This Love's is rapidly becoming just another Nasty & Dirty Truck Stop. Trash is overflowing, showers are crusty, no paper towels in the bathrooms, or the fuel islands. Come on guys... clean up your act. Or change your sign to Flying-J.

When I was Truck Driver I used to go to the Loves all the time. Since my retirement over 11 yrs ago. The Love travel plaza appears to have gone down hill alot. I still travel alot and use the Loves for the fuel saving. I may be looking to get my fuel else where. When I pull up to the pumps they can't seem to scan my bar code for the discount on fuel and have to go in and deal with the team members who act like I'm bothering them. When I tried to talk with the team member about the issue she just looked at me with disgust and said " Sir, I just a team member" and rolled her eyes at me. When I asked if she was the only one working she didn't answer. I asked because when I walked in there was a line and no one seemed to care. It delayed me in getting my gas and all the people who were waiting behind me. The fuel Discount Just isn't worth the delays and attitude from the staff. Very Let Down by the way Loves is run now a days.

Pumps don't work and or no signage as to which ones or any awareness that a pump isn't working and no one fixing these issues in a type of timely manner in any way.It can here be expected that a pump that your on something is wrong with it and you will be held up.Nice place I enjoyed my time there but can't expect anything to be working well with the pumps and long wait times while within the fuel island and you will be alright and from that last review before mine you definitely don't want to make this Love's truck stop a routine and go other places cause apparently it gets worse if your a repeat customer.

Loves is always my go to highway side sleep spot when traveling on road trips. This location is a bit noisier thanks to the highway intersection, but that also makes it very convenient. Inside there are plenty of amenities and some fast food available.

The employees are friendly and the store. And the restrooms are clean. It's generally pretty good, but this time my gas pump kept on cutting off period

Showers were disgusting. Hair all over toilet. Shaving cream still on shower floor. Bathroom floor not clean. I think the girl "cleaning" the bathrooms just threw in clean towels and was done. After my shower there were 3 people in line waiting for a cashier at the register. I think the girl cleaning bathrooms is also running the register. I didn't have time to wait for a manager to lodge a complaint, but I won't be coming back to this Love's.

I left my rewards card at home and i need sower I was trying to use my rewards card picture but they not letting me to use my rewards card picture and the ladies taking very rude see don’t no how can talk to customer all rules for drivers

I'm a fan of Love's. For all road trips and other travels I like to stop at a love's cause it literally has all the goods and is kept pretty damn clean for a truck stop. It's always connected to a fast food spot of some sort and has plenty of food inside itself. Do they have rewards cause I could use that for my travels. Ha!

Waited an hour and a half, no one was working on the trucks in the bay and the driver in bay one said he was waiting for six hours on an oil change… ridiculous.

A lot of parking in the back lots. Bathrooms are disgusting. Bags on trash sitting in the men's bathroom for hours, all the toilets have papertowels and used toilet paper everywhere.

Good parking. Arby's is located inside. Also has a drive thru. Restrooms are clean. Staff is nice and polite. Gotta love the view!

“No sir, Our manager decided to steal from you so I can’t fix it”That’s pretty much what I was told when an Arizona Iced Tea that is clearly marked as 99 cents rang up at $2.09…The tea had a Lipton price tag on it (a different item), and the girl at the counter told me the manager decided to charge me for a lipton when i purchased an arizona and there was nothing she could do since i already paid.Definitely recommend going one more exit and finding a station with better selection, and better service!

Very friendly, customer oriented people that are willing to go out of there way to help you. They have great water pressure and temperature in the showers. Hot food and they now have creme brulee coffee. They are hands down awesome. I will add this loves to my favorite list.

One filthy store I couldn't even get coffee the touch screen is so dirty and the handle on the coffee urens are gross had to clean my own toilet seat andBroken cooler doors

I always greet front desk staff very respectfully. Sadly when I said how are you doing sir? No response and I said I hope you have a great day and he had no response. So the next guy says hello and the staff greets him back. The only thing I saw different was that I am a brown man with beard and other person was Caucasian. I’m not racist but staff like these shouldn’t be appreciated.

Bad service for Showers. I booked shower before fuel up, I was on position 8 and got the position 2nd in almost 40 mins and after that it took 45 mins to got a shower. I was in the store and waiting outside the showers, 4 showers were vacant for almost 25 mins and no one care about to clean them. Everyone has a job and definitely not enough time to waste. Management should look at it. It was first visit and it made me think to come again over here.

For being an older stop, this establishment works. The staff is very friendly, they keep up on services as other locations fail. This location knows customer service. Only downfall, their showers! Showers need up dated big time.
