Very unprofessional staff, their is always Ick on the fish in this store. I wanted feeder fish and my daughter wanted to pick out the feeder fish, then the lady wanted to ask a handful of questions about "if I have adequate housing for the fosh, how many gallons was the tank, what I'm feeding it to" Please make sure you educate your staff to be polite and unintrusive towards customers especially in front of adolescents. Make sure as a customer you check all of your fish because ick isn't the only thing that had came from this store, fin rot om the bettas, bloat in a lot of the tropical fish and guppies pass away very quickly.

Whenever I get a chance to come to Flagstaff I always have to stop at Petsmart. They always have the cutest cats and kittens wanting to be adopted and it's always so hard not to take them all home. I have adopted a cat from here, 8 years ago and I still have him. His name is Pepperoni. They also had all the Christmas outfits, toys, and sweaters out and oh my gosh how cute! Sweaters for your lizard, Guinea pig, dog, cat! So much good stuff! Love love love coming here!

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. The seasonal treat selection was great, and my dog loved it too. Plenty of parking at this mall location too!I came in for some dog food and was pleasantly surprised at the selection that this particular PetSmart had available. My dog got to try a new flavor of the brand he eats that he hasn’t gotten to try before, and was better suited for him as a large breed.

My Minpin/Chihuahua loves to come here just to explore and smell everything (and sadly reinforce her breed stereotypes by barking at every other dog as well as her own shadow...).We often use it as a substitute for the dog park since it's so close and unaffected by climate. I just have to make sure she doesn't have my credit card otherwise she ends up buying something every time... She has 3 beds now somehow and one is even heated ffs...Good selection, clean environment, and friendly, helpful staff. Can be a little expensive but mostly fair prices for the area. Especially if you hunt for bargains as their clearance items can be pretty awesome. I initially found a nice XXL and very soft orthopedic bed originally priced at $60 but reduced for $18. It was just a bit too big and would have been comical for such a small dog. So I waited a week and then they had the same kind and brand but a size or two smaller (it was made for dogs but in a bin in the cat section so it's worth looking all around the store). While it was still oversized, it was perfect for my dog and a steal at only $12.50. I forgot to check the original price but it probably would have been $40+ normally as it would accommodate a much larger breed. However, she likes to burrow under blankets and it gives her ample room to get underneath one and spin herself around until she finds the right spot.They have an excellent return policy too. I bought a harness I thought would be a softer and better fit that would lead to less protesting than her current one but I was very wrong so I was able to return it after a couple weeks without any issue and received the refund to my credit card in about a day.Also a great place to try on dog hats for laughs as my dog is not a fan of wearing anything...

Great puppy and dog training classes. Absolutely top notch, there. And they work with local shelters for pet adoption so massive kudos there,, too. Prices are gravely inflated, though, and product knowledge varies tremendously from associate to associate. For reasonably priced, comparable treats, toys, and chewies, there are far more affordable places. Dog food has actually gone up about 10 dollars across the board in the last couple of months.

Katelyn took the best care of our puppy after a terrible first grooming experience at a different groomer. She was kind, got to know our pup, and fixed the botched grooming job he previously had and made him look like a handsome devil! He also got the cutest bandana to take home. Wont take our fur baby anywhere else from now on.

Addie did an amazing job on my Chi-Pom Dazzy. She cleaned up a bad groom where he only got half a haircut (Petsmart in Glendale). He looks amazing and she is so kind and lovely. I know my dog is in good hands with her. It was a great experience and if we are in Flagstaffagain,wewill book an appointment.

The employees are very helpful. However this place has no idea how to actually car for snakes and should not be allowed to sell them. I bought one only to find out that they literally have been starving it to death feeding it pinky mice. This is a ball python. She's not in great shape but we are trying our best yet still after 3 weeks still can't get her to eat. And this is not our first ball python rodeo.

This store is clean and has a terrific selection for all different pets. I sometimes call it the free zoo because my little one and I can spend lots of time observing the critters and cat. The associates are available and quick to help as well as knowledgeable. I also trust the fish from here as they remain healthy and grow! We've had our 20 gal tank for 4 years and our fish have lived happy lives thanks to a great start and the knowledge of the fish department whenever we've had questions.

UPDATE: Chennel B groomed by doodle and did a fantastic job - he looks so handsome. She worked to keep his look doodle vs. poodle, hand trimming his face and keeping the head rounded. She was able to keep his coat long (we've been diligent about brushing) and he looks so good - way to go Pet Smart grooming team - you all are awesome!We had our 1-year old golden doodle groomed at PetSmart today and are very happy with the results. It was our dogs first experience at the groomer and we were very hesitant going into the appointment, worried that he would come out shaved/unrecognizable. The cut Sierra gave him is perfect, he is all cleaned up for summer and still looks like himself, not too short. You can tell the experience was a good one for him too, no trauma. This is my first time getting my dog groomed at a big-box type facility and we will be back, it was a very good experience in a town with limited grooming options.

This review is specifically for Chennel as my dog's groomer! For a dog that can be pretty nervous around new people, he's always taken care of and looks great after his grooming! I've had bad experiences with groomers in the past and so it can sometimes feel difficult to find groomers you can trust, but Chennel does an amazing job and is so sweet to the dogs that come in! Thanks so much!
