Staff is great when they work. For a local store you can't depend on them being open as they are closed more than open. Corporate must not care at all in this small town.

I know a lot of people have been complaining about the store being closed due to the heat inside as the A/C's went out (again) in 115 degree weather. That falls on the ownership as he/she keep ordering cheap replacement parts from China which takes considerable time to get to the states which will work about a month or so before breaking again. With the location of the business located in an area where there are many senior citizens, It was managements call to close the store in order to avoid future litigation as an elderly customer fell out due to excessive heat exhaustion, so please don't write negative comments about the floor staff as it is not their call regarding store hours. Ownership of that store is real half-as*ed when it comes to store repairs and ordering. They treat the employees there the same way as if they don't matter.

Customer service is excellent, there are some really nice people working at Family Dollar. This is very refreshing after having come from a neighboring town where the only time you see a grocery clerk is when they are following you around, watching to see if you are stealing. You don't really save money on groceries at Family Dollar, as the packaging is very small. I work too hard to pay for 1/2 a bag or box of air. The store is nice and clean. 🥇

Constantly closed, no continuity of store hours . A few days ago closed by 8 20 pm. Mgt claims to hot to open ,but work in there stocking shelves. Community does not understand .

This store has recently opened. Since many people camp on the BLM land in Ehrenberg this is a perfect store to pick up supplies when you feel like you don't want to drive in to Blythe, California. An extremely friendly staff who are happy to see you shop in their brand new store.

Buyers beware. This is the second time ive had an issue with the store associates ignorance over their return policy even thou it is clearly posted by the door in their store.now becuase i filed a complaint with corporate i have been told by the store manager lydia that i am no longer welcomed back. Guess ill just have to drive an extra five minutes down the road to get my discount store needs met.

They are the closest one to me. However their shelves are seldom full. Today I wanted some cheap soda's but all they had was the expensive ones and I needed bread but they didn't have any at all

The door says" do not enter without maskSeen plenty off people without masks so i ask the lady and she said we don't enforce itThe why have the sign??? It like having a do not enter sign letting people enter!

It was 15 minutes till 8 and a young gentleman told me it was closed or I'm seeing it says from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sundays. I check hours so I don't have to go for nothing and waste my gas that I don't have.. for them to tell me it's closed..

The employees are very rude and attacked my wife for asking for a restroom for our handicap son they need to screen their employees better and there is no sign posted "no public restroom" i think they all need fired
