Stayed in one of the cabins without a bathroom and had a great experience. The shower and bathroom were a short walk from the Cabin (super clean and tidy). The paths are well lit and easy to find. The bed was comfy. It was a bit cold when I stayed but the cabin had plenty of heat available from the wall heaters. Cute decor. Fridge and Microwave were also available. I would stay here again!

During our four-month stay at this RV resort over the winter season, my husband and I were thoroughly impressed. The property is well maintained, boasting ample facilities such as well-functioning washers/dryers, a refreshing pool and hot tub, and a clubhouse offering planned winter activities alongside a billiard table. The atmosphere is generally serene, thanks to the amiable grounds crew and dedicated activities directors—special shoutout to Brian, Frank, Robin, and Robert for their exceptional service and warmth. The highlight for many visitors is undoubtedly the proximity to the Colorado River and the extensive network of off-roading trails, which unfortunately does lead to increased traffic and noise during weekends, holidays, and summers. While we initially encountered a mix-up with our reserved site, the staff promptly upgraded us to a more suitable location, albeit with some minor complications in settling the final balance. I would advise future guests to be meticulous when making reservations, as some staff members in the office may lack attention to detail & customer service. On the logistical side, it's worth noting that the closest propane refill station and grocery stores are located in Blythe, which could be a minor inconvenience for some. Additionally, acquiring mail necessitates renting a PO box, incurring an additional expense. However, we found the reception from AT&T to be excellent, enabling seamless streaming experiences throughout our stay.Overall, despite a few hiccups, our stay at this RV resort was immensely enjoyable, offering a perfect blend of comfort, amenities, and outdoor adventure.

The resort has major management issues. We are staying in the premiere site along the Colorado River. The resort lack of care to a lovely resort is sad. The hot tub has not work in 3 weeks, pool heat has stopped working too. The area around the pool is in bad shape, concrete is like rubble and pool is not clean. The manager is never around to discuss concerns or address concerns. The club house kitchen stoves are not working, so if you want to have a event and use the kitchen, not an option.Would not recommend this resort for long stays.

So I've stayed here for 30days. Im not from this area, and i thought from the photos and website that arizona oasis was a beautiful getaway..well i gotta say..its not. I mean yes there are some riverside spots that cost a little more that are nicer only because of the river. But because im staying on the river this park has hundreds of feral cats that have dug holes underneath the permanent homes they have guess where??..by the water! So these unfixed male cats love to run right to my rv and spray all over my tire covers and my car since its so conveniently close. (Ive added photos of fresh pee on tire covers)The permanent neighbors i had also feed them so these cats arent going anywhere. Called the office they dont care, however there is a maintenance employee here that stops and talks to me everytime im outside and stares down my shirt and proceeded to tell me he's going to trap my fixed female cat because she's outside but she stays around my rv.. the laundry is disgusting..always stinks and half the washers are always out of service..oh thats if u can even get in because the employees open the laundry whenever they decide to do laundry..a resident here told me that after i stood there for 20mins passed 9am..laundry is supposed to open at 9am..u also cannot receive mail here unless its fedex. The town is tiny and has nothing to offer as well. Overall this is one of the most disgusting rv parks ive stayed at..but the river is nice.

We stayed with Arizona Oasia for a few months over the winter. The park is clean and quiet and offers plenty of activities. We enjoyed our stay and if we ever return to the area we would stay here again. The cell service is not good in this area and neither is the Wi-Fi so we chose to have internet hooked up which is a huge benefit when you work remotely. There is a grocery store just over the border for easy access to the groceries you need, however if you want to do any fun shopping you are looking at a 60-90 minute drive. I do wish they would put a gym in for adults to workout in while there, as that would really be a benefit for us older individuals trying to stay fit. Thank you for letting us stay with you this winter!

