Management here need work there's a few good ones but the store manager can't help a customer out with a problem. The issue is they keep forgetting to give me all of my items. And she doesn't want to claim she did or that I was even a customer she dealt with. Kinda funny how 5 months ago half the store just up and quit. I really feel bad for this community that ever business out here screws the people over

When people have shown up to your place at 6,30 to 7am for years you think you should open sooner then 8 am when you and dollar general are the only stores in the whole god dam town.Also bolth of you are over priced.

Friendly staff, store is always clean inside & outside, employees work very hard to keep the store clean, the shelves stocked & to keep their customers happy. This store does get very busy at times, which would make it harder to keep up with cleanliness and stocked merchandise, but they manage to make it happen.

It is always busy here and only has one cashier at a time no matter how many people are in line. Beats the 40 Mile drive to Kingman though. They have some fresh produce and are starting to carry some meats. They run out of ice fairly often, but we are in the desert. The employees always seem friendly.

Great little store. They can't stock lots of things, but have a darn good supply of some essentials. This town Dolan Springs would wither up and die without this nice little store. Thanks Much for your contribution to keep a tiny Town alive. Staff always very considerate to the shopper .🤠

This place has a lot of good stuff in it and the people working here are just so incredibly friendly and helpful. They always make happy with their smiles and great attitudes and helpfulness and the ability to answer even the most simple questions and showing you were stuff is and even helping you make decisions on what to get. I really do enjoy shopping here and come here of there's something that I need and they have it available.

My review is tied to this branch only.No one ever greets me when I go in this store, they don’t acknowledge my existence until I am at checkout and I swear the staff often find themselves momentarily busy as soon as I reach the front. I just recently found out about their smart coupons and app via the online survey. Staff never mentioned it in all my years if visiting this branch. There is a sign outside that asks everyone to wear mask, but inside none of the staff are wearing masks and the majority of local customers are not adhering to CDC recommendations either, which is pretty typical for Mohave county, so no surprise there. The good part is that they have a decent set if typical Family Dollar supplies and I like that they have started to have a small selection of apples, onions, and potatoes near the front if the store. This is the only store in town and I usually go there to buy ice and canned sardines. I give them the 3 stars to balance the difference between selection of options and customer service, but if there were another place to shop nearby, I’d try to go there instead. It does the job for my meager needs and those of most tourists passing through. I normally go to Kingman or Bullhead City for real shopping needs.

The workers are all really nice. Your always greeted with a smile & a hello when you walk in the door. They have what I need 95% of the time. I like the store & love the people who work here. 😁

Amazingly for being out in the middle of nowhere the prices were great. Selection was different though, a little bit of everything but went there to get bread and no bread left in the whole store. Only place in town open late, after 7pm, lol. So hang out for the towns unique population.

Love the late closing hours 10 pm! They open at 7 am... unusual for such a small town. Prices have been increased but, the friendly staff remains.

I will deal with the store not being in tip top manner at all times. I doubt the folks are well paid, the prices have to be low for these products. I get a lot of goods here at wonderful prices and I appreciate being able to stretch my bucks here.

I broke my phone and needed a replacement ASAP family dollar being my only option reluctantly I went to view my options. $80.00 for the Orbic Wonder (which I still wonder why I bought it) which you can purchase at Walmart for $40.00 or less. And most prices are equivalent in price markup.

One of the cleanest, well-stocked Family Dollar stores I've ever been in. Granted, as it's in a rural location, this Family Dollar is one of the two hubs for food and home goods in Dolan Springs. Whether you live here or are a tourist on the way to the Grand Canyon, this little store carries the necessities you need.

Best place you're gonna shop in this town. PSA: if you are driving to the Grand Canyon (if you're here you probably are), there is a 45 mph speed limit sign visibile from a 25. You WILL BE FINED if you are caught accelerating before the sign.

I call Family Dollar mini Walmart. It has a lil bit of everything.I live in a lil town and family Dollar is the only store. Some things are pricey . They can do that though they are the only store for 52 miles. I enjoy shopping at a one stop shop.

Just purchased some camp chairs here and various other things...staff here are polite and very helpful...the things I have purchased here in the past has all been quality merchandise...if you're in this area I recommend you stop in and check it out for yourself.
