We just got done with our second grooming visit here and we would definitely recommend! We have a 60 pound goldendoodle and we have been satisfied with the outcome each time. We feel like the prices are very fair as well! Here is a before and after photo.

Leaving Hawaii and being full-time travelers makes it difficult to give our fur baby a good bath in a small trailer shower. So I had high hopes when finding "ODW&PB" and it did not disappoint! The staff is friendly and professional, and the place is clean and tidy. I loved all the options, which they explained and helped with as needed, and Digby came out a happy camper. They had a wonderful variety of baked treats as well! We will definitely be back while we are still in town.

These guys are awesome. Currently my Great Pyrenees and I use their services. In past times I have taken everything from Huskies to Terriers and each time they take the time to help with any questions or assistance. I love animals and its easy to see they feel the same. Also I have some physical disadvantages(or gifts, depends on perspective) and they have been more than accommodating. It makes me nervous sharing my hidden gem, but sharing is caring :) I highly recommend Our Dog Wash & Pet Bakery!

We went for the single watch as we were traveling through town. $30 for 2 dogs. As other people have said, the supplies were plentiful. We went to one location and they said it was odd for this to happen but it was closed. We traveled across town to the 2nd location And only one dogwash was in operation so we had to wait. While we were there, someone came and fixed the 2nd dogwash.

My... I mean, our first time here and the service that we received was awesome. Even if I did wash my own pup. We are going to come back. Hopefully not too soon (pup better not get dirty for awhile)... great customer service.

We're currently on vacation and our old man pup was in desperate need of a bath! We came for a DIY bath and Tim did a quick nail trim for us. The set up was fantastic and Tim made sure we were doing okay the whole time. At the end, we grabbed a couple treats for the road and a handsome bandana. Excellent experience and wishing we had one in Queen Creek!

Very friendly and helpful staff!! They explained all the different kinds of shampoo and conditioners they had and made suggestions that were best for my dog and his hair type. Has a great selection of home made dog treats!! No soft chews though but the pumpkin one is on the softer side and my dog really enjoyed it.

Nice friendly place to wash your dog (when you don't want to clog the drains with dog hair at home). I'm always in and out in the time it takes to wash my dog, no wait. Also, dog treats are very reasonable $, which surprised me. Check the hours before you go. They aren't open all regular business hours.

Always get the best grooming for my little fluffers. They are always super nice and do a great job. My dog is only mildly freaked out vs full on shakes, but he's part Chihuahua so that's pretty big. Highly recommend for grooming!!

I had already brought a few rescue dogs into Our Dog Wash and Bakery and had collected (generous) donations from the owner for a rescue event when I took my own dogs in for grooming. The friendly vibe, the sparkling cleanliness, and the genuine concern for the dogs I’d previously delivered for their major transformations led me to call Tim about grooming our dog Bruno, a Pom who has breathing issues due to a collapsed trachea he suffered at another groomer’s place. Tim listened closely to Bruno’s story and assured me that Angie, who was familiar with tracheotomy dogs, would be able to work with him, and the result was a calm, clean, happy dog with a rocking haircut. The day before, Dorothy had worked on our curly Mystery Breed Lucy, who also came out happy and expertly groomed. We really appreciate the special efforts taken by everyone we met at Our Dog Wash and Bakery. Kim, Tim, Dorothy, and Angie—thank you! We’ll see you soon.

They had decent pricing and everything you need to wash your pet. They really have thought through the process, it's the first pet place I've ever seen in the country to lay a path of rugs for your pet to prevent slipping. Since our dog only has 3 legs, that was amazing. The dryers are angled too making it more comfortable to hold. I did decide to take a star because the person explains things to us was a little over bearing. We have done self washes before, it's pretty standard. But what really bothered, more and more the longer I think of it, was that he was actually touching our dog with the blue scrubby tool as if he needed to show us how to use it. For several reason, I was not ok with this. First, you don't know our dog, if she's friendly, or the reasons we are doing self serve, instead of taking her in to be bathed and groomed by someone else. Second, she has a large tumor in her abdomen making it very uncomfortable to be touched on her stomach. We wouldn't have bothered with a bath, because she loathes them and needs a Xanax to get through, had she not been so extraordinarily dirty from all the dust. Please do not touch anyone's dog coming in for self serve without first asking.

Tim was amazing and so helpful. First time I went and I took my pug. He helped get her nails trimmed and showed me how to use the sink so I could wash her myself. He checked on me to make sure everything was going good which I appreciated so much! I loved it so much that I brought my mom and her dogs back same day to wash them. I will definitely be back!!

Great self serve dog wash! The owner here is very friendly, it was our first time bringing our brand new puppy in, and he explained how the whole wash system works, showed us which brushed to use for really bad matted fur, and when she saw how bad her last owners left her for us, he insisted on helping. I definitely recommend this dog wash. Great staff! Great prices!

My pup arrived dirty and unhappy about bathtime. He generally doesn’t like bathtime and has a sour attitude afterwards. Today was his first bath at this location. He left with a genuine big smile and a very happy attitude. It was easy to tell he had a pleasant experience and was not stressed. Based on my dogs reaction and attitude picking him up, I trust they treated my pup right. He smells super fresh and his fur is silky smooth again! The staff was very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Recommended and will be returning.

Not thrilled with my experience here. I used the Self Serve wash and have to say it would have been better washing my dog at home! Not only was it expensive but they didn’t provide a wide variety of quality shampoos/conditioners and the brushes were filthy with dog hair. The establishment smelled of feces and the “groomer” yelled at the dog on the table during our entire visit as the poor baby was not enjoying it’s so called spa time! Definitely makes me think twice about entrusting my dog to them let alone any groomer!
