I’m not sure what was going on but when I went I did not get the items for the price that I was showing after my coupons were applied because the staff working there stated she couldn’t override the transaction because she would get flagged and in trouble!!! I personally scanned the item on my phone and showed her the total price after the coupon was applied and she still refused. So needless to say I didn’t get my deals.

Good store. Friendly and helpful staff.Good selection.What they could add, for customer convenience would be automatic sliding front door entrance. Safety and flow would be much better.A small produce section, would be a huge benefit for the community and an additional draw for the store.Then they get 5 stars!

All the employees are kind and extremely helpful! They are extremely patient Jim and Alicia (i apologize if i got your name wrong) thank for your help today! I always come here and today was just not my day with technology. More stores need employees who are as extremely helpful as both of you! You make things easier for myself and im sure others. Keep on rocking and doing a great job!!!

Good selection of food and housewares. Staff is great. The long haired blonde guy that works at night is especially helpful, always seems happy to help even if he's in the middle of cleaning or mopping. I'd like it if they carried more spices but I'm good with what they carry now too.

Very nice store, clean and organized. Staff was friendly, and they were in the Halloween spirit with the Halloween music playing. That's how I like to shop even the cashier was grooving and loving her job. Great find and not to far away from home.

The store is always very well-stocked and help is available at a moment's notice from the employees very willing to offer it but not going overboard nagging you. It is a bit annoying that the management has their employees greet everybody coming into the store even if they have a line of customers while running the register. I've been in customer service my whole life and have managed stores and greeting every customer that comes through the door while you're running the register waiting on other customers makes the customer you're waiting on feel unimportant, irritated, and embarrasses the person coming to the door, etc. When you are greeted going through the door by the employees and then the person directly behind you is also greeted it's obvious that it's not genuine. It's not the employee's fault is the policies.

Great staff, store in disorey though. Needs organizationUpdate:Store has undergone renovation this year, with new floor plan, organization, staff, and products. Prices are reasonable competitively, and sales are appropriate to season. Mass improvement over last year, great quick shopping experience. Pleasantly pleased with the grand opening after renovation.

Dollar General is out go-to store. Great prices on food and especially on personal care items. Their gift wrap and crafty sections both satisfy my whimsical wishes. I always find a great deal on the dollar shelves. Shelves are stocked full and are neat. I love a stocked store.

Everytime I go into this location it's clean and the shelves are mostly straightened(you can tell they're a busy store) The staff is always friendly fast and efficient. They definitely have gone that extra mile to make my not so good moment a great one. A moment that helped me regain hope in humanity.

Great value for the items you need last minute. Definitely easier in our area. Where stores are hard to find for daily necessities and random items you might need. They have revamped the store to offer more grocery which is a bonus for sure, especially in this community. The clerks unfortunately are hard to find most times, and are definetly not the most knowledgeable.

Store is well stocked but dirty. Floor looks like it hasn't seen a mop in weeks. I wish they'd get rid of the music. They don't have a sound system so they have a boom box on top of shelving. Sometimes the music is offensive...cursing and derogatory themes about women.

The manager ( red hair) is always rude and "busy". None of the staff could help me get the online app special. I was shocked when they told me they couldn't give me the special price that was advertised because none of them could figure it out. Robin is another one that is always busy stocking but doesn't provide good customer service. Thank goodness Family dollar is in town also. Staff there is so much better.

This Dollar General is packed full of all kinds of stuff for such low price. Now most items are exactly a dollar but there is plenty of quality and name brand items to choose from . Staff I'd friendly and its newly remodeled.From food , snacks , toys , house items , car items , accessories. This place feels like to has it all. And would highly recommend.

There were three people in there working. One was at the counter not wearing a mask. One had it below her nose. When I brought this up to the manager, he told me, "We're doing the best we can." and just turned his back on me.The best you can do is have everyone wearing a mask properly. If you can't do that very basic thing, what else are you slacking on?I'm done with plague rat businesses.

I mistook Dollar General for a dollar store. The aisles were overcrowded with merchandise there were boxes waiting to be unpacked in the aisles and the store just did not look clean. I did not purchase anything and only stayed a few minutes. The cashier was pleasant and greeted us when we came into the store.

I go to this store every day and the staff is so helpful. Especially Shanna and Christian. They are friendly and if I can't find something they know where it's at, they know their merchandise. The prices are great, staff it wonderful. I'll continue to go there.

Thank God they were open on the 4th! Or family went to Florence to see the fireworks and my son had at in something wearing white pants so he needed something else to wear. The store was open and affordable. The cashier was friendly and totally understood and let him change in the restroom. What a lifesaver!!!

Not very happy. My husband is the delivery driver and they would not let me use the restroom. Even though the lady knew I was with him.. She told me it was out of order. "Where do the employees go to the bathroom?" I am in a semi? You cannot just pull a 75 foot vehicle in anywhere to use the restroom.

Always has had what I needed. Lines are short, I've been 3 deep only. Cashier very friendly. Store gets shopped hard. Shelves are not well stocked. Lucky or not they got what I need each time.

As they have recently re-organized the store, there was one aisle that was impossible but the rest of the store was very clean and organized and the selection was very large. Quite the impressive collection of goods. Service was polite and friendly too.

Its kinda frustrating when you go to buy one thing, then you have to wait in line for over 5minutes. Every time I go to this store there is usually only one employee working the cash register. While all the others are no where to be seen. You know they are not busy stocking any of the shelves. Cause half of the time they are out of everything that you went there to buy. The other half of the time, some of the aisles are so crowded cause all the stuff that needs to be stocked or should be is all still in boxes.

Please for the love of God clean up your store! Everytime I go in shelves are a mess,deliveries blocking isles. I gave one star because at least I don't have to drive to Coolidge. And if your hiring, then call people back when they apply. Not me.

This place is by far the worst place I've ever had to shop at. Countless times have I had so stand in line while 1 cashier takes takes an eternity to do her job, while another person working is too incompetent to work the other till. Most recently I purchased a premade frozen food product and when I went to open it it was covered in frost. Meaning at some point it thawed out and was refrozen. Most likely due to someone not stocking it it time. One time I found a rat or mouse dropping right on top of a loaf of bread, at one point when you opened the back refrigerator it smelled like a dead animal! This place has no idea how to treat a customer. There's has not been an ounce of work ethic in the last 3 years I've been coming here. I wish I could give them zero stars, or better yet I hope the health Dept reads this and shuts that place down. They already lost my business.

Good for a quick pop in for snacks, cold drinks, milk, stationary, cleaning products, grooming, bathroom, canned/instant/breakfast food. Love having this nearby, and not having to go all the Safeway in a pinch.

They just had a total remodel of the interior and it is so nice and ORGANIZED, it actually feels like a REAL store and not a small town BODEGA. It's good to finally see Dollar General taking pride in their brand. 👏

The employees are very nice however I gave the low mark because the store is not very clean & boxes of Stuff sitting around in the aisles! They need more help to clean & put stuff in the shelves!

Cashiers don't know how to count change back, when you give them exact change after they put in the dollar amount in the register. Tell you they will be short if they do that. May not have my business again.
