As always, when I come to Tractor Supply in Douglas I'm treated with the greatest customer service hands down! Diego helped me load my feed onto my cart, turned out to be my cashier, and loaded the feed into my suv. The best Tractor Supply I have ever been in, including Pima County as well as Cochise County!

They are missing a lot of Inventory that other stores have. Carry no Husqvarna parts as an authorized dealer.Staff is mostly friendly.Great prices and selection on nuts/bolts/chain/ etc. Fence posts are hit and miss, mostly miss and insanely expensive for junk wood.A good place for hobby farms or for suburban guys to go to feel country. They open at 9am, if need a part I'm usually at home depot since they open at 6am...half the day is gone by 9am in this AZ heat.

You guys are great. We were looking at the dog food, just killing some time and we had a sales person come and ask us if we needed help, he explained different brands to us. Very nice kid. We looked around the store like a couple of kids in a candy store, you have alot of neat stuff,something for everyone. Way to go, prices were good too. We'll be back for sure.

First time visiting the Douglas store. It was clean, staff was very friendly. Had everything we stopped for. Parking lot was big enough for my truck and stock trailer.

Horrible customer service. Walk in front door to a greeting and then you're on your own. Nobody will offer assistance unless you ask for it and even then they seem to not know what's going on.Stood in line to be checked out and when it was my turn the cashier just walked away. There were no other cashiers. I ended up walking out and will never go back

Placed order on line got an email saying ready to be picked up. When I got there they had sold my product to someone else without notifying me. I drive 1 1/2 hours to get to the only store who carry my product. Employees extremely rude called me the f word. I have never been treated so bad in my life. I am a senior and to be called these names by a little young boy. Terrible, now I am fighting for a refund I have been refused because they say I picked up my items. Total scam and now I am filing a small claims court against them. Shame on them.

Came in to buy a gun safe and spoke with an associate to show her which one I wanted, she said someone would be with me right away. I waited 30 minutes nobody ever came and I watched that employee get off work and walk out the front door. I'll buy myself a gun safe somewhere else.

This store has everything you could need for your farm! The smell is amazing, country music is bumping, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Madai is the best. She's very friendly and knowledgeable and will work to provide the best customer service possible

It was myself an my best friend i bought a 50 lbs bag of dog food at a higher rate i might say than at anither place. But all was good except that register person didnt offer to have someone help us load it into the old car. Other than that the store is nice with good deals.. Spring time..

Good customer service, I called and asked for garden supplies and the guy answered all my questions. I stopped by an hour later to buy the items I had asked for and he new I was the one who called. Clean,organized, and very helpful staff.

We have come here a handful of times over the past year, and have noticed that employees tend to make scarce their presence on the floor. This past May 2018 we walked in for several items, we did not see ANYONE in the store NOT EVEN AT THE REGISTERS, so we walked back out. Now we either opt for a local alternative off 10th and Pan American, or we just go to Sierra Vista.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The clothes, boots, novelties, and animal food prices are very reasonable. I'm usuallt there every other day shoppping for ranch goods.

I've been getting my rv lp tank filled here quite often. Today an employee told me he couldn't fill it because it wasn't stamped. I told him it had been certified at Butte propane and asked him to call them. He said no he wouldn't. He just refused to fill the tank. I asked him to please call the propane company that had certified the tank. He said it wasn't stamped. It had been scribed and that was not right. Same as calling me a lier. Told me to to cochise and get it filled. They lost a good customer today. FYI cochise did fill it and got a good laugh out of the story. Please avoid this TSC at all cost.I rate their customer service as extra poor

This is a good store, especially here in Douglas. They have a wide selection of items ranging from hay bales to clothing to hardware. Staff is friendly and polite and prices are fair.

I had a was late getting here with the delivery. Everyone seemed to understand and quite friendly. Young lady on the forklift was quick and efficient.Thought I was going to get a really good sunrise, but this was it.

Wasn't impressed. Only one employee for the whole store. Didn't have the supplies I was looking for. The bathroom had no soap or towels. Not a good first impression. I'll stick to Cal Ranch in SV..

I'm not a rancher, which should lend credibility to my statement that TSC has a plethora of quality goods that attract the average pet-lover, handyman (and woman) and backyard landscaper as well as serious farmer/rancher and have their needs met. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, a definite plus.

I went this morning to the Tractor Supply in Douglas AZ..I WAS APPALLED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THE "SO CALLED MANAGER" HE NEEDS TO WORK ON HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS !!! HE WAS SO RUDE AND ANNOYING..This is the SECOND TIME this has happened and to a PAYING CUSTOMER !!! Luckily someone suggested I go to Cochise Supply..MY EXPERIENCE THERE WAS EXCELLENT!! THEY WILL BE GETTING ALL OF OUR FAMILY BUSINESS..And they Price Match !!!

The biggest pet peeve of mine is being called "bro" or "dude" as a customer by a store employee, which always happens at this store. The other issue, is trying to check out. I always end up waiting to pay by the register because the employees always wander off. They never pay attention to the register's to see when a customer is ready to pay.

Stood at the register waiting to be checked out after three employees came and went without even acknowledging us at the register. I literally had to wave an employee down to ring up our items. The employees were not willing to help whatsoever. Never going back.
