Powdery dirt site, lots of loud landscaping work. Can’t sit outside because they are running tractor in site next door, too much noise and dust. Gravel truck dumped a load next door at 8:00pm. No internet. It definitely wasn’t worth what we paid.

Been here for about a month and by far the nicest park we've stayed at. Love the grass dog park. Even during vacation season, the park is pretty quiet. Can't speak about showers or laundry facilities, but the staff upkeep is M-F here. Having grass is perfect for my dogs paws when it hit 120 one day. Reasonable rates, only wish other parks were this nice!

Beautiful park!!!! Cleanest park I've been to in years and the whole thing is grass!! All the roads are concrete and the riverside areas are beautiful and naturally done. Super clean restrooms and laundry and the pool water was crystal clear. The staff was way more then helpful and we were treated like family. Sites are huge and soft green grass under your feet... a big plus in this hot hot area. River Breeze is a true jewel and a true oasis in desert!!

River Breeze was maintained very well. The bathrooms were clean all around. Unfortunately, the pool and jacuzzi were closed because of the virus and 6ft of separation. If you have a 35-40 ft trailer/fifth wheel you should request a drive through space because the access up and down the site is lined by cars making it narrow to back into pads. The beach area is mostly rocky so bring water shoes. There is a mini dog park and a horse shoe pit just above the river area next to the launch ramp. Try and set up your easy up early and have something to keep it from being blown away in case it gets windy. I've heard that Fridays the river level is low and there are many sand bars that can be a hazard when jet skiing/wave runner and or boating. You can drink alcohol on the rivers edge, but no glass bottles. Bring a trash bag to clean up because there is only one trash can by the dog park. There is a few shaded area's of grass before the rivers edge. Overall this place was wonderful and we met many semi- permanent residents that were friendly and helpful with various information. Ones last thing... There is a gas station close by but there is another gas station about .40 per gallon less about 3 miles further East on highway 10.

Great place, water access and river spots to rent. We went golfing on a near by golf course in CA and had absolutely a great time on this campground. The only thing I noticed that in the club house. In the bathrooms are no shelfs or hooks to leave our clothes on when we want to take a shower. And the shower temperature dial is confusing. You can seriously burn yourself.

We got to make reservations online which was a huge relief. It tells you which spots are open and you can reserve specific spots. We got a map when we arrived where the showers and laundry and such were. There is a small playground but the swings were broken. A lot of jet skis were out when we were there and people swimming. It was nice and quiet which wasn't surprising with the noise curfew. My internet was hit and miss there though.

Took my review down to 1 star as my past review of the conditions of the park has been removed. The conditions of the park were poor ,dirty and unorganized. The manager of this company called me when we left months early with our group of 3 due to our experience.in Jan 2021. We were invited back to stay to see how they have improved. I appreciated the fact that they acknowledge our experience and wanted to fix it. We will take them up on their offer and I will post our experience after they have had a chance to improve the issues they have since buying the park. We had stayed for 3 years over the winter and it was one of the best run parks.

We had a very nice stay here except it was too short. Nicole was great and treated us like friends. The spots were grassy, comfortable and clean. No Dust!!!! 🤣The showers and restrooms were really clean and well kept. I would definitely come back and hopefully stay longer.

This park is no longer RV friendly. The new owner has other plans for the park. We have spent the last several Thanksgiving's here but no more. Dead grass, no internet, dirty laundry room, less than truthful front office. They now have a $20 fee if you arrive early? And they no longer honor Good Sam, etc.

Cute little beach. Great location because its close to gas stations and other necessary things. The spots all have grass and they are all pull through which is super nice. There is a pool, small playground and horse shoe pits. I was insanley shocked with how clean the public restrooms and showers were. Pleased to say we will return and keep returning for our monthly summer dose of river rat fun.

