No one has gloves on when they make food, and no one washes their hands after taking out trash, just going right back to making food. It is terrible. I've gotten sick twice from this place. I will never go back.All run by teenagers who dont care about doing anything right. It's Filthy inside and out, and the old managers hit on the teenagers, its disgusting. They should be shut down by the health department.

Both orders of our burgers were incorrect and cold. Waited quite a while for staff member to call back out so we could tell them. He proceeded to come back out and took the incorrect burgers and returned with the correct ones which were also cold. The original waitress that came out with the order first was rather rude. When I asked if there was ketchup or sauce in bag she shrugged and said I dont know.

Waited an hour for my drinks that I ordered on the mobile app. First, got the wrong order, had to send it back. Second, I waited 15 mins for them to bring me the right order. Third, got my drinks but one was peach colored and tasted like it was watered down. Fourth , had to call again for a replacement. Fifth, they made me wait 30 minutes to bring out the replacement. How hard is it to match the order to the receipt and how much harder is it to notice the two diet dr peppers were two completely different colors!?

Very poor service. Did not receive all of our food. Waited 20 mins for them to take our order and another 25 for our food and they skipped an entire meal we ordered. We paid the $20 for our food, gave them a tip and didn’t even get our an entire combo we ordered. Very disappointed. 45 mins sitting and waiting, and the tots we did receive was cold. Do yourself a favor and don’t stop here. Safeway is down the street! Better chicken there

The guys working here have a weird vibe. Also watched men us the women's restroom twice when the men's was open, including the male staff. If the men's restroom is unusable, they should be cleaning it.

Waited a few minutes just to get our order taken. Then when we pulled up to pay waited a while to get out shakes there was like 4 employees. 2 of the chick's were on there phones just standing there in the kitchen then 1 started eating a milk shake and the person who took our order just stood there and talked to them while person number 4 made the shakes.It was 2 SMALL milkshakes.

Shorted a piece from the three piece chicken meal and at a $10 plate for fast food that was definetly noticed. Had to ask three times for dipping sauce & was still forgotten. Disappointed. Only thing saving from 1 star was the fact the cherry limeade was made very well.

Loved it! I got a soft pretzel with the secret special cheese sauce and a corn dog with mustard. I tell you the truth, for the first time in my life, my skinny ankles and feet swelled up. That secret sauce was amazing! A+++

I’m from Phoenix. I drove in to help a family member during these strange times. I’ve never been here before, but it was one of the first places I found. So far I’ve been twice and each time the staff member who brought out my meal was super nice! Like, so nice that it makes you stop and think about how pleasant that person & interaction was. Can’t say I’ll be back soon, but I wanted to give credit where it was due!

Love how if you order on the app you always get half price drinks. And they have discounts randomly for other things. If you haven't ordered off the app I recommend you to. We are keto so I eat all but bun for a sandwich and they put the fillings of a burrito in a bowl for me. Food was fast and fresh. I like that they are open late, and bringing back the surveys. My only complaint is that I asked for no tomatoes, but I'm not quite sure if they were not paying attention or if I didn't make myself clear enough. All can be solved by repeating back the order.

Just wanted to give the crew here a 5 star rating. I stopped here in between some visits with customers to get some lunch and get some paperwork done while I waited. Not only is the food good, but service is what you hope for. These guys are friendly helpful, and even checked in on me after a while to make sure I was alright. Definitely a Friday on a Thursday feeling, support a company like this who employ team members that do more than just clock in

This is the 4th time we have visited this location as part of a or motorcycle vacations. We make it a point to park in the same spot just as part of a trip tradition.This location somewhat disappointed us in this visit. The concrete in the outdoor eating area was filthy. The men's room was messy. There was a big puddle of leakage from the trash can at the end of the drive through. We understand the situation if employees related to Covid. But the owner really needs to hire a company to pressure wash the hard surfaces.The food was ok. The onion rings were a disaster. Burnt. Greasy. Tested like other items fried on the oil.The staff were very friendly and courteous.Next time in the area we will stop again for lunch I'm quite certain.

The food I ordered was dry and cold...which matched the service. The popcorn chicken was dryer than a popcorn fart, and the fries might have been good... yesterday. I'm sorry, there is not one good thing I can say about this place.