My son and I started staying at this resort this summer and we absolutely love it here! The cabins are very nice, comfortable and clean. We love how close the river is and my son spends hours on the slip n slide. He loves sharing his gator raft with the other kids. I love that it’s gated and secure with constant patrols to keep everyone safe. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed in Space 167 and it was roomy and clean. Had a picnic table, bbq grill and gravel. Being able to ride out the park and pretty much end up on the trails was very convenient. Will book again.Nearby activities: Fishing, Boating, off roading, pool swimming, spa, clubhouseNoteworthy details: Could use a general store with some supplies, mainly sporting goods, RV supplies, motorcycle and atv supplies. Couldn't find a tube for my dirt bike anywhere nearby. If you stock some of that, it might be good business.

This was clean, friendly, fun and so much to do. We are a family of 6 (2 adults+4 kids) and 2 other families joined us. I loved that the small house we got had amenities such as porch furniture, full fridge, dishes, stove, BBQ, games and was comfortable. The river was perfect temptress against the heat. The whole trip was awesome and I would definitely rent a tiny home again.Walkability: The walk to the river from your tiny home or RV spot isn't bad at all.Food & drinks: The tiny homes have access to a full size fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and BBQ outside. IT is also located near restaurants that aren't from from the site.

The day that we arrived it was 117°, so we really didn't spend much time outside. But we did go out to the river after sunset. Really nice beach. Beautiful views there. The facilities. The showers in the bathroom for both clean and we did use them. The park is nice and I would go again on a less hot day. I do wish that the clubhouse had been open for people to be able to go in and socialize since it was so hot. Too hot to sit outside. That is my only complaint.

Lived up to and exceeded our many expectations! Love this place so much! Reasonable rates, friendly staff, clean grounds, nice spaces. We planned our trip a full year in advance, so I was anxious and ready to get there. Our riverfront site was perfect. The grounds are very well kept, the pool and hot tub are great. The entire place was exactly what we like in an RV park/vacation destination. It was well worth the trip from Oregon, so much so that we will be back and next time we'll need to do more than 4 days.

We stayed in a 6-person cabin and it was great! We had two adults and a toddler and it was perfect. The showers and bathrooms in the clubhouse are very clean. The pool was heated to 98 so we were able to swim even during our stay which was in January. Definitely recommend.

Corporate must have taken over, you’re not allowed to leave canopy on beach over night. So first night got up at 6 a.m put canopy structure on beach. Got down to beach at 9 and canopy was moved and spot was taken. Had some words but let it go! Second morning up at 6, put on different location. Again someone came and moved in. More words exchanged and almost a fight for no reason. Third night I said this is crazy and left canopy up with stakes in ground, not to mention 30 mph winds that day! Sometime that night staff moved canopy, broke it and all the stakes. This ridiculous wile will case someone to get hurt in the future! I came to relax and nothing but a headache and so won’t be back! Stayed next door last year the whole summer and never had these issues.

This is our 5th year spending the winter months in this RV resort which is located on the Colorado river. You can’t beat the location and desert beauty. Staff is very friendly and service oriented.Dawn the front desk manager is outstanding. She is the go-to person to get things done as she is always willing to help. Her constant smile and knowledge of the park makes our stay a pleasure and an easy decision to come back next winter.

We joined with family who keep permanent camp sites at AZ Oasis for Thanksgiving. We rented a riverfront cabin for 3 nights for ourselves. We love this park: so clean, friendly residents and visitors, responsible dog owners, plenty of amenities. While our cabin was older, it was clean with a comfortable bed. Wonderful sunsets from the porch!

We rented a cabin and it was quite expense. They charge a cleaning fee of $85. The inside of the cabin had cobwebs on the walls and in the windows with loff being the worst. The loff is kid size only. The Colorado river location is nice but you need to steak out a location cause when the regular arrive they put their canopy the leave them up all day/weekend.

My family had a great time! Alternating between the river and the pool/hot tub area depending on the situation. 10 person Cabins have great A/C split units as we stayed cool and comfy in mid June and it was truly Hot! Many food options are close in Ehrenberg and Blythe! Going back in October!
