Wonderful hotel... bed was sooo soft, the towels and blankets had a hint of vanilla fragrance, I LOVED IT. Room was spacious & clean. Front desk personnel were so nice. I usually do not use the shampoos they provide but I did this time, and my hair is so soft and shiny, whatever brand that was, I need it!!! Definitely recommend this hotel. Right off the main road with lots of restaurants near by.

This is one of the closest hotels to sunrise. It’s pretty basic but the rooms were clean and the towels were nice. The shower was nice. The tv worked good. The heater/ac worked great and had the option to leave the fan on constantly. I docked one point cause the back of the bathroom door was pretty dirty. Oh and the staff were all great too.

We came to visit some family and got a very nice room. But unfortunately one of the employees came and started yelling at a guest in our room. Causing much distress to my two year old. Who ended up not eating or sleeping due to this employees yelling. When I took this to front desk I left my number and my number was passed around to the lady that caused the situation and she decided to text me calling me a liar about the situation. I hope Best Western get their employees in line. Very unprofessional

The bed was bad. The mattress had peaks and valleys to the point I was trying to sleep at an angle. 2 hours was nowhere near a good night's sleep and it was all due to the bed. Plus the ceiling was peeling from water damage(?). This hotel needs renovation, especially for the outrageous price. For $150 a night, I expect a well-maintained room and a comfortable bed. We got neither.

The manager is amazing. He made it possible for me to stay there for my whole week! He's been courteous and the customer service has been phenomenal. The rooms are clean and I've haven't had a problem with anything in the room besides maybe the hardwood floor needing a sweeping or mopping. I would also suggest not staying by the stairs if it's a long stay because you can really hear people stomp down. But wasn't too big of a deal for me since I'm gone all day and came back later. Honestly, the customer service was so great that I really didn't mind these things. I really wouldn't hesitate to stay again. I'm so glad that the only hotel in town is this one. Nice rooms was all I could ask for. A great manager was the cherry on top. Hope to stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at this property en route to New Mexico from AZ. I have a standard way of reviewing hotels and here it goes:Checkin was easy and quick and we were able to get into our room a little early which was helpful to our plans.The room was clean and tidy upon entry. The hotel is in the process of upgrading all of the beds to new mattresses so maybe ask for a new bed. Everything in the room was functional and well maintained although we thought the TV was a little small for the space. It is a pretty standard BW type of room and has easy access and plenty of parking right out front. Good location for all things local and although along a main road it was very quiet. There is Bashas right next door along with a restaurant so that may be convenient for some needs. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was OK the morning we were here. The primary offering was eggs and sausage along with all the other options you would find at a continental breakfast.The water pressure in the shower was a little weak especially for rinsing long hair like that on my wife, but there was plenty of warm water available quickly. Bathroom has standard height toilets which can be an issue for elderly or mobility challenged so just a heads-up - it was not an issue for us.This is very much your typical BW hotel - it meets the needs but without any flare. It is also clearly your best option if you are staying in the Eager area. I would like to rate it a 3.5 but that isn't an option and I feel that 4 is just a little high... so it gets a 3. No real complaints, just an average hotel.

I own a cleaning company that does make readies (paint, Carpet cleaning and unit cleaning) for commercial properties with incoming residents. This room was very well cleaned, well-kept and well looked after. The front night clerk Bree was very nice and compassionate, and she made a delicious breakfast that I’ll add pictures of, and the room was spotless clean. We love when a hotel takes time to have someone organize and implement home cooked meals for their guests. Is that extra thing very few hotels we’ve been to have done. Our room smelled great too! My wife and I traveled across the country for the last year and went to nearly every continental US state. For a small town hotel, this was at the top of the list. It’s not the most modern or newest hotel but to me, I could care less as long as it’s clean and well loved/looked after. We have stayed in brand new hotels that were gross and apathetic. Sunrises maintenance team is clearly on the ball as everything I’ve noticed is well maintained (it’s literally my job so I notice these things). Very family and pet friendly and even though the carpets were a few years old they were very clean. Coming from a professional, that means they do regular maintenance cleanings on them and I would have no problem letting my 16 Mo Old run around on them. Thanks guys for taking pride in what you do!

It was a decent enough place, but the blankets were too thin for such a cold climate and there were no extra! However, the mini fridge and freezer worked very well and the hotel room was pretty clean, although I wish the toilet smelled better. It looked clean but it had a funny smell.

