Will say, smoothies/cappuccino and service were good. It’s hard to justify to food quality to the cost… waited 22 minutes for takeout and waffle was completely soggy/cold and avo toast was mediocre but comical looking at it. 11 pieces of fruit for $4, not including the taxes and tips. Perhaps eating there is a different experience because once I got home i put the waffle in the oven and its was good.

Loved it. Best kept (not so) secret in Flagstaff. Delicious creative, super fresh menu, something for every taste. The avocado touch was to die for! Design and decor upbeat and colorful. The coffee was first class blend smooth just what you need to start the day out right. So good and original concept, look for it on route 66 next to the Gun and Pawn.

I've eaten here a couple of times now and really like it. It's clean with cool decor, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is delicious. I tried the Italian sandwich, and it was awesome. It's a good portion of food that isn't too filling. If there is one thing that I would change, it would be the lemonade. I like mine tarter. 😋

Slick little spot serving up seriously scrumptious sandwiches and smoothies and more. They’ve got a full coffee bar and a pretty diverse food menu. It’s a bright and clean little restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Parking can be tight, so you might need to park on the street during busy hours. And they do get busy, which is a testament to the quality of food they dish out. Absolutely worth checking out.

This was my first time coming here and I got the Reuben and a side kale salad. The workers were friendly and the space was cute! The Reuben was really good, had a very unique kick and tang to the sauce. My salad didn’t have any dressing on it so I didn’t eat it because it was just plain, so that was disappointing. Overall, I’ll go back again but get a different side.

We always go to Eat n Run while visiting Flagstaff, and it is one of the highlights of our trip. They have a unique menu with healthy, fresh ingredients and bold flavors. So much better than the bland food you get at Fast food chains. My favorite breakfast is their gluten free avocado toast, it’s amazing! I also love their sunrise smoothie, it is so refreshing and not too sweet. My daughter ordered the waffle in this picture and loved it so much, she said it was “an excellent balance of tart and sweet”… which sums up the food that I have ordered from them, their flavors are really on point.

Awesome place to literally "Eat n' Run" when you're passing through Flagstaff on Route 66! The Thai noodle bowl comes with a spicy chili dressing/sauce, but the marinade they use for the chicken is delicious enough. We got our kids the grilled cheese & fruit side. The bread is on the thick side, but it's super yummy. It tasted like it could be homemade bread. I bet you the grilled cheese would pair extremely well with their tomato bisque soup!

Cute little place. Perfect atmosphere for lunch with friends. I tried the corn chowder and a salad. The chowder reminded me of the kind my mom made when I was younger. The salad dressing (homemade) was light and delicious. My husband had a Tuscan Chicken sandwich. He is not a fan of sandwiches, but said he would definitely eat that one, again. I also had an amazing chocolate cupcake. Rumor has it that the Green Chile is worth trying, too. We heard that little tidbit too late, though.

Saw this place on the way to Flagstaff mall and decided to stop in. The staff were super friendly and one of the girls there gave great beer recommendations around town. I wished I would have asked for her name for the shout out. She had short dark hair and was really cool. Grabbed a couple stickers and tried the pecan shake to share with my gf. It was listed as a special, so depending on whenever it is that you read this it might not be around anymore. It was delicious though; I hope you get to try it. A little bit of outdoor seating, definitely more room inside. The menu was surprisingly large. I wish I had had more time to try a few more things out, but I will definitely be back. The cupcakes and pastries looked and smelled really good! And I think I remember seeing gluten free options for my GF folks out there. Drop in and give them a try, right off Rte 66 and 4th street.Parking: Lots of free on-site parking.

I ordered online and picked up, I got the Smokey Waldorf salad w/ chipotle ranch. I did not receive my bread or the chipotle ranch, instead I got a vinegar based dressing. So a little bummed, but the salad is good and doesn’t need a dressing really. First time trying, will try them again as they are a 10min walk from my house.

The atmosphere and setting of the place is good, enough for if you want a bite and want to also get some work done. It does have limited spacing. Also if they are going to do music, play jazz or something, instead of the religious talk show that was on. Could've been a one time thing though. The Chicago BLT sandwich I got was pretty good. Had enough bacon and other condiments. I didn't think the panini pressed cranberry ciabatta bread was gonna be a good combo with the rest of the sandwich, buts it was nice to get some sweet/fruity elements to balance the bacon and chili cream cheese. The sandwich could have been a little less greasy, maybe if the bacon was able to let some fat drip off first before placing on sandwich.Speaking of the cream cheese, it was much spicier than I thought it was gonna be. I've had plenty of gimmicky spicy items that had "ghost pepper" or "spicy" elements to it, and always let me down. So it was a win in my book, but non-spicy lovers be wary. The berry smoothie was good. Has a mild sweetness and lots of fruit flavor, instead of just sugar. Big portion too.

Grabbed a quick breakfast on the way out of town. Both bowls we ordered were delicious and the coffees were so good that we had to order additional ones to go!Very clean and conscious about CoVid too.

My boyfriend and I went to Eat n’ Run for a late lunch and we’re extremely happy about the service and food! The menu had plenty of options to choose from and all at a very reasonable price. And the food was delicious. Fresh and a perfect portion. I would highly recommend this adorable place! 😊

Stopped in for a late lunch and ordered the Waldorf salad, Cuban panini and iced latte Togo.Latte was good, salad was solid, panini was recommended and lacking big time. Pork was dry, ham was slimy (maybe heated in to much oil), and overall pretty bland. I attached a picture so you can see the crazy amount of carbon from what ever they heated the meat on.I was not aware that you have to grab your own chips on your way out. The girl that I spoke with on the phone after I got home said "locals know to grab them on the way out" yeah..iam local but maybe give a heads up as someone who is new and trying to support local.

Fresh breakfast, sandwiches, soups and salads with a focus on flavor! Smoothies, coffees and tea. Great selection on the menu with diverse choices - everyone will find something they like.

Honestly, kind of disappointed. The hoagie roll is massive and super dry and the meat/veggie to bread ratio was pretty off. I live right around the corner I was hoping to have a good sandwich place close by, but for $13 I probably won't go there again. You can get an equally fresh, larger sandwich from Jersey Mike's with twice the meat/cheese and veggies, and a better roll for the same price. The ingredients were fresh, sauce was good, and the salad was good, but the sandwich was a bit of a letdown. Maybe next time I'll get a different bread.
