Nobody needs to be mentioning Fentanyl while serving a blizzard to my wife. Joke or not it is very irresponsible and very unsafe. I hope the owner and manager take care of this issue. Otherwise, I will not be going back and I will tell others not to go as well. I am very disappointed!

Before I share my little experience I'm going to note I hope I don't see one of those copy paste responses from the owner/franchise. I have read the responses and the majority of them are the same except for the name of the person. That tells me that the owner doesn't care what anyone says. Probably because the majority of the reviews are from people passing through.Was in about a week ago and ordered the chicken tenders. Got my order, sat down to eat them and realized I forgot to ask for any dipping sauce. After about 10 min to get someone's attention they told me that I had to pay for extra sauce. Okay, alot of places so that, but I hadn't received any in the first place. They asked if gravy came with the order and I said yes. That's the dipping sauce and if I wanted anything else it's extra and a cost. I didn't ask for gravy, so the staff proceeded to assume that's what I wanted. So much for take care of the customer. The staff was not providing a service to anyone that day. They were making it obvious that they were not happy about being at work. Well, except for the two teenagers that kept trying to work between giggling with each other and flirting with every boy that came through the drive through.Worst service ever anywhere. Would not recommend anyone stops at this location.

Truck before me parked at window for about 5 minutes while the cashier pretended to be scribbling an order, nothing was handed to person, just drove off. Of course, my humiliation showed when I ordered my ice cream cone. I made a special trip from Sunrise but regret doing so. I won't do that again. I could have gone to McDonald's for a $1 cone instead of spending $5 for a large cone which looked medium size compared to other DQ businesses and I frequent them as much as possible during the summer. I won't go there again.

We stopped there after the doctors for lunch. I ordered a $7 deluxe bacon cheeseburger combo special and 2 double cheeseburgers both for $7.00 per the signs in the window. We also added a medium shake and an onion ring, We also purchase three pup cups. When we got the pup cups for $1.89 each, there wasn't even an ounce of ice cream in them. So we returned them and received a refund. Once we left, we noticed that my bacon cheeseburger deluxe had no lettuce or tomato or bacon on it. We also noticed the receipt was $31.80 but there was no itemized receipt. Still don't know how two $7.00 lunch specials and an onion ring and a medium shake would cost $31.80. They did not give us an itemized receipt, only the debit card receipt with a total only. I would not recommend this place to anybody. They are shysters and we will never be going back there again.

I went twice in one day two different people took my order those 2 different times first time asked for a mini blizzard and milk shake with no whip and 2 plain cheese burgers got whip on my milkshake and everything on my cheese burger went back and asked again for a plain cheese burger didn’t say anything about a mistake so I paid for 2 cheeseburger the guy even asked plain just cheese and meat right? I said yes got my cheeseburgers and once again everything on them.

I wouldn't even give these guys one star if it was an option. I understand they're short staffed but I waited in line at the drive threw for 45 minutes only to be missing half my order. I pulled around went inside stated that I was missing items. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come and see what else I needed. I was completely ignored even after getting their attention. They ignore all faults and the customers are ignored. Would highly recommend McDonald's that's next door. Shame on you guys.

We went to Dairy Queen and got 8 ice creams and when we got home and started eating them we realized they tasted sour and rotten. I called and they said they needed to call me back. They called back and said that there wasn’t anything they could do till the next day so I called the next day and the owner told me she wasn’t going to issue any refunds or remake them because we didn’t bring them back with us. She didn’t apologize or try to make it right at all. She was very rude and acted like it was my fault. We paid a lot of money for rotten and sour tasting ice cream. 2/24/2022rude rude manager/owner

They're not opening their dining area so that don't have to clean. The line in the drive through was so long I had to call the gas station to deliver gas while I waited. But the service was friendly and the blizzard made a day old guy happy... So two stars...

Very friendly staff. On the interior, all of your loose tiles along the front wall on the inside of the booths, covered with tape to hold them on, would be so easy to fix with adhesive or mortar.

Waites in line for 20 minutes just to get to the window and sit for another 3 before we were acknowledged. When we asked if we could upgrade to a medium blizzard and we would pay more we were told no we couldn't upgrade. Usually have a great experience here...

Service was incredibly slow, the kid behind the counter seemed annoyed that we were asking questions, giving really short, curt answers. Don't bother asking for a special order, because all you'll get is a finger pointing to the printed "NO SUBSTITUTIONS" sign in lieu of an answer. Apparently this location doesn't participate in the nation-wide specials either, though you wouldn't know it because almost nothing has prices listed... Finding out the total is a total surprise. And the amount of food you get for the relatively astronomical cost is meager at best. $17 for what amounts to two snacks and a pair of Cokes makes me regret ever setting foot in this DQ.

Dairy Queen has been an occasional treat for us for 50 years. Their Ice Cream confections are just about irresistible. Prices are reasonable, keeping pace with the years, but the products are still just wonderful as a special treat.

Had your 3 finger $6 meal Friday and it tasted like the chicken was 3-4 hours old. Not even warm, fries were just a little warm. Very disappointed. Throw out your old chicken.

The staff was very rude.. instead of giving me a way to make my order work, I had to come up with a way to order what I wanted so as to not confuse them with their lunch specials. Not everyone wants the special. Sometimes we just want the food that we want to eat

This DQ serves standard DQ food, so the key is service. Our server was very knowledgeable, friendly and fast - you can't ask for more. And our ice cream was great on a warm summer day.

Three stars because they seem to be cutting corners on inventory with their so-called Malts. Their Malts are like a glass of milk, I've had to return them 4 times and ask for some ice cream in them! Each time the excuse was, "this is the manager's recipe"! Well no! A glass of milk is not a Malt.Features: Protocol not necessary at this time.

We are gonna miss our favorite employee there but still a decent quick stop for pretty cheap deals to satisfy the fam on the go. Only wish they didn't always shut the fryer off so early... Might sell a bit more shrimp baskets and fish fillets if they kept operational during their operating hours.

Every time we come here we have issues. The owners are such cheap skates & are very rude along with some of their older employees. They charge for EVERYTHING they possibly can, including putting sauce on the side of your food instead of on it. They keep used gift cards to reuse them so they don't have to buy more. Today, they told me that I couldn't have pepperjack cheese on my chicken sandwich because it was specifically for the flamethrower burger before they slammed the drive thru window shut while I was still talking to them. What happened to the customer always being right?!? More often than not, they give us our ice cream & then we wait 30 + minutes for our food while our ice cream melts or we're forced to let our kids eat their ice cream before their food while we sit in the car in the parking lot waiting. It's too bad that these people have such horrible customer service in a small town. They are definitely not a place that we support regularly since they are such hard noses about everything.

In my small hometown where I grew up in Arizona, Dairy Queen was the only ice cream shop in town amd still is to this day. I always make a point to stop at one when I see one to remind me of home. Their blizzards are my favorite with many different options to choose from. Their food and ice cream are always delicious and always takes me home no matter which Dairy Queen I find myself in.