With a grocery store and a bar in the adjoining block, the hotel is very well situated. The desk staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet. The only problem I saw was the doors not closing completely on its own. It required a push to fully lock. But I blame this on the cold rather than service.

This is a very nice and welcome spot after a long drive. The staff was pleasant yet professional, and the room was quiet, clean, and everything worked just fine. The breakfast was just so-so, although that generic offering now seems to be the standard. It’s on our long-distance path, and so we intend to stay here again.The restaurant next door is passable, but not much more.

Clean bed/room and comfortable pillows. However, several complaints: 1) TV didnt work. 2) No hand soap, shampoo or conditioner. The hand soap is the kicker. Nothing to wash your hands with after using the restroom... 3) There was no toilet paper!! And no extra roll anywhere!! Good thing I keep a roll in the trunk of my car or I would have been even more upset. Also, the alarm clock in the room is older than I am.That said, the girl at the front desk was nice and helpful. Sadly, I'm not sure I can recommend this place after my experience.Had to give 2 stars because of no toilet paper and no soap..... Wth?

I have no complaints about the cleanliness or the staff they are amazing. But for $122 A night you would think they would have good toilet paper. I had to go buy my own toilet paper because the TP they supply the rooms is like wiping your bum with sand paper. It's ridiculous. Buy better toilet paper!

Best Western was perfect. It wad the right price (Around $100 on Expedia for 2 queens on a busy Friday night) Room was well equipped with a fridge and a microwave. Room was clean. Breakfast was awesome. Eggs/ham scramble. Bagels. Donuts. Waffles. Fruit. Cereal. coffee, hot chocolate, and juice. Staff were super helpful and cordial. Would absolutely stay here again.

The water handle in ADA bathroom did a 360 degree turn and difficult to turn off. Water was barely coming out and difficult to use. Handicap ramp was packed with ice very dangerous to get wheelchair up.. Bed was uncomfortabl and fan was noisey too! Not worth the stay for the price. Show low Az is 37 miles away and has cleaner and better places to stay. Staff was great!

Far above any other last minute hotel stay. Staff is extremely friendly and professional. Rooms were extremely clean and beds were high end and provided luxurious comfort for a quick rode trip stop. All this PLUS a delicious hot breakfast with a yogurt bar! We will stay again without question.

This is the ONLY place I will stay at from now on when traveling. The staff was so polite and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and if you asked for anything, it was there to you within minutes. We were traveling due to a funeral and they made it less stressful. They gave us the bereavement rate too. Thank you!!!!

Very clean rooms and the hotel in general is very clean. Free warm breakfast in the mornings and dog friendly. The restaurant/bar next door gives 10% discount to hotel guests. Convenient location. Comfortable beds too.

Very nice hotel in a small town area. The room was spacious, clean and quite comfortable. Parking was ample. Staff was super friendly! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the noise from the shower from adjoining rooms. The Trailriders restaurant next door was so convenient and great food at great prices, plus the discount by showing the hotel key was a great bonus. Would stay again and definitely recommend to anyone.

Very friendly staff! Everyone we ran into was kind and went above and beyond. One lady at the front desk was kind enough to remind us to drink lots of water since we aren’t used to the elevation. Very clean room and breakfast was well stocked and of good variety. If we are ever in the area we would stop here again !

Very nice hotel in Eastern Arizona. Clean and comfortable. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good, also with good staff person.The fitness room is good. There is a sauna room there. Check with front desk staff on proper operation. WIFI didn't work well at all. Couldn't stream anything.Pet friendly with a fee. Good areas around hotel to walk dog.

Small and humble in appearance but the beds were great, staff very helpful and breakfast was great. Discount at the next door Trailriders restaurant with good food. Grocery store right next door. A few blocks away from Ramsey Park -- huge assortment of great playgrounds and picnic spots. Would definitely stay again.

Driving from Texas to West Coast we had the pleasure to stop at this hotel. Everyone was so friendly. The breakfast was outstanding. The internet was fast. The room was very quiet. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling.

I felt comfortable staying at this property considering the circumstances of the COVID pandemic. They appeared to be taking all the necessary precautions. The best part about my stay was the WIFI. I was able to stream/watch several movies during my two night stay. The worst part was I could only find CNN (whom I do not trust) for news on the satellite TV provided. Will stay at this property for sure next time I'm in Eagar, AZ
