It's a great place to go get your propane tanks filled, amongst other things. The staff always seems super friendly.Pro Tip: download the Tractor Supply app that way you do not have to go inside the store to get someone to come out to do the propane. You can alert someone through the app and they are usually out there within just a couple of minutes

Ordered online, carrier was Conway who first lost the shipment in another state. When I finally got it delivered to the store, Tractor Supply thought this was acceptable to load in my car? Steer clear of ordering online, they've been horrible to deal with in getting this resolved. I've spent days trying to get this sorted and my money back. They've made it the most convulated situation I could have ever imagine and we'll never be ordering anything else again unforutnatley. We're now a month down the road, made the return, still trying to get my money back from their Online Sales Team. I wanted to give someone other than Amazon some business, won't do that again.

We stopped by to have the propane filled on our 34’ class A. Before my wife had a chance to go in to ask for assistance, a young man came out to assist us. Jeremiah, the young man, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He greeted us with a smile and great customer service. We didn’t have a need to go into the store since he was able to take payment outside but because of Jeremiah we will go back.

Nice store for animal feed and tack. Went in to look for some trace mineral but they were sold out. Plan ahead or call before going to save on fuel. I drove 45 minutes from Morman Lake to get to this store. Ended up with another product to make the trip worth it.

Stopped by to fill the coach tank on our 30ft motor home and had an employee who saw me pulling in and acknowledged me while helping another customer while he was driving a forklift. We showed him our tank location and he guided me back to the propane tank promptly. Great customer service and we paid outside with a card. Thanks for the friendly service Branden! Great job.

My husband and I have been in there twice in the last few days,it's so sad the employees are either rude or don't check for backup product. I love tractor supply, im there atleast once or twice on the weekends. The employees need training on customer service. 😑, I will continue to be a client, I just hope they can get better on their service

We just drove in from out of town to buy a dog kennel got here at 6:30pm. The internet said they closed at 7pm.They refused sell us a Dog Kennel, saying that the yard closes at 6:30 which doesn’t specify on the website.I can understand if it was dark outside or dangerous. But they should service their customers better, we pay their wages!!

The General Manager needs to take some time to learn his own businesses return policy. He required his manager to tell me that in order to return the $90 bark collar that broke 9 days after purchase, I would have to call the number at the bottom of the receipt to have them approve the return. I spent 40 minutes on hold only to find out that was NOT actually the policy. Customer service instead explained that any item purchased within the past 30 days could be returned with a full refund. Simple as that. What an incredible waste of time. After 50 minutes in the store, I finally got my money back. Sad considering the staff is very nice and they have a great selection of all sorts of stuff.

TractorSupply's corporate reply to my review on their site was basically, that sucks. WoW - They didn't seem to care, so I decided to go to google to leave my review for potential buyers to be aware.When you drive several hours round trip for a product; which was not in a box and all ready assembled by the store you would think it was done right and with manual's, warranty info, etc.Not in my case. No manuals, no warranty info, nada.Not to mention a missing part needed to use the equipment.So... Instead of driving once I ended up driving twice into town (Around 6 hrs total) because a part was missing. I did get the part needed to operate the equipment I purchased, but not even a nickel credit for my wasted time and gas. Oh. No Vet discount either I was told.I should have returned it and went to some other business.So, to me they do not care about their customers nor offer discounts for Veterans.

Im sure its hard to find someone to do a minimum wage job but do you train your staff to walk away from the cash drawer when a cart full of feed finally makes it through the line to them? Its rediculous to have to wait on 3 separate lines just to pay

Who would have thought that filling two propane tanks would make my day. I asked the young man on the forklift about filling my tanks at this wonderful store. He was spectacular and extremely helpful. A great conversationalist and offered me help to load the tanks back in my van. He was very friendly to the point of making my day. Not only do they fill propane tanks but they have a wonderful store and all the staff is friendly and helpful. This is my go-to place for propane... No other retail store of this kind in Flagstaff provides their customers with this kind of friendly attitude. THANK YOU TRACTOR SUPPLY COMPANY!

I came into the store after looking online about buying an utility trailer. The employees were very helpful and took awhile to fill out paperwork, but I'm excited for my new trailer to help me out! Just wanted to say thank you to Debbie, the cashier on Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2018. After receiving ugly treatment from another place, Debbie was a breath of fresh air! Today was my first time in a tractor supply store. I am new to AZ and usually shop at Murdoch's. It is clearly labeled and well organized, and was also well stocked. The cashier I had was friendly and made nice chit chat with me which helped me feel welcome to the neighborhood.

Lowest price in town by over 100 dollars with a senior discount !! Plus the manager chase along side another worker hand loaded every bag for us VERY CAREFULLY without breaking any !! That's right the manager loaded my truck !!! Unlike other stores in town . Surprisingly we went there per the recommendation of Coconino Humane Society for dog crates. Very reasonable pricing, especially compared to the local Petco. Staff was friendly and helpful; the gentleman who helped us even owned a dog himself! A very nice experience, thank you.

We ordered 2 dog crates on line, long story short, 2 weeks and 8 phone calls later we are finally told that the item we ordered isn't even offered any more! But it took them 2 weeks to find this out while sitting on $550 of our money! Think I have had enough poor customer service from tractors supply!