Don't miss this little gem. Beautiful campground on the Colorado River with large grassy sites and concrete pad for level RV setup. Full service with cable and wifi. Paved roads and trees throughout make this a pleasant stop for overnight stay or long term. Overall clean new look with a lovely pool. Playground and dog area well kept. Friendly staff and convenient. Right off the 10.

Beware of resident karen! A karen that lives in the park went under our tent with her pink boat and almost ran over our children. When we confronted her and her husband she informed us she lived there and that this whole area was for loading and unloading the water crafts. I tried to explain we were told we could be in front of the palapas and she wasn't having it. She then called the owner and threw a fit like the entitled karen she is, all because SHE went under OUR tent and almost ran over our children. We didn't want anything to go any further and so we went inside the toy hauler. The next morning the manager of the park informed us he will be putting up signs to let everyone know where we can be or not. This is a very nice place and I will be back, but the reason for my 2 stars is that I believe this could have been handled differently and so you can be aware of the entitled resident that believes she owns the resort.

Nice place and well maintained. They have a large nicely landscaped frontage onto the Colorado River as well as a boat launch. Managers were very nice. They also gave me a low introductory one night stay rate since it was my first time there. I will definitely return.

Absolutely wonderful place, we will be back VERY soon and many more times!! The office staff is super nice we had many questions for her and she helped us out with everyone of them! The folks that are regulars in the park are great also super friendly. Can't wait to go back to our new found little peace of heaven getaway! Super excited for the winter time and to hit the trails riding... thank you again to the staff for making me and my wife's first visit there great !! See you soon

I love this place! I'm about 6 months late for my review, but we had some family emergency and never got around to this. We had a all girls trip for my daughts B day in a rv! I was worried we had never done this before. The last at the front was so so sweet! She even got my daughter a gift! She came to check on us and make sure we are accompanied. I really wish I remembered her name. Might of been Debbie, short hair ,Caucasian and drove around on a golf cart. She's the best and needs a raise! She is the only reason I'll come back I used to go to Arizona oasis .

Our family have been going to River Breeze RV Resort for 12 years and it is truly our home away from home! It is maintained with knowledge and love by the "hands on" staff. We visited 4 parks on the river before choosing River Breeze, and am so glad we did! From summer vacations to winter getaways, River Breeze offers something for everyone. Our children are adults now and our grandchildren are making memories at the river, too! It has a playground for the little kids and an enclosed playground for the fur kids! Kudos to Steve and his staff for always insuring to have the cleanest, safest and most family friendly park we have ever been fortunate to be part of!

My husband and I stayed 6 months during the winter at River Breeze. The lots are spacious and well kept. We loved it and the folks who take care of the park are super nice. Nicole, Steve, Scott and Joe, miss you and thanks for the great winter stay. Oh one more thing. They decorate for the holidays and it is spectacular!

We had an amazing time, except the bitter moment when a boat almost ran me over due to him not controlling his boat. Our spot was perfect near the river. Not too crowded, everyone was really nice. Bathrooms were nice and cool with AC on. Water temp is just perfect. Just avoid the owners of a pink boat that live there. They believe they can do as they please just because they live there. We were settled in front of a Palapa, and they headed towards me at a fast speed not caring the kids and I were there. They didn't even say sorry or look me in the face. They literally had their boat under our tent, and had one of our chairs stuck under the boat. Yet, they still believe we were in the wrong for being there in front of the palapa. So just be cautious with people on boats who have no idea on how to control them. O believe the owner should have given them a warning so that they can be cautious moving foward, but they didn't. They just had their manager place signs next to the palapas to let people know it is an area for boats. Not sure how that was going to resolve anything since we were in front of a palapa not next to the loading dock, and the boat owners did not park at the designated area. They parked under our tent.

Pulled in around 10 pm and we were absolutely delighted with the super easy after-hours check-in! Open sites were listed on the board at the office, so we picked one out and filled out the registration form. Really appreciate the 1st timer special too! Only stayed one night on our way through, but would love to stay longer again sometime. Very clean facilities! This place is a true Oasis for the late traveler!

