What a great RV resort! We have stayed here twice now and it’s truly a beautiful place to stay. Large wide sites with ample space between sites. The amenities are on point and the staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s gated so you actually are comfortable staying off I 10.There’s a little pizza shop in front of the resort as well as an awesome Mexican restaurant a couple miles in town .Give this place a few years and it will be even more amazing! Can’t wait to come back

This place is a Gem. The facilities are wonderful. The sites are large and easy to get in and out of. The service is great. Lou and his team do an excellent job. It is right on the river and has it's own beach. We also enjoyed the hot tub (with the most powerful jets ever), the pool, billiards, and table tennis. If we're ever in this area we'll definitely stop in.

Our stay at River Sands RV resort was just what our family needed. This beautiful resort tucked just inside the Arizona side of the Colorado river gave our family a reprieve after a busy couple of months in California. Our whole family appreciated the clubhouse for school, work and games. The nightly activities were a hit and the staff (Lou and Dawn)participating and getting to know our family was priceless. The heated pool and hot tub area was great even on the cool winter nights. Our boys enjoyed the fishing pond and playground area as well. Beautiful sunsets nightly were a great way to end our days. This was a great stay that we won’t soon forget!

The best on the river, huge park, plenty of room, very clean and kept up, the staff is beyond the best in help, kindness and personal care. The manager, assistant manager, and staff are there for you if questions or concerns, with a smile and are delightful humans.Keep in mind the park is new, so trees and flowers are still growing, the area is very large. You can rent a golf cart if getting around for you would be easierThe front store has everything to offer and is very cleanEhrenberg needs a great place to stay, this is your place for playing in the desert with toys in tow, or for a quite place in the riverAll amenities are up to dateThe gym, beautiful pool and spa area, great activity center, pickle ball. Along with Friday night bomb fire down in the beach.Activities are set up, you can pick up a flyer at the front office Showers and laundry are very nice, state of the art, and clean. The beautiful sunsets will leave you with a warm feeling.Looking very forward to out next return.

I hate to tell everyone about this amazing place, we don’t want it packed when we go back! But it is well maintained and they have great amenities. The clubhouse is perfect! Pool table, foosball, checkers and even a book exchange cabinet! The fitness center is exactly what I needed. I only wish there was a fan on the treadmill, it was sweaty. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.The beach is right on property, we were able to pull our kayaks right out of the water. We put in the second day right by the RV. Very convenient. The office was very hospitable, they met all our needs. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful park with lots of room. Sites are clean and level with full hook up. Activities almost every day of the week, clean shower house and laundry facilities. Nice club house and pool area. Love the beer or wine tasting.Sadly, while staying there, my dad passed away. The staff at River Sands were so helpful and accommodating. I don't know what I would have without them. Thank you for all of your help.

We stayed at River Sands RV Resort in Ehrenberg, Arizona, from March 30 - April 4, 2024. We selected this park for two reasons; 1-location, 2-prior experience with CRR properties. The proximity to the Colorado River is a definite plus! Two of my adult children met us at this RV Resort for a family gathering for Easter. We all had a great time! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and appreciated the clean and well maintained showers and toilets, laundry room, club house, and gym. The lots are nice and wide. As soon as the landscaping grows in and up, I would rate this a five ☆ Resort. In the meanwhile, I would suggest a few shade structures in strategic areas, such as the dog park, over the children's playground, by the pickle-ball court, and at the dog relief stations throughout the location.I would also like to recognize the General Manager, Lou Milioti. He was kind, helpful, and professional in his interactions with us. He exhibited a desire to assure everyone staying at this location was satisfied with their stay. During a conversation with him, it was obvious to me that he enjoyed his position and took pride in the facility.

We had a great stay at this new resort located right along the Colorado River! The sites were big-rig friendly. The fitness room had plenty of equipment to get a great workout it. The resort club house had games, a few areas to relax, as well as outdoor seating near the pool.A huge laundry room with pickleball courts right outside to pass the time while you wait for your clothes. The resort is dog-friendly. We even had one of their staff offer a dog treat to our Bailey while we were out on a walk. And, of course, the sunrise and sunset skies were a perfect way to start and end the day.

Loved this place, to begin with the staff was very nice and friendly!! Upon arrival they upgraded us to a deluxe site for our camping trailer, which we were extremely grateful for, the club house is amazing, so much to do with board games, reading area, pool table, and air hockey. They also have a gym. The restrooms were extremely clean, and the pool area was great too. Highly recommend this place!!!

Loved our stay at River Sands RV Resort. This RV resort is a great family friendly stop along the Colorado River. The resort is brimming with amenities that would make any road warrior cheer. Our family of 5 enjoyed the heated pool, two pickle ball courts, game room in clubhouse and playground. River Sands RV resort is a great stop for families. Not to mention spacious, big rig friendly lots.

