Frank and his team did an awesome job with three parcels of raw land for my friend and I. Darrell did an awesome job preparing the land for our mobile home installations. Darrell removed trees, leveled the area for the mobile. Installed the septic on three properties. Installed water tank on three properties. And power poles on two. All the work was done very well. And the county inspectors had no problem approving the work. A personal thanks to Darrell for all his hard work!

Very fast, painless set up (2500 gallon above ground tank, and new pump) in January of 2023.January of 2024 the old pipe burst at the cap. Took Frank about an hour to fix it. Deserves way more than 5 stars.

Soon after we purchased a Meadview lot and manufactured home for it, I was given a reference to Mohave Rancho Lumber and Frank. That was a blessing. He walked us through all the necessary steps, prepared the lot for a ground set home, and then assembled a great team to install it. His expertise in making sure of everything that was needed to pass all inspections was invaluable. This was our first time to do anything like this, and having Frank and Mohave Rancho Lumber in our corner made it much easier than we expected. Everything was prepared, the home (finally) came, Frank had the site ready for it - and soon we were given a certificate to occupy. A big thanks to Frank, and his very professional staff for all your help.

The staff are always super helpful and friendly. Will deliver to your house for a small fee or help load into your vehicle. I had to buy several bags of pellets and they loaded me up so the hubby could unload when he got home as they close before he gets off work. Reasonable prices and saved me a trip to kingman for them plus the extra gas driving that far weighed down. They are always so sweet with my daughter. Would recommend trying them for any of your hardware needs.

Had my septic system done by these guys. Not only do they do an excellent job, they were quick about it too. In store they are always helpful. They carry most of what one needs for home repairs and construction and their prices are better than Depot on a lot of things. Glad this is in the area!

This a great local place to go for your "Home Depo" type needs. They carry some animal feed as well as a variety of other products . Staff are very friendly and helpful. Truly a gem in an area where it is at least 30 minutes to any similar facility. My understanding is they will price match if asked and you can show the competitors price. Always worth asking.

It got a family owned your important feel when the staff says Hi, Welcome, and call you by name. The store may not have everything in stock that Home Depot has, but I'm pretty sure they can order it in and have it for you in a few days. Not to mention they can supply you with a water system for your home or business as well a septic system. And other services just ask.
