very relaxed.The food was really tasty and not that expensive.

Walked in, this placed was packed but in a really nice easy way because as soon as you walked in their mission was to get you seated quick. Food was fantastic, server was even better because she was in on the humor and I can really admire someone who participates in guest humor even they are busy working a packed house, she could DEFINITELY handle being busy and taking care of stuff! Clean, friendly and great food, I'll be back for more lemon pie

The younger waitress made the experience not good at all. not only was she rude to her cooks. yelling at them and belittling them, she told a customer the “black cook in the back is useless” which absolutely upset me. She then made sarcastic statements about how “she loved being there, can’t you just tell”. She absolutely should not be working in customer service. The way she was talking to the cooks absolutely disgusted me. This was our first time in and unfortunately we will never be back.

Pleasant atmosphere and decent size portions for the price. I found the food to be either too much or too little flavor. The tomato basil soup was practically a cup of marinara sauce.

We love the small town feel of Florence Cafe. If you're looking for an extravagant place or meal, this isn't the place for you. But, if you're looking for some good rib sticking eats, then this is the right place. The servers are friendly, Sue was great! I ate a bacon cheese omlette this time, and the hubby had a country breakfast with some good old fashion bisquit & gravy. Yum! Their chicken fried steak is HUGE! 😋

Florence Cafe was superb. Brightly lit, clean dining area and rest rooms, amazing customer service. The 2 gals that were serving made sure our coffee cups were never empty. Our food was cooked as we ordered and presented in a timely and attractive manner. Food was hot. Local people were friendly.