Brand new beautiful park ... clean clean clean!!! Stayed overnight twice (once on our way to Cali and then on our way back east.) Chose space 1012. Near the clubhouse, pool, dog area, river. Quiet, level, with amazing sunsets and sunrises. Friendly, clean, spacious and very convenient right off the 10. Friendly, professional staff. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in late January 2024 at River Sands very much! It was the ideal place to stay while visiting the RV Show in Quartsite because it was only 20 minutes to the show but we felt like we were a world away at night in a luxury resort. The pool and hot tub were our nightly treat- and even in mid January the heated pool was so nice. The staff were very courteous and efficient- we even met Dawn the Ops Mgr who was so gracious and thanked us for staying at the resort and welcomed our feedback. The RV sites (we had 1020) are very large, we had FHU and being only 1 yr old gave us peace of mind and every system worked beautifully. Over time as the plantings grow there will be more privacy between sites which will truly make River Sands the perfect oasis! But even now the sites are so large and well spaced you don't feel on top of each other at all. At this review the park just celebrated its one yr anniversary. The clubhouse facility is beautiful and it's noticeable that very high quality furnishings and decor were selected. People were enjoying activities nightly there. Although we could see Interstate 10 from our rig, we had no hwy noise whatsoever. It was very quiet and peaceful. Our dog appreciated the rounded pea size gravel for walking on the roads and the special areas for dogs was appreciated too. We did not have need to use the bath house, showers or laundry during our stay- but we are sure they are as top notch as the rest of the facility.Oh....and the sunsets are gorgeous! As we were packing out a gentleman from the park staff stopped to wish us safe travels and asked how our stay was. What a nice touch and so rare these days! We were happy to report everything was outstanding and we will be back and also recommend to our friends and social media followers.Safety: We like the gate system but a keypad closer to the gate area and tall enough to reach our of a MH window would be nice so one did not have to get out of your rig to activate. Likewise on gate exit it would be better to do something so that support post can be removed- makes exiting a little tight.Noteworthy details: Love the site sizes, pool and hot tub! Well laid out park.As the park matures and becomes more full on a regular basis we would strongly suggest adding at least 1, or 2 more hot tubs in the area near the pickle board court. Each night we used the hot tub around 7 pm there were 6 people and that pretty much filled it.

This beautiful, new RV Resort has everything to make your stay exceptional. Right on the banks of the Colorado River with luxury amenities ideal whether you're on vacation or working from the road. The clubhouse is amazing with great places for having fun or you can hang out and relax. Also ideal co-working spaces with super wifi! Everything is very neat, clean, well maintained and the spaces are HUGE by most standards.Nearby activities: Ehrenberg is on the Colorado River, so plenty of water fun in the warmer season. It is only a short drive to Quartzite and the great rocks and minerals there, plus the big gem show in January.

We stayed at River Sands RV Resort for 1 1/2 months. As a whole, we were very satisfied. The park is clean and the amenities, notably the clubhouse area, are excellent. Given this park was just recently opened Lou and his staff are on the right track. The pickleball courts are very nice. The noise and dust created by the off-road vehicles is noticeable, although you have to expect this given the location. Having the Colorado River as a backdrop is a bonus.

I had an incredible experience at River Sands RV Resort! The amenities, including high-speed wifi, a pristine gym, and a clean heated pool with a hot tub, were fantastic. The proximity to the Colorado River allowed for beautiful walks along the beach area. The resort's super dog-friendly policy, without breed discrimination or weight limits, made it a joy to bring my well-behaved large dogs. The presence of a dog park with agility courses added an extra layer of enjoyment. The staff's friendliness was the cherry on top of a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

We just left this resort today, after 5 amazing nights and days. This is definitely a luxury resort for everyone. The pool is heated, and the jacuzzi was perfect. Clubhouse is wonderful for adults and children alike. There is a workout room for those who like to keep in shape. Table tennis, checkers, air hockey or just enjoy some television. Bathrooms and showers are immaculate, and the whole site was kept clean all the time.Staff and management were incredibly friendly and were always sincerely helpful. The beach was one of my favorite places to relax and read, underneath the cabanas, my only negative was people driving and taking their Razors on the beach and digging their tires into the sand, even though the rules do say driving on beach is prohibited, some were still doing so.Apart from that, everything was great!

This was one of the nicest RV Parks we have stayed at. The club house was very nice, the heated pool and area was clean and not overly chlorinated like some pools. They upgraded us to a Premier site, we had reserved a plain spot. Highly recommend.

We had a good time . Can't comment on rooms as we had an RV. Location is good is some respects, if you want a midway point and don't mind spending a couple of hours traveling to bigger towns with more services available. If you have an off road vehicle it is a great place to stay and if you are interested in Quartzite. Closest stores are Dollar Store, 6 miles away grocery stores or in Quartzite .The staff were very attentive and answered questions or found the answer.

Staff was fantastic and friendly and accommodating. The facilities are sparkling new and sparkling clean! Lots of amenities (pool, hot tub, pool table, foosball, air hockey, lounge, pickleball, dog run, river access, and clean showers/reasonably priced laundry). It's a giant gravel lot with little landscaping at this point, but it's a comfortable and quiet overnight with all the things you'd need or want. Prices between $50 and $100 (after fees and taxes). Overall great - we'd stay again while passing through.

This is a great RV camping site. The sites are level and double wide which allows you to park the car on the side of the RV and they are long enough for plenty of room for our 42 ft 5th wheel. all sites are pull thru. There was a warming fire on the beach on Saturday night. They have a heated pool and a nice bath house. It is also very quiet and the camp manager was very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.
