The Manager that works there is rude & this hasn't been the first time she's been rude. We are customers in a small town & apparently she has been rude to other customers. Alot of people prefer Dollar General over Family Dollar stating it's dirty, it stinks, & the employees are rude. People from our town need to start reporting this manager & "her store" Will definitely stop shopping at the Eloy Family Dollar!

Prices are always wrong. If a sign says one thing even if it describes the item to the "t" that you are buying they won't adjust it. Half the time I've gone there something always comes up priced different at the register. The store is always messy and the customer service is just plain bad. You know the worse part is that the employees just don't care. At all......very sad.

Too bad a stupid employee met my husband and they lie down and have the nerve to reise when I go to the store besides that they protect him I can't even see why they are watching me and gossiping

Just moved here and needed some things.Was going to buy some clothing and since you can't try on in-store I asked if you could return if they didn't fit; Cashier said they don't do returns once the items are used. Even if it was same day.But the store was over crowded with stuff and just dirty.I'll just drive to casa grande to go to Walmart.

Very dirty location the staff and management do nothing to better the store very few choices in town of eloy and its residents deserve a clean and sanitized store. The dirty yellow towel is just from the front door handle. The one we must touch as we go in and out disgusting they seem to not care in the wellbeing of the community.On top of that I got threatened to have the cops called on me and kicked out of store for taking pictures to make the public aware.Apparently against family dollar policy to take pictures of store.If any uper management sees this please do something.

Most times I go there, mostly for my mother whom lives in Eloy; it is a five. Most of the employees are helpful and friendly. Lately however; they have been at times a little rude. Must have just be having a rough time. Also I have asked for a night light for a month and a half.

Employees were very helpful. There is no rhyme nor reason to the stock on the shelves, those that were actually stocked, made no sense. It needs a deep cleaning and cohesive product stocking. It was frustrating.

It's a Good Value Store , but a messy one ! Theirs so much stuff n you can't even walk around right ! The girls are nice n friendly n wear their Masks which is Awesome ! Just too messy !

Dirtiest most disorganized family dollar store I've ever been to... it's the closest to home, I find most of the things I need, but cleaning the windows sweeping the front of the building, and keeping shelves organized would make the store look better.

A convenient place to get what you need without leaving and going to one of the huge stores that could take you hours instead of minutes to shop for what you need

Has what we need in a pinch at a decent price. Has saved us a couple trips to Wal-Mart which is a bit of a drive for 1 or 2 items.