Park STILL doesn't have wifi anymore, even though they say they do. They have raised rent but eliminated amenities. Now they charge a rediculous amount for utilities. They say more to come but don't share that with anyone, I guess we have to take their word on it. All I've seen is they want to charge more give you less. It is really dusty because they don't take care of the grass anymore. The trees continue to die and they let feral cats run everywhere. Most the lights are dark at night. The gates are nice, but some only open one way and there isn't very good signage so some peoples get stuck. The beach stays picked up most of the time, but a lot of mornings the beach as a bunch of debris (It's not as good as it used to be). The new owners haven't done much improvement to the river breeze side only on the park next door. Also make sure to check your electric meter because they have been charging people incorrectly. If you stay seasonally be prepared to watch your bill. They can't send it in advance of it being due, at best you get it the day before and it is usually wrong.

Great little spot! Went with family the RV's are good. I believe the AC works better of course in the houses they have to rent. We stayed in a house. the loft is very spacious we fit 3 kids and one adult. height is of course a bit low but thats okay. You will spend most of your time outside! take some sheets & pillows and enjoy your stay. I recommend staying on the river the view is really nice. They have a slide, so take your river float tubes !!! Very fun and extremely family friendly !

We had a great stay at River Breeze over a 3 day weekend. Great spots and amenities. Quiet and clean and all the other visitors were so nice and kind. Dog friendly and of note not all spots have picnic tables. We will be back!!

I've been coming here since 2005 and have enjoyed it each and every time. The park is very clean and up to date. The landscape is very well maintained. It is the nicest park in the region and the rates are very reasonable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to give it a try.

Arrived at River Breeze RV Resort Dec 11th, 2017 and planned on staying for a month, this resort was so good we stayed for 4 months, The staff were excellent, Steve the manager was always on top of things, Nicole in the office was great and the two grounds keepers kept the property immaculate. We met so many new friends here. Our stay was so enjoyable we did not want to leave, can't wait to get back next year.

Pros: Nice, Clean , grass, pet friendly, beach on the river, paved road, pull in sights, cable tv, pool, jacuzzi, maintained daily, friendly staffCons: long stay tenants prepare to have your vehicles and trailer water spotted to another dimension and maintenance will do it right in front of you and won't dry it off since grass is watered weekly, drunks on the weekends, people don't respect parking spaces and will block your parking space especially on the weekends, don't be surprised if they back into your car too. Other then that i give it a 4 just because its a clean place and maintained regularly

Pros: Very well-maintained park. Excellent, friendly staff. Nicole is a pure delight. Good laundry facilities. Paved sites were level and spacious.Cons: Glitchy wi-fi.Other comments: I walked through the other parks in the immediate area and this was by far the nicest. Some shade. Parking only on the street but that is not an issue and keeps the grass in decent shape. As with any RV park, not all sites are created equal. Ours (A-1) was right next to the road and across the street from the building. There was an odor from the building and a constant equipment hum. I think that site and a few others close to the WWT building should be discounted. I like the fact that there was nobody to my left and the road noise was minimal. This park (and the whole area) is a haven for off-road vehicles. There is a boat ramp to access the Colorado River. All sites have grass. The grass at the main entrance is watered a couple of times per week and looks nice and green, almost out of place in the otherwise desert surroundings. The park claims that the source of water is an underground aquifer and so the watering goes back into it. That is somewhat true, but a fair amount still evaporates and they need to do some serious adjustment to many of the sprinkler heads that water the driveway and street. A few minutes spent on adjustment would really improve the efficiency and reduce water waste.Cable TV was available with an adapter available from the office.Most shopping and other services are available just a few miles away in Blythe, CA.I would stay here again if the opportunity arose.

This was a very clean and spacious park. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. They have a beautiful park right on the Colorado River you can go boating, swimming and picnicking at. We would definitely stay here again.
