I'm sad to report that I didn't have a productive shopping trip at Bashas' today.They had no organic produce, plant based meats, or gluten-free baked goods and their yogurt selection was very small.They had four people in line at the only register that was open before they finally opened a second register.Also, while the cashier was super friendly, she did make a mistake that required a visit from the manager and a refund to my credit card.I'm sorry to say that I'll shop at the Safeway that's just down the street next time. 😔

Always a go to when traveling. Very friendly staff and the deli counter folks are awesome!Great pizza deal and they do not skimp on the toppings. Lots of fresh produce and store is always clean and well stocked.

Staff is always friendly, you can always find someone easily to help you. Great meat dept. and their fresh donuts are surprisingly good. Such a nice grocery store

They were out of everything on sale I had problem working internet on my phone and check out girl was rude and wouldn't help me I'm done with bashes! Safeway is a whole lot better better customer service!

Excellent produce--we bought the strawberries on sale here and we made the yummiest strawberry/rhubarb crisp ever. The produce section has a cool little stand with fruit samples for kids. Plus they have kid friendly shopping carts. And of course the people working at the store are friendly and help you have a pleasant shopping experience.

Small town grocery. Don't expect it to be like the stores in bigger towns. They don't have everything you might want but they might have something like it. They have all the basics and a little more. The staff were super friendly. Definitely love the small towns.

It was a smaller store so the selections were limited. Staff was very friendly. Seemed like a lot of people were coming to pick up pizzas. So it appeared they must make great pizza. Young cashier gentleman was very friendly and attentive.

Therese is so nice, I've been shopping there for years and whenever we walk by each other she always ask me how my days going. And not just as courtesy but you can tell she genuinely cares. And the cashiers are awesome 👌. Love cracking jokes with them. It's seriously (no joke) feels like I'm in a commercial. With smiling Employees and laughing customers. Whoever does the hiring has really picked a great group of people to hire. Main reason I rarely shop Safeway! Actually can't remember last time I shopped there, since Bashas has everything I need. Oh ya. And Deanna who works bakery (she makes the best sandwiches! She could actually open up her own shop lol love this place. Wouldn't change a thing!

I found good products and employees was really nice .the one thing I did not like was a visitor from other area checking on the meat department area and been disrespectful to the employees . I know the employees do their best to have stuff available and always looking good . I see people going in and out of this location .sad that other places employees last for decades because are better treat .

Great hometown type grocery store. Family owned in Arizona. The employees, starting with the store manager are wonderful people and very serviceable when needed or when checking out. They have the Best Deli for hot food in town. Their chicken enchiladas are wonderful.Not as large a variety of items as the larger stores, but a descent selection including bulk items for those living near or off the grid.

Well I was out in the little town of Eagar, to pick up a few things. I had no idea I wound up in Springerville. So I stop at a Mc Donald's something I rarely do. I order a quarter pounder with cheese no pickles. Much to my surprise, I have no idea why it was 1 of the best quarter pounders I have ever had right, I have no idea how or why the taste was awesome??? Now if I were you I would give the girl on the grill a nice raise. Honestly everything was perfect square on the bun every thing was 👌 perfect and I wasn't even that hungrey, honest. I didn't get the meal just the burger. Now if you are the manager and reading this, the ticket was #129 at store13036, on 7/29/2022 @4:15pm I hope that helps.

They make their own jerky! This is the first time I've ever seen that at a bashas and love their snack options, they always carry the brands other stores don't have and I love that! Place was very clean and staff were kind and smiley. However, the stores not very easy to see from the road unless your really looking for it and driving slow. I drove past it because there was a building almost blocking it, but parking is very spacious and not too crowded.

Never been at this store. Passing thru the town. Cashier got us out quickly & efficiently. Carts are easily accessible at outside entrance of the store. Signs up saying masks should be worn. All employees were.

Good store with many produce options and good range of products . If we knew this earlier we wouldnt carry all the fruits and munchings for our trip. overall very pleased with location and service.

The best place for meat and doughnuts. It needs remodeled to look a little brighter, but all in all a great food store to shop at. Everything isn't priced low, but what is marked down is cheaper than other places.

I love the friendly atmosphere. The managers are awesome and super helpful. Willing to go above and beyond to order items they don't carry for you. This is by far my favorite place to buy groceries.

The cashier was reluctant to use the membership discount for us. We were in several days earlier and she was so friendly and sweet. We are not locals. Next time we happen to go there we will ask her a membership card.

Clean store. Well stocked and good variety.Pandemic note: An external sign says masks are recommended, but even the cashiers omit them or wear them below the nose. Stockers wearing appropriately. The soup station instructs you to "Sanitize your hands before serving yourself" but there are no sanitizers, wipes, or napkins.

Staff was friendly and helpful as I would expect. I don't know if this is a small town effect or not but it took almost 35 minutes to get 5 slices of cold premade pizza and 2 sandwiches from the deli, they were not prepared to make what was on the menu and had to run around the store to get ingredients. Not what I expected based on Basha's service in the Phoenix area.

We're visiting from the valley to escape the heat hear in Eagar. While out looking for a few supplies and a light dinner, we went to the grocery store closest to our RV Resort.. I didn't want a frozen processed dinner so I went to the deli section and found a great selection of ready-made sandwiches wraps and salads. All of these were at very reasonable prices. Instant dinner!
